So tonight I ordered breaded wings and a medium pizza , pizza came fine but they messed up on my wings and brought me regular ones. I called back immediately and told them their has been a mixup. In the meantime while I was waiting for my new wings I through the old ones out because I didn't see the use for them nobody wanted them. They got to my location and asked for them back. I told them I had deposed of them even presented them with one I pulled out of the garbage proving to them they were regular not breaded but they still insisted on trying to get my dig up 15 wings , while I was in the phone with the manager the driver blurted out that he wanted all 15 back to he could resell them the another costumer ... 1) that brought up a red flag for me 2) that's disgusting who knows how much bacteria and sickness that could spread & 3) the management said on the phone that they don't resell the items so the driver was miss informed. At the end of it all I never got my breaded wings &I I received the worst costumer service. Like if I proved I disposed of them myself why do u need them back to do that same thing? WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

I ordered off Uber eats. The delivery by a person from 241 pizza. Not an Uber delivery person. The delivery person was not only delayed by over 30 minutes, but the delivery lady screamed at me! She complained about how far I made her drive and said "not enough money". She screamed at me for not standing on my door step to collect the delivery. I live in the basement and asked her to come up to the side entrance while I got ready to go up to pick it up. Instead, she screamed at me saying "oh my god. You no ready!". Such terrible service. Not the end I needed for my day. Such disrespect! Never trying this chain again. Miserable delivery driver. Such bad hiring managers for choosing delivery people like this.

Wow. I've been living in Ontario since 2005 and never tried 241 pizza. Maybe it's just this location but I did a walk-in. Large pepperoni came to 10 and change, he only charged me 10. He was very polite and asked how my evening was going and even said to call ahead and he'll just give the same walk-in special. Lastly, the pizza was shockingly good...I never expected this from a lesser known pizza company. I always did Domino's or some other company. I will be going back! I recommend trying it if you haven't yet. It's Canadian owned and gives domino's a run for their money and quality. In fact, straight up, 1 on 1. 241 beats domino's with regards to their large pepperoni pizza. It's no contest (especially on the dough, WAY better)

I went in to order at the location at 1016 Gerrard and asked what special they have and the man said there was a large with three toppings. I jokingly stated domino's has the same deal just with four toppings so the guy went crazy. He slammed his pen on the table and told me to leave. I then told him to watch his tone with me and that i wouldn't eat there anymore, not even if he pays me. This man has clear temper issues and i didn't trust him with my food anymore. I ended up going to domino's and getting a great meal, freshly baked infront of me. 241 pizza has the worst service if it keeps people like that working for it and i will no longer enter their establishments because of him.

I WAS a regular. I go to 241 pizza about 1-2 Times a month. Great pizza and just love the toppings and everything. . However, I just went there 20 minutes ago and was about to order 1 medium with 3 toppings as I usùally do. I tried to ask for a discount because I was a regular customer. I was quickly denied and was told to go to another location. He gave an unkind and rude response so there I left. He could've just kindly told me he cannot give discount but instead he gave me a rude response. Such bad customer service and I will never go back to 241pizza. I'm I'm regular and I get treated this way is just so wrong. This is a truthful and honest review. Never going back ever again.

I haven’t had 241 pizza in nearly 20 years since I lived in Durham region and wanted to switch it up and ordered 2 Large pizzas. I was disappointed. It was edible but the scrimping on the toppings was sad. It was all crust and some slices barely had any toppings. The crust was thick and dried out. Not appetizing at all. It was delivered quickly and hot, which was appreciated- hence the 3 stars, but for me it was the lack of toppings evenly distributed over the two pizzas that will prevent me from ordering again or recommending this place to anyone else.

Pizza and wings are pretty good, especially given the price. The guys working in the shop are really friendly and seem really commited to their costumers and are always ready to make things right. The delivery drivers a bit of a hit or miss. Some of them are great really quick and nice, some are older gents, more going through the motions and not always knowing what the motions are, some are just kinda stupid and incompetent. But food's always good, rarely any topping mix ups and frequently free extras get thrown in a nice surprise.

I go here regularly and the staff are always very polite - I got a deluxe slice tonight and noticed how they really loaded it - nice! Update - stopped by to get a slice for my daughter and realized I had forgotten my wallet the owner insisted on giving me the slice and said I could bring the money the next day what can I say that's what you call amazing customer service.

I really like this 2/4/1 Pizza close to Gerrard Square. Something about the way they make the pineapple pizza is so good. The staff have always been friendly. There are other pizza places I would go to first that are truly incredibly pizzas, but if I’m looking for quick, fast food pizza for lunch I’m happy to eat here. I’ll easily take it over Pizza Pizza and their uncooked pepperoni horror.

