My husband and I searched for a week to decide which gym to join. PF won out because they are close to our home, convenient location with easy in easy out, and the equipment we wanted. So Black Card Membership its is....sign us up! Hydromassage, full body enhancement, massage chairs, tanning all included too! BUT what we didn't know was we were getting Kalani along with the already pretty sweet deal. Cannot say enough nice things about Kalani. Starting with an always friendly and upbeat "welcome back" when you arrive, he is the cheer you need daily at the gym! Always manning the front desk and working his butt off at the same time! Who is that Ghostbuster pack wearing guy cleaning the floors? Kalani. Who is that stocking the paper and fixing the treadmill? Kalani. Who is that organizing the food drive and decorating? Kalani. They take temps at the door and lots of cleaning stations all around 10~20 feet from each other. I see workers walking around the floor refilling the cleaning stations, and I'm assuming scouting people with their masks not on. Lots of cardio ranging from treadmills, stair climbers, rowing machines, sit down bikes, ellipticals, etc. Cable machines have their own space as well as a free weight area. Leg machines and ab equipment get their own room along with a stretching area. There's a dedicated 30 minute workout area I don't see used very much. As well as a "PF360" room which has machines for cardio + functionality workouts. Don't see that used too much either. The whole building can get stuffy since there's not too many fans around -- just two big ones near the cardio areas. But whatever, if you're there to work than that should be the last thing on your mind.

This is my second review because I forgot to make a shout out to Brandon and Kalani on my first one! They are awesome! Friendly and helpful. I’m a one pass member with my health insurance (I have access to any gym in the city) and I choose to drive an extra 15 miles to train here. Clean facilities and other members are very respectful and clean after themselves. It a place with great staff and chill members.

I'm so glad that the gyms are finally open. My husband and I really liked the place and it's perks of being a Black Card member so we joined and signed up. It has been great so far. I come in workout, equipment is always available, I don't need to wait for a station to be available. The staff are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of cleaning stations to wipe down the machine after every use.

I was very impressed with this gym. Very clean and spacious. Huge variety of equipment available. If you get the black card membership, then you're totally spoiled with tanning booths, Infrared and vibration plate booths ( both very good for your health) and hydromassage and regular massage chairs. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. You definitely get a lot for your money.

Very happy with my experience w this gym and its managers. Kalani, manager, is always there w a smile and something sincere to talk about. He's always cleaning something. Very clean compared to other gyms i've been to. Always easy parking. Very reasonalbly priced. They have lots of extras like massage chairs, hydro beds, tanning and more. I would def reccomend.

Membership rates are reasonable, the place is kept clean, and everyone keeps to themselves. The staff are also friendly. There's a range of equipment, including cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, cables, and smith machines. The main downside is that they don't have barbells. But overall it's a good gym to go and work out at.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The machines here are new and up to date. The only complaint I have is more with the people that go to this gym rather than the gym itself. Because membership to this gym is so cheap you get all sorts of people, and some of these people are not right in the head and some are outright rude.

This is such a nice and well maintained facility. Best staff ever! Always so welcoming, positive, helpful, kind and super polite and friendly, even if there is a challenge or the gym is super busy and they have to juggle a lot of guests at once, they do it with a smile and amazing and the attitude. A lot of young adults sitting on equipment staring at there phones, All the stretching pads are soaked everyday from people spaying them down with disinfectant, a lot of young adults flexing in the mirrors that would be laughed at,at other gyms, they need to get out of the way and go flex In the bathroom.

You can use your black card membership here, Greg, when you visit. All pretty new looking equipment, bigger than the Cambridge or Cape Cod one. Has large ceiling fans. They also have the usual DirectTV package that garbles the image if there's some clouds. Wi-Fi is very slow so don't bother

The staff rocks! They are very friendly, know me by name and always give me a warm welcome. The facility is kept up to a high standard! The gym and locker rooms are always clean! I attend the facility every day during my lunch break and it's honestly my favorite part of the day!

I’m obsessed with this gym. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They also work really hard to keep the gym clean and all the equipment in service. I’ve never been to a cleaner and new tidy gym in my life! Also enjoy hitting the hydro massage chair after my workouts!

I always have a good workout at this planet fitness. The facility is always clean. From the lockers to the machines in the workout area. The customer service reps are always ready to answer questions and help out in any way. Nothing negative to say honestly.

I like this location. The staff is nice and always available to help. The facilities are clean and it doesn't ever seem to get too busy. If you're familiar with pf then you know it's not for hardcore lifters. Dumbbells only go up to 75lbs.

Would give 5 stars but what is it with all planet fitness gyms not having toilet seat covers. Its not very hygienic. Especially in these times. We pay enough money especially us VIP to be able to go potty without worries. We are not in

Pretty great gym. Staff are friendly, ample equipment and space, locker rooms are nice. My only issue is that the water temp in the showers is never quite right, you have to choose between two hot or too cold, no in between.

It's advertised as a judgment free zone but I don't believe in that. The staff was nice. It was clean and the equipment worked. The massage chairs and hydro massage beds are fun.

Great gym. Has all equipment necessary for a great workout. The employees are friendly and they keep the gym very clean. I would totally recommend PF to anyone.

This is a nice location, parking stalls are tight so you park around the side. It's clean and we'll maintained no to crowded and employees are polite.

This place is constantly clearing Bravo Zulu to the staff. The equipment is in wonderful working order and the black card amenities and incredible.
