We would like to share our experience in engaging professional mover service for the first time and I have nothing but praise to the the moving crew and company as a whole. When I initially asked for a quotation a month ago, I did not have any specific expectations since I don't have prior experience, hence no comparison to benchmark to. I sent them a message via Google page and Quinton responded almost immediately despite it being a weekend and this is what he described their service: "Our job scope including necessary dismantling, packing and assemble back in the destination for big items. For example, we will dismantle bed frame , and pack the mattress, arrange in the place in the destination. We are more to protecting your moving items and providing a hassle free moving experience." "We implement one price move all policy, that means one quotation for the entire moving and no hidden cost after final quote" - Happy Movers April 2022 To provide me with a quote, Happy Movers requested me to share pictures of big sized items to move and dismantle where they subsequently provided me with a rough estimation. I had then responded to them that the quotations was slightly above my budget. This is when they arranged for a virtual visit around the house with a staff named John so that we could go through the actual items that we needed to move and for Happy Movers to provide a more accurate rate. I was happy with the new quote and we engaged their service on 15 April 2022. The moving crew had 5 staff (All local Malaysian) and the team was lead by Hazren. I received a notification which included all of their names and contact numbers. They advised that they would arrive at 10am and I was pleased that they actually arrived around 9.30am to go through the items again and for Hazren to brief me on their procedure. The team started working diligently after being briefed by Hazren and they each took an area to pack. The big sized items in these areas were dismantled and when we moved the furniture to the new house, the same staff who packed the furniture proceeded to assemble it in the new house. Some items that require dismantling or removal form the wall have their screw every bits pieces kept safely with the furniture! I can see the camaraderie and teamwork displayed by the team and I could see that they thoroughly enjoy working with Happy Movers. They would refer to each other in how to pack certain items more efficiently. It makes a big difference for us as it helps makes the moving process less stressful. They definitely took great care in packing the furniture, moving it onto the trolleys and into the van then proceeded to unload the items at our new house. They would also check with us if some items are ok to be packed together or in a separate box. Till about 4pm+ I have seen new faces coming in to support 3-4 new guys and when I checked with the crew this is what they normally do, whichever team that have completed their job earlier will always come to support the one that still pending to ensure everyone completed their job earlier, such a refreshing things to hear nowadays. It was also the fasting month and all of them were fasting that day. They worked diligently until 6.30pm. At the end of the session, Hazren updated that they had completed assembling the big furniture and we had also provided a written compliment on the feedback form. We truly appreciate the service rendered by Hazren and his team. He is very knowledgeable and brilliantly manages the resources to ensure that the move is done efficiently. We can't thank Happy Movers enough as they have definitely made the gargantuan task of moving house very less stressful and given us a peace of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! BIG THANK YOU! Give them support as they employ locals! P/S We did enquire from another mover as they have heavy social media presence, particularly on Instagram. They quoted more than double the price I received from Happy Movers.

I've utilised Happy Movers twice now. The team were incredibly impressive during my first experience with them in 2021 that I did not hesitate to contact John when I had to move again in 2022. From the first contact, John and team were incredibly helpful and attentive. As experienced movers, they knew how to manage timelines and sudden changes which alleviates stress. They wasted no time in answering questions and providing you information on what to prepare for before and during moving day. The moving team were incredible! From my two experiences, the team were timely, responsive and respectful. They were also incredibly organised and structured. They did not hold back in providing more than sufficient movers and equipment to make sure the entire process was quick. They took amazing care of my items and the house's structure. They carefully dismantled and wrapped up all large items safely. They used a large cloth to wrap my fridge, plastic wrap my mattress, sofas etc. They also had mats to ensure that they do not damage the flooring. They took their time to carefully move in/out large items to ensure utmost care to both items and house. For my recent move, team leader Hazren was incredibly fantastic to coordinate with. In fact, I did very little coordinating as he took charge of the situation professionally. I just had to stand back and answer any questions they had. He also made a point to double-check that everything was assembled well. Their price is fair for the meticulous service provided. I've used other moving services that were competitive in price but none of the past experiences impressed me as much as the service Happy Movers have provided. The Happy Movers team are extremely meticulous and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire company and the team. Moving is such a stressful situation and the trust I had in them really minimised the stress. I can say without a doubt that Happy Movers are simply the best at what they do. I've recommended them to my friends/family and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed. Thank you again to John and team. You guys are truly exemplary in the moving industry :)

i engaged Happy Movers at the end of Feb after reviewing a couple of movers' packages. The person i liaised with was John. The pricing are pretty similar across all movers but what stands out Happy Movers from the rest are: its good reviews on google and John's responsiveness to my questions. We also video called so he could see what are the major items i need packed and moved. i also liked that there is no hidden charges and extra costs after the final quotation. Everything is clear cut. On the day of the move, the movers came right on the dot at 10am. Everyone was professional and did their job quickly. All my big items were wrapped properly. We also have a very heavy safe that needs to be moved but it went without a hitch. No floors or walls were scratched in the process which i am very pleased about. They also helped me to move my heavy plants in the pots to my new place. Overall im very satisfied!