Parked there for a convient stop to get pizza after a quick run to Walmart. Was told I can't park in the parking lot even though the spot didnt have any signs from 241 pizza in this empty parking lot even though we were going to be back there In a few minutes for pizza. Lost a customer that day and they clearly didn't have a/c on either even though it's 30 degrees with a heat warning.

The pizza at this specific location is amazing - great sauce, nice dough, fast. More importantly, the owner, Dileep, is a compassionate small business owner and member of this community, regularly offering free food to those in need. Please support this business - try and give him extra money to pay it forward, although be warned he won't always take it - others have tried!

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve had in the city. The menu looked good with different options, we ordered it with garlic crust, balsamic, and garlic on the pizza, which were all free toppings, well thankfully they were free because we didn’t get them. The pizza crust itself was hard yet undercooked and the cheese was sparse. Won’t be returning here.

Ordered some pizzas, called to ask the status of my order that was late, a very rude lady picked up the phone and basically yelled at me saying they’re busy and hung up. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth. That is not the way to speak to a customer. I was polite and patient.

This restaurant said they delivered my order to my address and gave the order to me which did not happen, and now they keep hanging up on me, won't refund me or bring me my pizza they said I ordered wings from them yesterday too which never happened. The went to the wrong address and played it off now I'm out money and no pizza!!!

The pizza was amazing! The best pizza I had ever in Ontario by far. The pizza was full of toppings and covered in lots of cheese. I would totally recommend this pizza spot!

I've been to my fair share of 241 locations and although they were all ok, this joint is my personal favourite due to quality and taste. The pizza was fresh, still hot, the toppings were generous and the wings had just the right amount of sauce. So good and definitely more satisfying and less doughy then Pizza Pizza. I love 241!

Ordered GF pizza, no attempts made to meet the standards. Same surface, not wiped, same tray as other pizzas. No precaution what so ever. I wouldn't order here if you have ceilac or even just a sensitivity. Huge disappointment in how they set their standards. I'll probably report how they treated the order to head office.

First of all, best budget pizza in the city (ie. way better than Pizza Pizza and a couple shades better than Domino's). The owner is really friendly at this location, too. Some of the guys are a bit curt, but hell, they make good pizza. I had insanely low expectations, believe me. This pizza is good.

Pizza is very good at this location. And an even added bonus. Is the kindness of these Owners towards those in the neighborhood, who are vulnerable.. May the kindness of this small pizza company, And their good quality pizza, Create more business $$$ than they can even handle! That would be perfect.

Stuffs are very unhygienic. I was about to order and noticed the person was full of small hair in his body and clothes. I think he had a haircut but didn't clean himself. Another one who is old and has a white beard was very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this location of 241 pizza.

Have gone in there a few times the owner is really great usually go there with my daughter and we have a slice and pop like Today it was great and fresh out of the oven like always people need to keep supporting business like this see you soon maybe will order a bigger pizza next time

It was my first time ordering here but I'll definitely be ordering it again. $14.99 for 2 small pizzas, two toppings each, including 2 cans of pop.. amazing deal!!! Seriously, I will not be ordering from anywhere else.

Horrible service. I accidentally parked in front of their restaurant once to go to the place next door. I'm new to the area. The owner comes out and yells at me to park at the other spot instead. Who does that??? Let them go out of business with their terrible attitude.

I live in East Scarborough and I will drive to this specific 241 for a slice of pizza. Pizza always fresh and delicious. The owner is hands down nothing but class and has incredible customer service. I will not go to any other 241’s. Highly recommend this place.

Our school ordered pizza from this place and the orders got mixed up! They gave us way too many pepperoni pizzas! The kids who ordered cheese had to wait another hour for their pizza. The only thing that was good about it was that the cheese was melted and nice

The owner of store whose name is Dileep was very kind and he prepared my order. Although there are reviews of bad customer service, however I am leaving this review as a SHOUTOUT to his TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE and i would definitely come back here.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Took over an hour and a half for a delivery to even be attempted and apparently the 'driver' will ignore delivering if he has to walk further than 10 meters to the location.

DO NOT GO HERE! THE OWNER IS HOSTILE AND WILL BARGE OUT QUESTIONING YOU FOR BEING A THIEF IF YOU FIND A DEAL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE!!!! PIZZA IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST AND MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

Terrible gluten free pizza crust. The "medium" size is a really a "small", but at a medium price. It was just expensive cardboard with decent toppings.

Got a couple slices with my kiddo, we thought it was really good, much better than recent pizzas from Mamas, Pizzaiolo, and Pizza Nova. Nice guy, too.
