Why I would recommend them to others. 1) Responsive and they do follow up. 2) They trust their customers. 3) They were very punctual. They promise at 10am, sharp 10am they call and inform they arrived. 4) They cut short their lunch time in order to get the job done early. 5) They were very patient in placing the furnitures at the place we asked. 6) No any damage on the furniturs and they are professional in fixing back the furnitures.

Very helpful movers for my relocation from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. It’s been great experiences communicating with KTS, they are easy to reach and staff has been very polite to me for both KL and Singapore. Personally, I would use them again in the near future! The only advice for their improvement is the time management. There’s slight delay on picking and receiving my items, but overall, it’s been great! ;)

They wrapped my mattress even though I didn't request for it, and they didn't charge me extra for this. Their staff was also very careful and helpful in placing my mattress, had a good experience and would highly recommend them.

Engaged them to do moving service, paid cash but when request for official receipt the boss Raj keep delaying. already 3 weeks still don't get a receipt despite WhatsApp to keep reminding. Not professional at all!

I will never recommend this company. Never keep records of communication, keep changing information from 1ton lorry to a 5ton lorry and has been deceiving. Will never trust a person who cannot keep to their word

Yes it is worst moving service ever. Some parts were disappear, dirt on furniture and wall damage. How terrible....and also even so price was RM500 too expensive for that.