Don't know where to begin complimenting Happy Movers' service. Starting from Ms Anne who handled all my questions to Mr Goo and his team who handled the whole moving process. Anne was oh so patient with my thousand questions and once I was sure on the furniture to be moved and disposed, had a virtual call to reconfirm before coming up with the quotation. Goo and his team was very friendly the moment they arrived. They were also kind enough to carry extra furniture for free when they saw us loading our car to meet up at the destination's location. Was super touched by their kind gesture. The team completed everything within 3 hours and left with happy faces. Would definitely recommend to others about their service and also for those reading this, please engage them without any worries. It will be worth every penny spent. Thank you Happy Movers! :)

Just found time to fill up the feedback. Around end of May 2020, I contacted John and following a site visit by Grace, I engaged Happy Movers on 6 June 2020 to move my stuff. The crew and their truck arrived promptly and was quick to start work. Bulky stuff were well wrapped and protected. Overall I am very happy with the crew's professionalism, energy, knowledge and hardworking. They are definitely not the usual crew from "lorry sewa". I will definitely recommend Happy Movers to anyone who wish to engage a professional mover. Thanks again John, Grace and the crew (Hazren, Zhi Beng, Nizam, Dania, Muslim and probably a few more who came later to give extra pairs of hand). Well done!

Movers arrived on time. The way they went about their business was efficient. Took extra care of the fragile items and even the plants. Very polite , friendly and meticulous. You will know they are professionals. The way they disassembled stuffs quickly and reassembled when in the new location . I even had a chair leg that was screwed in wrongly from long time ago, they took the time to put it in the correct order. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to move houses. They really follow their 3 checkpointy policy. At no point was I worried that anything would be broken by just seeing how detail oriented and careful they were. Good service, Great staffs.

I moved house recently and was skeptical to use Happy Movers as worried on how the workers are like handling my fragile home items and stuff. Surprisingly, they were very professional and patience with the conditions since i was moving from one condo to another condo with a long list of restriction. Tried their first service back in 2018 for my mom's house and we were very satisfied with their service. Since then, anytime a family member or myself would like to move to another place, we will only their service. Their price is much more reasonable than the other mover company. The person in charge of the moving day is very professional. Making sure every box is in the right place before leaving the house. Every piece of furniture is wrapped properly. They have a professional team. All items were well wrapped before move and delivered to identified area accordingly. They were helped to clean some items before wrap when we need the help. Overall satisfied and happy with their service. My situation: I have done packing all stuff in many boxes, and important item is a fridge. Firstly, We are having video call to estimate the quotation. The experience sales estimated the required lorry and answer my queries patiently. When the day come, their staff is very polite and on time. They professionally wrapping those furniture that need special protection, like use a special rack for my fridge. At the destination, they will follow your instruction unwrap and put the furniture.

They are called Happy Movers for a reason - my entire moving experience from start to finish was a happy experience. They were professional, punctual and everything went so smoothly. I added a few additional items on the day of moving which wasn't in the final quotation and they were so accommodating and included the items FOC (they even helped to pack the additional items!). I decided not to go thru the hassle of self packing this time, with the help of Google, I stumbled upon happy movers, at first they seem expensive but after knowing they have no hidden or extra charges after final quote, I have peace of mind in booking them. I was impressed that they are extremely helpful, friendly, committed and very punctual. The lorry container is covered so my furnitures are free of highway dust. All my furnitures were wrapped to minimise any damage. For my big Bedframe, they helped me to take it out by pieces and wrapped it and then fixed back when arrived at drop-off point (room-to-room). The staffs are local Malaysian, neat & tidy. Well done and very professional service. TQ

Recommended to get them if you are planning to relocate. I was moving from 1 unit to 2 separate unit and they were very helpful. They packed the big items carefully and as for my boxes, it was cling wrapped once it was stacked together. Very helpful to reassemble my big items again. John, Anne, Nazim and team were awesome! Even had extra hands to help unload which made the process much faster. Price is very reasonable as well!

Professional & Experience Movers. I've used their service twice so far and it has been amazing and stress free. They will provide all the wrapping service for your items and furniture during move out day and you can purchase carton boxes from them that you can pre pack your personal item. The price might be a high side compared to other movers but you do get a better quality service and stress free experience.

Moved end Apr using their service which initially had hiccups from representative, Lawrence, follow up was not great but after some complains got in touched with Ainku who was kind and very good in follow ups. Happy Mover’s team of movers are very professional, efficient and well mannered. They were well prepared with packing materials. All my heavy furnitures that being moved by them are in good conditions. They were patience to wait for me when I was still busy to finish my last minute packing. A very professional team who was punctual, and provided good one to one communication with team leader. Arrived at 10am and were ready to leave before 12pm, arrived at destination a bit earlier than expected, and finished before 3.30pm, super efficient. Wouldn't say they're cheap, but definitely worth the price for sound of mind.

please do not use this mover storage services. They do no have proper storage area and their moving services is very expensives with alot of hidden and untold cost. please beware the chinese guy, who the worker said he is a very stingy boss. hopefully this will help the public to avoid becoming victim like myself.
