"Denison Parking, Where Our Customers Mean Nothing to Us" That should be their mission statement. I've done monthly parking with them out of convenience for almost 3 years. Their staff is incompetent and the simple task of letting someone in and out of a garage is like brain surgery to them. Their management routinely loses checks and will shut off your transponder accusing you of not paying. After they did that the first time I made sure to always get a receipt. I have spent the last 4 days with my parking pass malfunctioning after having paid them. I have been late to work twice and spent my lunch break today getting things working. After this inconvenience I requested some sort of credit to my next month and their management deemed this "without justification". Smart decision, lose 3 years of business. Do yourself a favor, if you are interested in saving money and headaches stay away from these guys. Walk the few extra blocks from Market District Garage which is only $75.00/month compared to Denison's $120.00/month

Once u go in, it's unclear where u go to short term park. Then getting out is a pain. The box ate my ticket and wouldn't take my credit card to pay to get out of the lot. But the staff was there quickly to help and eventually got me out and on my way... and didn't charge me. So i guess it really wasn't that bad. Just a bit inconvenient and confusing. But employees were nice and helpful.

It's a parking garage. You can generally park there. So in that respect, it's fine. I was a monthly parking customer, always paid on time, but even still, they were often rude. I also ride a motorcycle, and parking it there could be a

Max $11 a day. Good price, if you're willing to walk a little. Parking garage so your car will have coverage from the elements. Three elevators. Traffic inside is separate up and down so less chance of accidents vs. Express Parking.

Clean, bright, convenient, low price, but a lonely area after dark so if you're not in a group or prepared to fight I wouldn't recommend at night. Spot Hero worked well, just skip the lobby machine and pay from your car.

A good space to leave my car whilst the Vermont Street Garage is under construction. Arms move up and down quickly and reliably, and prevent unwanted automobiles from getting in

Spaces are close together and the lanes are slightly narrow. Surface is very slippery when wet.
