「Greek embassy not for Greeks」 After a year living in Tokyo I decided to go and ask my embassy for a few things, related mostly to the visa procedure, but not just that. since all my foreigner friends did the same with their country's embassy and they were very satisfied. Difference here is, that the Greek embassy in Tokyo is only for Japanese people who have decided to work or study in Greece. If you are Greek, then they have zero information for you. What was even worse for me, was not the lack of knowledge, but also how unwilling and unfriendly the person I spoke with were. He had zero interest in me, something that was clear from the very beginning, the whole conversation lasted roughly 15 minutes and he kept checking the time since the first minute so that he could leave, a few seconds after me. After more than a year, I got the chance to speak my native language in a foreign country and made me feel so stressed and unwelcomed.
