My international flight arrived late, and the international terminal store was closed, so I have to take a free shuttle to another terminal and walk across street to come to this store. Somewhat easy to find. The sales agent that served me only knew very basic English (probably because this primarily serves domestic terminal.) Don't expect him to get you another car type without some "picture pointing" help. Don't expect him to explain insurance. Otherwise, it serves the purpose. The checkout process was quite speedy if you don't have any questions.

There was lost goods Bluetooth earphone in the returned car when return 2ton truck at this Toyota branch in Jan.’2020. I live in Bangkok, then their cute lady officer could not contacted to me, this month Feb.’2020 come to Fukuoka again, today 2029-02-28 I’ve return another car, she kindly provided to me my lost Bluetooth earphone, very surprised as I could not expected. This is very very nice behavior, I love this Toyota branch with cute lady’s kindly service. Thank you so much !!!

When you get your luggage and complete immigration, let’s come to 1st floor for pickup call to the toyota office, after call going up to 4th floor and waiting outside gate no.1 for shuttle van pickup. Just 1 minute from terminal very near! Staff will prepare your booking and explain the detail of car and expressway, they can speak English with moderate level. From my opinion, Toyota rent a car is the good choice for car rental in Fukuoka

Friendly and helpful staff, able to communicate in English. Can get busy at time but relatively quick turnaround. Fast shuttle between FUK and the shop (less than 5min ride but it might be full, so give it an extra 15-20 min.) The meeting point at FUK is on the upper departure level, walk all the way to your right once you exit the building, a white van with green banner is the one.

Helpful staff with efficient services. Cars are new and clean. All equipped with built-in GPS. You need to take a shuttle (a 1-mins ride) between the airport and the pick-up / drop-off point. Allow extra time for the shuttle ride as it may take 8-10 mins for the next shuttle if you have just missed one and the shuttle only up to 9 passengers and apparently there's only one shuttle.

For those renting a car from Toyota rent a car, you should contact staff the counter (in the airport) first. Then, you will be transferred to this place by a van (complimentary). The trip takes about 2-3 minutes max. All rental transactions (paper work, etc.) will be carried out here. Staff are very efficient and very professional.

Very reliable and relatively new car with polite and excellent service ! When arrived at the international airport, had to register at the Toyota-rent-a-car counter in the arrival hall . Then there would be a free complimentary van taking you and your luggage to pick up the car at the office/car yard ( 1-2 minutes away) .

韓国人従業員の対応がすごく良すぎました…レンタカーを借りていて身に覚えのないキズを見つけて不安になり立ち寄ったのですが、途中まで完全に愛想の良い若い日本人の兄ちゃんと思っていました。 念の為、立ち会った証拠にお名前を頂戴してビックリ！ 借りた時の日本人のおっちゃんスタッフからは車両チェックリストを貰っていなくて、その場で彼が履歴を調べて書類を貰い「元からあったキズで不安にさせてしまい申し訳ございません」と丁寧にお詫びをいただきました。 国籍とか関係なく彼は接客等で非常に優秀な人物ですので、トヨタレンタカーさんは大切にしてあげてください。

Easy pick up. They have a shuttle from the international airport (<2mins drive) to the shop. Child seats were not the cleanest, but car cleanliness were passable

Spent an hour and a half to get a car. And an hour to return a car. Terrible operation efficiency even having 4 staffers. Very unpleasant experience.

車内に「清掃済み」と書かれた紙が置いてあったあったが、タバコ臭はすごいしハンドルもベタつくしで最悪だった。今の時代、全車禁煙車が当たり前でしょうに。二度と利用しません。
