Although the lady at the front counter/reception is brusque and could slightly improve upon customer service to be slightly more friendly, her manner was still professional and efficient. I had previously taken my vehicles to authorised dealers for servicing and experienced a plethora of lies, deception, scamming, fraud, bullying, condescension, arrogance, dismissiveness, extreme overcharging, unprofessionalism and laziness. However, the service i received from the staff here was friendly, informative, considerate, efficient, effective, extraordinarily competitively priced, honest, dedicated, professional, and for lack of a better description - simply awesome. The previously authorised dealer servicing departments i had taken my vehicle to stated it would take two days and 'needed to keep it for diagnostic testing' for four days (yes, 4!). They had replaced a timing chain but insisted the immediate battery drain was due to sludge build up and the entire engine would need to be replaced second-hand at a cost in excess of $5,000 just for parts, but 'they would happily take it apart to check at no cost'. The excellent staff here took the time to perform some simple tests and found the problem to be a starter motor, which they replaced at a total servicing cost of $460. Once this problem was fixed, it highlighted another issue of a loss of power, which the authorised dealer servicing was not able to identify - again putting it down to 'sludge build up'. The team here troubleshooted the issue and replaced the spark plugs for around $300, which also included swapping coils around to test misfires - which has seemed to have fixed the issue (although they also quoted me for replacement coils at a later date). In every interaction with this business, they have taken the time to explain what the problem was, what they did, what other issues may exist, what other costs may be involved, and what other issues I should be concerned about. Their servicing was efficient and they completed work when they said they would, communicated professionally and notified me when the work was completed to pick up the vehicle. In general, although I am always cautious and wary about mechanics and the lies they seem to routinely tell, this business actually seems honest, hard working, caring and genuine! I'm no stranger to mechanics and vehicle maintenance and I would rate this business as one of the best. I sincerely doubt you could ever find a problem with this business by having your vehicle serviced here based upon my experiences! As soon as my new car is outside of it's extended warranty, this business will always be servicing it!

Amateurs, took my Ranger and new camper trailer to get Redarc bcdc fitted to camper and smart start isolator in car fitted and they said they had to run extra wiring to get smart start to work properly coz of smart alternator but did not connect blue wire to ignition signal on smart start and spoke to me like I was an idiot on the phone when I tried to explain it. Also used maxi blade fuses instead of midi fuses on main feed from isolator and main feed to bcdc. So had to take a more time off work and take it back to get isolator done right after I sent an email to Redarc to ask if constant popping from isolator was normal which was not but no point asking why they installed blade fuses due to their arrogance.

When I called & told them I’m a permanent traveler they fitted me in asap. I have a power system,Enerdrive, in my canopy of my Ram & the 200ah Lithium battery wasn’t charging or holding its charge. The employee who worked on it, Phoenix, was thorough in his testing using the instructions on the battery & the booklet I gave him but to no avail, the battery was cooked. A bit more testing with instructions from a local Battery World manager still proved the battery no good. Excellent service from Phoenix & kept me up to date with what was happening & what he was trying next. Young guy who knows his stuff, we’ll done to all at Elizabeth Auto Electric.

Came in with a an A/C not working in my Euro. They could have said it was the compressor needing replacing and I wouldn’t have known and would have had to pay. Instead they spent 3/4 of an hour investigating and checking and found it was just a relay switch. Only $109 total! Thumbs up for friendly and honest service. Will go to them again for any further auto electrical work.

An RAA approved business. Great place for good service and will always keep you informed on cost of fixing plus alternatives in regards to a less costly version. Have used them for air conditioning and recommend them for this aswell. Very thorough. Good pricing.
