We purchased a Toyota Rav4 from Rajiv in December 2021. Raj was friendly and assured us of all the good things as all good car salespeople do. When we received the car, the back cover was missing. This had to be posted a few days later. We were also promised a full service history, but found large gaps in-between the most recent service and the last one. We also now noticing scratches coming to the surface of the vehicle on the bonnet that was hidden hen we first picked up the car. We were also promised that a new battery was installed and that we would receive the warranty within a few days. That was in December. It is now almost mid-February. After many excuses, Rajiv has stopped answering my calls, and stopped replying to my text messages for the warranty. The battery water was very low when we last inspected and should not be for a brand new battery. I no longer trust this dealership, and would not recommend them to anyone else. I am not emailing info@101 as Rajiv is well aware of this and we should not have to send another email after all the texts we've been sending, to get something as simple as our battery warranty. This will need to be reported to Consumer Affairs.

Bought a 2008 Holden Astra wagon from Raj back in September 2016. I have owned a number of cars over the last 10 years, and have had plenty of experience dealing with car salesmen. I admit that I have been subjected to some unpleasant tactics at other dealerships which tainted those experiences. However, dealing with Raj was a very pleasant experience. I had found the car online and submitted an online enquiry. Raj contacted me on the same day with a courtesy phone call. I organised to go in to see the car the following day and to take it for a test drive. I also test drove another car which appealed but ultimately decided on the Astra. I managed to close the deal for a car with low mileage and full service history. The car has been running well and has been a pleasure to drive. Definitely the best experience I've had when buying a car.

Back in May we purchased a holden commodore from this dealer .. We trusted in Raj but unfortunately the car has been nothing but trouble from day 2 of having it .. About a month later we took the car back because it was making a noise and he promised to fix it and on return said nothing was wrong with it .. 3 weeks ago we contacted him again and told us to take it to his mechanic in Hallam and after 2 weeks of him having the car there , told my son to come get it because he fixed the problem .. 500 dollars later the problem was still there .. Cut long story short , decided to take it to my trusted mechanic and today he told us that the car is rubbish and everything mechanically is for the tip .. We need to put a new engine in which will cost me thousands .. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU RESOECT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY .

I definitely don’t recommend. They sold my friend a $30,000 car that ended up being sent back to be fixed but was never actually fixed properly and he had only had the car for 1 day and he is now having to spend over $10,000 to replace the engine and bearings and other things aswell, they are also very rude when confronted about issues with cars they sell and refuse to help or give money back for a car that was no good from the beginning. This dealership can not be trusted as they do dodgy jobs and don’t make sure a car is mechanically okay before selling and refuse to help once being confronted about the problems. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! Possibly going to have to get consumer affaires involved as this is a very big issue and was definitely sold a lemon with finance.

Raj bought our 2 cars on a Saturday afternoon when we dropped in to see if he may be interested as we were moving overseas the next day! He was very quick to appraise the cars and very up front about their value and his plans for them. Even though the cars had some minor issues he was able to evaluate these quickly and did not unduly leverage this in the price. He then organized an Uber car for us to get back home. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up a major relief. I strongly recommend you see Raj if you are considering selling your car and we will see him again if we have any second hand car requirements in Melbourne.

I recently bought a car from 101 Auto I cannot praise Raj enough for making the whole process so simple and uncomplicated.. When I first drove into the car yard I was met by a friendly and very helpful Raj.. He explained about the vehicles in an easy to understand manner and wasn’t pushy or intimidating in any way... He organised all the Finance for me and even dropped off the car to me when it was all sorted as I was working till late.. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Raj.. He is very professional, efficient and honest..

Wouldn't buy a vehicle from any one else in the Melbourne region. I bought a Hyundai iLoad off Raj at the end of last year for a very competitive price. This is a small second hand car dealership that specialises in 4wd Vehicles but also carries various car brands. The service here is awesome as is the owner, he is frank, flexible and honest a combination which is very rare these days. We invested significantly in a Landcruiser and i dont have a single complaint. Rajiv was also very helpful in advising on aftermarket equipment. There was a small ding in the car and Rajiv didn't hesitate to arrange for it to be repaired. I recommend this dealership to anyone

I bought my Car with Rajiv. I have since then just troubles with it. I already had to go to the mechanic the third time and the warranty is paying nothing! Every certificate is fake or not complete. Rajiv is not answering any calls anymore and blocked everything. Even payments that I did like transfer the car into my name didn't happen but I paid him for that. Don't do the same mistake and trust him with his helpful/ charming performance. He just left me with lots of troubles and bills.

