"I love this gym but today was super uncomfortable I went to use the bathroom and there was a lady completely naked drying her hair and body with the hand dryer my girlfriend went in first and told me I wanted 30 min later and I went she was still in there getting ready naked! Please put a sign on to at least have a towel on"
"Centrally located"
"Great outdoor space"
"This gym is NOT 24 hours and when I sat in the lot past 10pm the guards called the cops? I wasn't there longer than 11 bc my car wouldn't defrost it was so foggy i couldn't see and my heater was taking forever and they really tripped "

Centrally located. This is my go to gym. I just wish the AC situation was better. I know the old school AC system and it’s output is out of 24 hour’s control. It would be nice if the management spent a few hundred dollars and put some floor fans in there. It’s way too hot. Makes working out unenjoyable.
Great outdoor space. Great staff. Only negative thing is their employees arent enforcing the wiping down of equipment. Enough wipes and disinfectant available but guests not using. Id say about 50% are cleaning after use. Come on guys. Why do you need to be reminded. …

It’s one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. The equipment is old and falling apart. Bathrooms are filthy and not cleaned up often. And it smells when you walk in, like something is burning. Can’t believe no one else has complained about the smell here!
They only accept Americans. As a foreigner you’re not allowed. I can’t believe this is legal. I’m in San Diego for a few months from abroad and they wouldn’t let me in without an San Diego/American ID or proof of residence. Not sure why my
This location has gotten so bad. I know Westfield sold Mission Valley Center, so maybe 24 Hour Fitness is just waiting to close this location permanently. I know labor and hiring are tough, so maybe they can't find any cleaning staff. The
I complained that the radio is too loud. Even when wearing noise cancelling ear buds the music (and the 24hr Fitness commercials which are 50% louder) are intrusive when listening to my own music. I asked the manager, Scott Green, to turn
Has all the basics and it smells less like old sweat and feet than the Balboa location. The free weights, benches, and cable machines are all fine, but the other machines are hit or miss or are out of order for weeks at a time. It is also
The gym should post signs that back packs and duffle bags must be stored in lockers instead of the gym floors. Members are setting their duffel bags next to equipment to reserve the equipment for themselves but the member is nowhere to be
This location is full with bunch of people who goes there to only socialize and play on their phone while holding machines and wasting other's precious time. I was so sick today waiting on a machine again this guy was on his phone for 25
First time at this location, and not bad, there’s lots of equipment, it’s more like vintage than upgraded to modern equipment, which is not a problem as long as the machines aren’t broken. I’m not sure what happened to the lockers in the
I almost wasn’t able to work out at all because I had an out of state drivers license despite paying rent here. (Not sure why my address matters to workout) The girl at the front desk also said they had to keep my license while I worked
The staff are PHENOMENAL! I was traveling from Canada and had a great experience, topped off with them contacting me when I returned back home that I had forgotten my wallet there. They mailed it to me in CANADA and refused to let me to
Poorly maintained. 1 of the 4 water stations are functional. Seems the urinals always leak and have a puddle. A few of Sinks in bathroom don't work, staff at front desk busy on their cell phones at times. No music in the gym. Broken foot
while working out here is entirely possible this is one of the least fun gyms I have ever been to. it has all the charms of a manufacturing plant. a huge, windowless, featureless hall with millions(albeit clean and functional) machines
Most of the workout crazies call this 24 the Factory. This is where you come to either begin, start over, or rehab injuries. The staff is always nice and it is very convenient to get a 45 min to an hr workout in.
Drinking fountains constantly broken. Paper towel dispensers constantly empty. Urinals constantly overflowing on to the floor with piss!!! Get it together.
I just signed up to the 3 day complimentary pass in preparation to move from my Platinum membership with LA Fitness and to try and find a new gym.
Went from 24 hour mission valley to 24 hour hillcrest real quick , feel like I’m in hillcrest at the gym. Feels weird to even use the Locker rooms
This place is convenient for me - as I live in North Park. Ive been going here for 6 years. And it's cheaper than the gyms IN North Park.
Conveniently located, great parking, alot of classes offered, plenty of room with many machines and free weights. Need new row machines.
They have done a really nice job here during the Covid-19 pandemic. Friendly staff too! Plenty of space to workout. I felt safe.
Awesome staff. The gym needs a facelift desperately everything is old and worn out , the showers and bathrooms are a mess ..
Customer service definitely not up to par. They dont take care their patrons that is local to the area. I asked if they
This gym is in severe disrepair; missing tile, broken and rotted drywall, burned out lights, missing light bulbs.
Has this place ever been 24 hours? Would be great to get off from work and have enough time to work out.
Ehh. Equipment could use an update. Barely see anyone wipe down machines at this location
*UPDATE 2* Could really use some new treadmills! The current supply of treadmills are
Great GYM! Crowded but worth it.
