I wouldn't say I had a bad experience, and I won't say that their vehicles are bad. But I will say that they *do* have a catch. Their Web site makes them sound "too good to be true." Well, they are, sort of. First of all, I went to the Nolensville Road location, and I was greeted right away by a sales woman. She was very helpful, very kind and very honest and open with me. However, I had been emailing earlier in the day with a rep from the other lot. I felt deceived. I was originally told that they are extremely flexible with down payments, loan terms/length, etc. Well, that's partially true, and they *WILL* help you if they can. But what they don't tell you up front is that there is only so much they can do. I wasted 30 minutes each way driving to and from the lot, to find out that I wouldn't be choosing a vehicle there. The rep should have told me all of this over email earlier in the day. Instead, she insisted that I come by. I did. And it was a waste of time. I feel like they just wanted my money, overall. Because she probably thought "oh, if he comes in and he finds out the catch, maybe he'll feel like he needs to get something because he didn't want it to be a wasted trip." That's what it felt like. The manager and the sales woman at Nolensville Road are AWESOME. Kudos to them. I was essentially informed that they are *TRAINED* to kinda/sorta lie to you, to get you to come in. It wasn't false advertising, it wasn't entirely a lie. But I wasn't getting completely honest info from the get-go. I was dissatisfied with that. But their selection is large, the sales team and manager are very kind and helpful, and now that I know the catch, I'll most likely return when that "catch" is feasible on my end.

I am disappointed I could not give a 0 star! The dissatisfaction started when a few blocks away from the lot the vehicle (2011 370z) we tested left us stranded in the middle of the road. I had to push the vehicle all the way back to the dealership because they didn’t have someone to come tow the vehicle. 321 drive sales man Joseph insisted it was a small issue and he would have it repaired. He proceeded to say his manager Mike approved for the down payment to be cut in half due to the inconvenience. I went ahead and agreed to the deal he set forth. As we were filling out the application, Joseph confirmed the down payment would be 1750 instead of 3500. His manager rudely interrupted, stated he never agreed to lower the down payment. In an impolite tone and utilizing rude remarks, Mike (manager) stated we would have to submit the application and they will have to look at our credit prior to approval or down payment negotiations. Which in turn I found very misleading because originally I was informed they are a “buy here pay here” dealer that doesn’t look at credit score/report nor do they base any negotiations off of your credit. Long story short I have worked with many buy here pay here dealers and all of them have been transparent with the numbers provided and deals made. Based off the experience I had with 321 Drive Manager Mike; I wouldn’t recommend any sort of transactions with them. They are skeptical, shady, condescending, rude, scammers and the list goes and on and on. And to top it all off the salesman had the audacity to reach out to me 2 days later to ask if I was still interested in the vehicle. Thanks but no Thanks!!

My husband and I bought a work vehicle for my husband. The process in buying a car here was fine. They did things pretty quickly and we didn't have to be there for hours. That being said, they don't make making your payments very easy or convenient. I dont understand why they don't have the option to pay your payment online like every other company on the planet but you either have to mail a check in or pay by phone which is the way I pay. They will not answer the phone when you call to make a payment and no matter how many messages you leave they won't call you back and there have been times i have tried getting a hold of them for a week and a half before hearing anything back. Then when you don't make that payment due to no answer they charge you late fees. I refuse to pay late fees when its not in my control whether or not they answer the phone. For a while I was told it was because of covid and then it was only 1 person in the accounting department. Well its been like 2 years. You can't keep using those same excuses for not returning calls or answering phones. Here's a suggestion to the 321 staff. Get into the digital age and start accepting payments online like a normal company would and stop trying to rip people off with these ridiculous late fees when its mostly your fault that people are late! In this day and time it doesn't make any sense not take online payments unless your looking for ways to rip people off

*‼️AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!*‼️ This place is a joke. **Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews** They pay people and even give them free gas cards in exchange for the reviews. They have many catches and falsely advertise. Wouldn’t let me test drive any cars unless and until I filled out and allowed them to run a credit report for EACH individual car I was interested in?!?! From the lying salesmen to the wrecked cars with no low down payments, it’s all a joke! It’s ALL 20% or more down. No cars started. Had to follow me around with a jump box! Lied about cars not being wrecked. Even minor ones. Why lie about it? For $2,000, $2,500, or $3,000 down, I could go almost anywhere. Why settle for thier lies, high prices, wrecked cars, etc? ‼️‼️AVOID AT ALL COSTS‼️‼️ Shame on you guys for trying to take advantage of hard working people looking for a car or even second chances, etc. Go elsewhere where you time, business and money are appreciated. Let me tell y’all about the Charlotte Pike location to start….I would not recommend anyone doing services at that location. To start, they weren’t up to standards when it comes to selling vehicles. Not very informative and didn’t answer my questions thoroughly. However, my wife recommended me trying another location -“and giving them another chance, so I did. That experience was completely different. A salesman by the name of Josh was very informative and did an excellent job helping with everything I needed! Also, the lot manager Jose was the truth! He was very honest and easy to work with. So, I went from sitting at the Charlotte location for hours with absolutely no results, to riding off the lot with a reliable vehicle at the Nolensville Rd location! Thx Jose and Josh bc without you both 321 drive wouldn’t have gotten a sale from me! Thx to my wife looking, bringing me in, and speaking with Josh they see me rolling!!!!