I can’t fault the service Raj has given me from the first call of enquire to the test drive, through to driving away in the Triton. The very reasonable advertised price included ,15 months warranty, RWC, servicing the car, he threw in 3 months extra rego, fitted a new reversing camera and helped with finance...the spare tyre still had reasonable tread but he threw in an extra spare - rim and all! I would highly recommend Raj and 101Auto.

Given the lockdown and having to buy a car online without seeing it. Made things very difficult and honesty would have been the key to get a decent car. Raj was very professional, patient and supportive. Finalised the deal over the phone after he sent me walk arround and inside videos as well as more pictures. The car was town to my work place nice and clean. Very happy with my positive experience with Raj. Thank you.

Can not go less than 1 star.. purchased ford xr6 6 month ago. very cheap service , untrustworthy, overpriced. The the raj promised me with some aftermarket parts of the car will be posted to your address but never get that one. They promise me we will do rubbing and polishing before pickup but after one week they did nothing. Never picked phones after sale, please do not spend your hard earned cash here.. thanks

To be honest, i thought this whole buying online process was too risky, but the condition of the car was exactly as described and filmed in the videos! He was very friendly, easy going, and attentive until the car was handed to me. Then, I found out some issues with the car so I called and texted him but he never called me back. His after sales service is regrettably aweful. I would not buy from him. Good luck selling car.

Raj and David are very professional and are genuinely very good people to buy a car from. They have sold me a wonderful car and took mine as a trade in. So hassle free and I felt they would do the same for anyone looking for a very good car. I could not recommend them enough. Make sure you visit them when you are thinking of buying and selling. The absolute worst experience. The man that was working on the day gave us a full lecture simply because we did not want to engage in conversation, and just wanted a simple browse. He made implications on our behalf, with his passive aggressive attitude, like we owed him something. Definitely, will not be returning. Good luck to all, who decides to give this place a chance.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE! Raj seems like a nice guy, but he's a lemon dealer. Didn't even put a warranty on the car we bought despite stating the car was under 3 months warranty in the contract. Should be taken to court on matters like that in all honesty, but here's hoping a review will save some trusting people some heartache before throwing their hard earned cash away.

Raj was awesome to deal with in buying our Pajero. The whole process was easy and his communication during the purchase phase and prior to delivery was superb. I saw the bad review someone left so asked Raj about it and he was honest and explained what happened and I would have no hesitations in buying again from him.

Usually skeptical with dealers but had no problems with Raj or the car. Car was in excellent condition. Raj brought the car to my house to see. I even took it to my mechanic to check after buying and they said it's a genuine car. Only thing I had to change was the timing belt as I didn't want to risk it snapping.

Bought a black mini cooper with Raj for a christmas present for my girlfriend. The best experience we have ever had! Price was great and service was perfect. 0 stars. Stay away. Raj will say whatever he needs to, to sell you a car. Dodge your calls and take weeks to arrange repair on your broken car, then doesn’t even replace anything like they said. which you find out by another mechanic a few months later that they just did a dodgy patch to get rid of you.

I bought a car from 101auto and paid a lot more premium for the 3 years warranty but never get it back. Whenever I called them for a service, they said busy and would call me back. But they never called back. Do not buy from this dealer otherwise you will regret for long long time.

One star as I can not give any less. Does NOT honour three day cooling off period. Does NOT give three month statutory guarantee. Vehicle FAILED RWC inspection three weeks after purchase. With vital parts held together with cable ties. Who gave this clown a licence to sale cars?

Arranged a time to see a car, called the guy when he was 15 minutes late and he then said he was 5 mins away. Waited 15 more minutes and the guy was a no show... Completely disrespectful of my time. If you’re thinking about popping in here for an inspection, just go elsewhere!
