Not a fan of indys parking but this was the only place I could find to park before a concert. Pulled in and was given a ticket, the man stated to just come back LATER and pay then but didn't tell me when they were closing. Came back after 9 and found no one working and my car locked up and was stranded 2 hrs away from home, police tried calling (had to call so an alarm wouldn't go off) but of course the guy didn't have an emergency number for people. Was not happy but someone did end up showing me that the gate does open, used onstar to get in my car and left after waiting 2HRS!! Trust me when I say don't trust this place. I'm not happy with the service and will not be using them again, in my opinion it really doesn't deserve a star at all.

Went there for the convenient location. $8/2hr wasn't bad. No signs about direction, valet, etc. I pulled in, confused, and a guy asked me if I'm looking to park. Then asked for how long. I told him 1.5 hour max. Told me to park my car behind another in front of the office, leave keys in, etc. Got a stub to bring back and off I went to my appointment. I came back, saw my car moved up a spot, fine. Gave my stub, paid the $8, and got into my car. Tried to start it and it wouldn't. After a minute I realized they shut off the engine with it still in Drive. Ugh. Now I now what to do if I use them again, but first timers will be quite confused.

A worker door dinged my car I bought a week ago and they won’t do anything about it. I pay to park on the third floor and and they park daily people behind me which is fine but I just bought a new car and there is a very obvious door ding on the back end. They said the owner will not do anything about it. They also have no cameras and the whole place books like it could collapse at anytime.

Old guy that works there with hes Toyota is really nice . I was waiting for my uber early morning after dropping off rental for Enterprise. & he stopped & I thought he was trying park . I told him I don't work here I'm not valet. He's like oh no I work here . Do you need help . I told him no thanks just dropped off car . Than he showed me the safe box for keys .

Phone line is not working. has been closed for months for repairs, and has now reopened with no word to public, and are asking fro a rate almost 2 times what they originally asked, which was expected. Also, I expected for there to be an elevator or a separate exit form the entrance.

ITS AN OLD PARKING GARAGE HAS BEEN IN DOWNTOWN INDIANAPOLIS FOR YEARS WAS NICE TO SEE THE WAY THINGS USED TO BE. HAVEN'T BEEN IN 20 YEARS WENT TO A BUILDING I HAVEN'T BEEN IN SEEN I WAS A GIRL CAN REMEMBER WHEN IT WAS A BIG DEAL ITS SO BEAUTIFUL LOVE ARE CITY.

Under one hundred dollars if you are willing to park on the roof with no elevator being in the building as well. They also close at 9pm and you can't get your car out after hours. It is really close to the circle though!

We parked there for a few hours when we were in downtown for a day. Our luggage were open and someone looked thru our stuff. Hopefully we didn't have anything valuable in the car. Keep this in mind before parking there.

Very reasonable rates ($10 for the day) and the sweet valet hugged me when i came back to get my car because i was upset and stressed when i dropped it off. Would definitely park here again.

The staff was very friendly, but the front of my car was damaged. We filed a report with them but we are waiting for a reaponse from the owners.

My favorite garage. The valet will sometimes run to keep u from waiting. Now take debit cards.

Subpar all around, there are much better parking garages to choose from down town

Cheap to park but the whole two way traffic in one lane thing is annoying
