I am very pleased with the service at Couture Clean NY. I have trusted them with very delicate and expensive garments and the results always exceed my expectations. Wether it is dry cleaning or alterations they are always on time. It also helps that they are extremely friendly and always have a great attitude. Highly recommend.

Hi. I accidentally gave this company a bad review because I got them mixed up with CLEANY and I didnt know how to take the negative review off. While I did not use Coutures services because they were not available when I needed, they were very professional when I spoke to them and I look forward to using their services.

This Dry Cleaners is on a mission to make customers happy. I used them prior, had a good experience (they got a tough stain out), and this time they picked up my lovely bed comforter, repaired and cleaned it for a fair fee. I find them to offer a great retail customer experience, will use them again, and recommend them.

Couture Clean regularly goes above and beyond in cleaning my clothes. There have been multiple instances of saving a dry clean only item by calling me and checking before blindly following my instructions for regular wash and fold. They’re responsive, they care and are focused on delivering great results.

The experience was great, and they really know how to treat their clients. My clothes also feel like new, like they’ve never been wore once. The only reason im not leaving 5 star is because I had to come back for a pair of pants (mistakes happen) and because it was slightly too pricey than I remembered.

Incredibly kind and competent team. They work extremely hard to make sure the order is perfect. Even went out of their way to do same day tailoring for a last minute request (which was very well done). No issues with their dry cleaning services. Prices average for the area. Free local pickup/delivery.

Though I ended up not cleaning my softcover because it was way above my budget, the service I got from the proprietor and her daughter was above and beyond what one would expect. I was made to feel as if I were their best customer, with a smile, courtesy, and help that would make me want to return.

A friendly small shop on CPW. It feels more like a "shop" than a random and transactional dry cleaning place. The owners always greet me and know me whether I'm waving at them as I pass on the street or when I walk in. They handle my clothes with care and professionalism.

I’ve used them twice before and the last two times my clothes have either come back visibly unclean or stained from improper care. After paying $180 dollars for three loads of laundry I would not recommend them at ALL. Very disappointed and not worth the price.

I hate doing laundry with a fiery passion. I especially hate folding clothes. These guys are fantastic. They come and pick up your dirty clothes and have them back by the end of the day, smelling lovely and expertly folded.