They sell cars at 15% interest to people who can't afford them so they can repossess the car and re-sell it for the same price the first customer bought it for. Not a bad business model, but if you're looking for customer service, don't bother. If you fall behind on your payments, which is the case with more than half of their customers, they'll tell you they'll work with you to get you caught up, then they'll fabricate a date that you "promised" to send your next payment and use it against you when it doesn't come on that day. Liars. If you DO buy a car from these guys, make sure you inspect it top to bottom and don't sign anything until you're sure you are actually getting what you're paying for, which, in most cases, you won't. Honestly, it's amazing how they get away with the way they rebuild cars and do business, but they manage to stay just inside the lines when it comes to legality. Let's just say there's a good reason they change the name of the company every two to three years... Trust me, I used to work for these clowns.

I love my car but did not appreciate the level of customer service I received. I am in the customer service industry and I know how it is to deal with difficult customers but I am not one. Even if you are dealing with a difficult customer you never come out of character or act unprofessional. Hopefully moving forward the customer service will be better and I won’t have any issues with my car. I would definitely recommend you go to the Charlotte location if you have to deal with this type of customer service. I do feel that 321 drive has better selection of cars than other buy here pay here places and reasonable mileage. You definitely should always make sure you know what you’re buying and read everything. I hope no one else has to feel the way I did due to the unprofessionalism. Even though I did have to go through that I would still refer someone to them because of the cars and also because of my experience in customer service one bad customer service experience doesn't mean all of them will be that way.

Be very wary of this place. They will nickle and dime you. I bought a car from there put 1500 down towards the car and 500 towards tax and title. They charged me 25 for the dollar test they did on my account, now they're saying "nobody puts money towards tax and title" and that I have to give them $51 in order to get my plates. That's shady BS they're pulling. Edit: Car lasted 7 months and not even 15k miles driven, the transmission went out, body panels falling off, radio gave out a month after purchasing it, interior trims falling apart, battery replaced, negative battery terminal wire replaced, window motor started failing, and power steering pump broke. Im sure there's more too Also don't believe the 5 star reviews, they buy them offering $10 gas cards in exchange for 5 star Google reviews.

The worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. One of the salesman argued with me over a phone conversation that we had. While another sales person agreed with my side of things that were being said. They asked us to sign a bunch of paperwork than they eventually they went back on and said it was actually only if we financed through them. They made us agree to a new tag even though we wanted to transfer the tag from our old car, which almost 2 months after purchasing the car still is not done. They keep giving us the run-around on why it's not done yet. The only part they actually have kept up is replacing 2 tires that needed to be replaced.

i was in a pinch, and needed a vehicle, previous car was totaled. My father and I went to 6 different lots before ending up at 321 Drive. They put me in an amazing vehicle, practically as good as new. I've been paying on it now for almost a year, have not had a single problem with it, and the customer service at 321 is 5 out of 5 star. They have great inventory all the time, and fair prices, but the customer service is the biggest reason I'm glad we ended up at 321. I would recommend them to family, to anyone who needs a ride, it was quick and easy, and they even lined up insurance for me even with points on my record. 321 is the shizzle!!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to this place. Save yourself from a headache. This business does not know how to communicate. Accounts department NEVER answer the phone. You’re asked to leave a message but NEVER get a call back. I have been trying over a week to talk to someone about getting my permanent tags. Everyone is clueless on how to help me. Was told I just to go in a talk with someone personally. That’s kind of hard when you have 2 jobs. If I could just talk with someone who knows what they’re doing I couldn’t have to go in. That’s the whole point in calling. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My daughter tried to get a car there and the salesman was very helpful. He went out of his way to try and get a deal to happen. Was not the lots fault at all. She just could not swing the car payment and insurance payment every month. If insurance would have been cheaper she could have and would have done it. They have very nice cars, the only complaint I would have had was they have them packed into the lot and it would be hard to get one out if you wanted to test drive it unless it was right in the front. Could use a few less cars on the lot and it would look more presentable that way.

I was going to buy another car soon, but not from here again. The accounts department has the worst people. They don’t ever answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call and let them know when I’ll be able to make a payment, and even leaving a voicemail they STILL won’t get back to me. I contacted the sales team to get further help and he rudely cuts me saying there’s nothing they can do about it. Didn’t even let me explain myself. I hate that I bought from this place and have kept having to deal with these people.

These people here at 321 drive say that they will give a small fee off the last car payment if i write a review but i dont need it, but 321 drive is the worst the most unprofessional company i ever dealt with . Cant get any information on your car , they dont want to give you the owner names everybody say that there a manager but cant get anything accomplished. They will bug the hell out of you if they think you late. Go to some other buy here pay here company this is not legit at all.

I got my car in October of 2012 at the Nolensville Rd location and they were beyond excellent. The people there treated me with kindness and did not make me feel like I was just an average customer. They listened to my needs and wants, also placed a car within my budget and just not selling me the highest car to suffice their commission. I have sent 2 people total to them just from my excellent experience and they love their cars. I would recommend 321 Drive to anyone and everyone.

2 Month UPDATE : The Jeep shut down while on the highway and never cut back on . Service said they needed 6.4K for repairs and wanted half of that to continue. I’ve spent over 7k in 2 months on the vehicle , and now I have no vehicle or the money to get another one . Then on top of that, Since I am not paying for the repairs , the loan will be reported as a repossession. 1/10 . Definitely a life lesson .

Horrible customer service! EVERY TIME I call to make a payment I literally will call for hours before someone answers and takes my payment! I wouldn’t even refer them to my WORST ENEMY. I was definitely interested in purchasing a car from them. However, within a week I was told multiple different amounts I could bring and they would work with me.. the amounts kept going up. Apparently you have to be ready to buy the car same day in order to test drive it. It’s company policy
