If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The sign at the lot explicitly states that the daily max is $20 but makes absolutely no mention of a time limit. No longer able to pay in person, must download a very finicky app that is not user friendly. Time waster. Also charges you the extra 35c processing fee. Pay $20.35 at noon thinking you're safe for the day but if you come back after 6pm you can expect to find a $95 ticket. I would classify this as a money hungry scam-type business practice. Never using this or any "ParkSafe" lot again.

It’s a parking lot. I found the hangTag parking payment machine confusing. If you want less than a full day, press 1 for 30 mins option. It shows 0 time. You have to swipe credit card first before adding time (press 1 for each additional 30 mins). Most other machines prompt for time before $$. The hangTag app looks ok.

Crowded but always seems to be a parking spot when I go. Self serve parking machine.
