When I scoped out this place, I specific asked for Myofascial Release based treatment to be included; despite the claim that all therapist are proficient in this modality it wasn't. My original therapist that evaluated me passed me off to a different therapist which I found to be most confusing and wasteful, as it felt like I had to be evaluated twice. His theories changed, they didn't stand up to rational scutiny and he really seemed opposed to getting his hands dirty, insisting I didn't need soft tissue work. The thing is I am a massage therapist by trade and I know for a fact that feeling around for issues in the tissues is an important test. He didn't even do any assisted stretching / range of motion. To his credit he did do Graston massage which helped the scar. However, my range of motion and shoulder pain saw little, if any, improvement from this establishment. There's more to Physical Therapy than being shown exercises. I have only so many PT sessions per year. These people are a waste. They don't do Myofascial but so far I'd recommend Foothills off Virginia and 7th. For now I'm still looking. In the meantime, I have my Orthopedic's exercise regimen.

I am 68 years old and I was in PT for over a year due for two different injuries. The first a slipped disc. Later on a shoulder injury due to a fall. The culture of this location is very caring, supportive and encouraging. Dr. Heather Swain is exceedingly knowledgeable, willing and able to dialogue with me to achieve a complete holistic understanding of my injuries and the path to recovery. Her understanding of anatomy is excellent which helped me to understand how my body was working through the process. She supported my use of alternative therapies including Rolfing and acupuncture. Kendra Gaye also worked with me as a therapist and was very attentive to proper form and pacing. This was important as my energy and strength varied from session to session and I was never pushed beyond my comfort zone. Front office very friendly, courteous and helpful with scheduling. I can recommend 360 PT without hesitation.

I love my experience here. I have had knee issues for over 10 years. After just a couple weeks I am significantly better, probably the best I've been my whole life. I worked with Kelly and Monique and both therapists are excellent. They are super cute too! Both are very personable and knowledgeable: they really matched my desire for a more athletic goal with the style of therapy. The whole experience felt very tailored to my unique situation. Monique identified and improved a nerve impingement in my knee that I thought was connected to the main issue I was experiencing, but it was really its own problem. That's intuitive and efffective therapy in my book. This place is definitely a good place to go!

Do you want to feel better? Stop looking and make an appointment at 360PT. I have been twice, once for my knee and once for chronic back pain. Heather was able to diagnose the main source of my back pain which has hampered my enjoyment of life for the last 20+ years. By the end of my sessions with Heather and Kendra, I was happy to ring the victory bell. My pain has been seriously reduced and I'm able to tackle stairs, which I've had to avoid for the last 10 years. I never felt like just a 'number', as I have been treated at other clinics. The staff was always warm and welcoming. If I ever need Physical Therapy again, 360 on 24th st will be my only call.

If I could I would give 10/10 stars. I’ve been doing hydro therapy for about 10 months here. Everyone is amazing! Stephen at the front is always friendly and nice, all the therapist are the same nice and friendly. Everyone makes sure to listen, teach and explain! The day I’m done with my therapy will be bitter sweet! Stephanie is the best! She’s taught me a lot of new exercises and is trying to help me be able to dance at least my 1st dance for my wedding without having to use my cane! I love how they try their absolute hardest to help you accomplish your goals! I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS PHYSICAL THERAPY!

If you're looking for aqua therapy I go someplace else because the pool at this facility is disgustingly filthy did you not change the water enough they may meet Maricopa county health standards but that's not saying much considering Maricopa environmental services department and their ability to do inspections on even restaurants where people get sick on a daily basis here in Phoenix. The staff here at this place seems to know what they're doing but when you really analyze your progress you will realize that you have made no progress at all attending this place except for loss of money in your pocket.

My experience was a very good one I was having muscle spasms in my neck for a long period of time and could not hold my head up straight but due to the services I received I am now able to sleep comfortably and feel normal again without my neck that's what you I really appreciate the staff and what they did for me they also use different techniques so I had never heard of them so it shows that they are really experienced

I've been to many PT Clinics over the years and this has been my best experience by far. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My therapist was professional, but also very personable. She was always willing to answer questions or just chat about life in general, and showed genuine concern for my over all health. I will definitely be returning here for any physical therapy I need in the future.

I was very impressed at how involved the therapist (Tony) was in listening to me and customizing my treatments to what was the best fit for me and my condition. This organization is not only extremely professional, but they are very friendly too. It was a wonderful experience and I came away with the knowledge to continue managing a healthier lifestyle. Very friendly staff, even during these times of Covid - 19 they make sure to take all precautions and sanitize all equipment prior to use. I do have to say personally I worked with Stephanie and she is amazing a big thank you! She was educational and patient. Also Adria I worked with her prior and occasionally during my current time here they both are great. Would highly recommend!

360 PT is great. Pretty much a full hour is devoted to helping you with physical therapy customized to your needs. There are a variety of activities and exercises to help strengthen your weak spots. My husband feels better and I enjoy watching him do the activities/physical therapy. He leaves each week feeling better. Thanks for a great experience! And he's happy too!

The staff at 360 Physical Therapy are totally AWESOME. My mother has visited therapist all over the valley for several years. We are MOST pleased with the therapists and support personnel here. They're friendly, attentive, dedicated and knowledgeable. The progress in my mother's mobility is impressive. 360 Physical Therapy is the BEST! If you need therapy, COME HERE!

I really enjoyed working with josh, heather and Monique and the rest of the staff. They were very helpful in giving me certain exercises. When I first came in, I had problems getting transportation home and Monique and her staff took it upon themselves to find me transportation home as I waited 5 hours for my ride. I HIGHLY recommend 360 physical therapy in phx.

My mom is really happy after she finished therapy at this location. Staff very friendly and helpful, even though my mom doesn’t speak English, they made an effort to communicate with her and made her feel comfortable. She loved the hot pool and exercise in there. Now she’s got back her mobility thanks to them. We really recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

I've been working with my physical therapist, Payton Greer, a few weeks now and let me tell you, he is an absolute angel. Great positive attitude, very knowledgeable, and very caring. I look forward to coming here every week because the whole staff is delightful and I genuinely have fun whenever I'm there. Highly recommend this place!

The staff here is so incredible. So knowledgeable, kind, and just all around great people. They really hold the space for healing and optimism. I have chronic pain and they've helped so much. The facility is always clean and the aquatic pod is so cool. Could not recommend more. I wish everyone struggling with pain had PT like this.

360 physical therapy is incredible. The staff are amazing- extremely knowledgeable and kind. I love the patient to staff ratio- it feels like you’re getting nearly one on one attention. I was worried my back and knees would never be the same, but they’ve been healed with the expertise of my physical therapist.

I've been to several facilities for physical therapy and 360 has been the best. The staff has been wonderful. My therapist Monique was great. Staff is very helpful and educational. My sister was was seen right away and the location wasn’t difficult to get in and out of. Due to COV-19 the office is taking all sanitary precautions to ensure their patients safety which I appreciate. I would recommend the office to all my friends and family.

Would highly recommend. All the staff are great, the physical therapists work with you at your pace and always make sure you're doing fine after every exercise and stretch. I learned a lot and without them I honestly wouldn't be able to move around like I do now.

I went for lower back pain. Monique, the PT, was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and by the end of my eight sessions I was feeling a ton better. She equipped me with an understanding of my issues and a detailed list of helpful exercises/stretches.
