Brought a suit with some food stains (from a wedding where open bar was several hours...) and a white shirt with dark ink that had spilled on it. They said they'd do their best with the ink, but I knew it wasn't likely to get removed. Boy did they try though! The ink that was on the white shirt was black, and when I got the shirt back it was a faint yellow, faint enough that I'd be willing to wear the shirt again since it's not that noticeable. I could definitely see how hard they tried to remove the stain, and I appreciated the effort and commitment to actually cleaning my clothes. And all the food stains on my suit had been completely removed- every single one. Well done. Highly recommend. 5/5.

Don’t use this for dry cleaning!!! I used to love how attentive to detail and careful they used to be. I dropped a lot of pieces for dry cleaning, to my surprised they told me they’ll be ready in a day. I told them that there was no rush and I will come pick them up in a week. After spending almost $300 on dry cleaning my clothes smell like they’ve been worn to the gym and dried. It seemed that the clothes were just either ironed but never washed. It’s a lot of money to just have to take your clothes to be cleaned somewhere else. If you have 1-2 pieces maybe but if you are dry cleaning more stay away!

Had a pretty mediocre experience here: - Didn’t take out a simple food stain from one of my dress shirts and forced me to pay more to have it removed, after I paid for wash and press - after I had paid for dry cleaning on some pants, called me and tried to double the charge because it had a drink stain (isn’t that the point of paying for dry cleaning?) The actual laundry service was fine but honestly just bad customer service / business practices. I’m all about supporting small business but was a bit frustrated by this cleaner!

The worst cleaner ever, learn from my mistake. It all started when I would walk in and tried to put clothes on the scale, and she ran over and put them on herself than take them off before I could see the weight. I went back home and weighed the clothes myself and she over charged me by 5lb.. thats not by accident. She had been ripping my off for 8 months. Worst part is this cleaners NEVER turn your clean socks right side in.

Do yourself a favor - do NOT use this service! I used them for dry cleaning and regular laundry. Recommended by the doorman in my building. Dry cleaned clothes were not properly cleaned. Regular laundry was not folded properly. Customer service is non-responsive and they charge a lot. Stay away from this business.

They cleaned a suit ($16) and beaded wedding dress ($300) for us after our wedding and did an impeccable job. Yes $300 seems like a lot but that’s just what it costs to get beaded / detailed wedding dresses dry cleaned in NYC. They were very knowledgeable and did an impeccable job and are very friendly :)

Lovely neighborhood dry cleaner and drop off laundry service. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Laundry comes back clean, well folded, and smelling nice, so I am always happy. She will go out of her way to help and is very efficient with getting your clothes back as soon as possible.

Took my gown and sweater to clean and they cleaned off the stain on my dress nicely (It has a train with all the dirt). They also delivered my clothes as scheduled back to the apartment and neatly packaged (I was told they pick up too). Will be returning for sure in the future.

Dropped of in the am for a pm pick up. Worst service ever, not to mention her prices per pound were a rip off but she was very rude the whole time. If your looking for a dry cleaner that is nasty and rips you off doing so then this is your place. Btw this place is cash only.

My shirt came back with stains - there were no spots on it when i dropped it off . They didn’t take any responsibility and were rude and unsympathetic. Worst cleaners i’ve encountered in 15 years in NYC using many different cleaners. Never going back to this one.

Wow! Amy and her team are awesome. They got rid of a deep stain in my blue suit after another nearby cleaner was unable to after 2 dry cleaning attempts. If I can give a 6/5, I would. I definitely recommend this place, please visit and support them!

Amy is the best! Have been going here for alterations for my guest of a wedding dress and she can handle anything from a simple hem to more complex work! She is also so so pleasant and nice. Dry cleaning is also great

Great service! For wash and fold, it’s $8 up to 8 pounds, then each additional pound is $1.25. There is a $15 minimum to pay with a card. I’m definitely gonna come back!
