Very Unprofessional! Initially rang and spoke to Ross about the work I needed doing and he provided me with a quote. I needed the work doing on a Saturday and he said he was available, so I decided to go with him. On the Saturday- I rang him in the morning to find out when he will be coming over to do the work and he said 2pm. 2pm came and went so I tried to call and message him but no answer/response. Infact I have not heard from him at all since. If he couldn't do the job - a simple message or call would have been suffice. Having read the other reviews he has done the same to other people also. My time has been wasted - try and save yours. Avoid!

I arranged for him to turn up at one of my properties and he even confirmed that he would. On the day didn't bother turning, didn't have the courtesy to tell me and couldn't be bothered to answer his phone. Left me outside the property in the freezing cold for an hour. Have tried to ring him since then, but not answering calls. If he didn't want the work, why accept it in the first place? How would he like it if a customer arranged to meet him at their property and couldn't be bothered? Poor customer skills. If you are not going to turn up for an appointment, have the common courtesy to let the customer know.

Amazing Service!! Will for sure be using 365 for all future jobs regarding electrics. Called in the Morning didnt respond but took the time to call back. Explained the situation had a faulty plug socket and needed it fixing due to having children. He was willing to come in the evening and fix it for me. Gave me a rough time of arrival. Came in that time was very efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Was great working under the supervision if 3 children. Which I was super impressed with. Super Happy with how quickly everything was done. Thank you so much!!

Called PM 20/10 concerning the shower not working explained the circumstances and was given a quote and told that they would attend first thing the next day. True to there word arrived first thing and problem solved. Pointed out another electrical issue and this to was expertly solved. Can't praise this company enough my and hopefully your go to team for any electrical needs. Did I mention reasonable cost to!

Called 365 when our carpet fitter refused to fit carpet because of an overground cable. They were able to send an engineer the following morning to do reroute the cable and he also installed an outside vehicle charging point for us. The response was quick, the work was carried out in a professional manner by a polite and friendly engineer so we would be happy to recommend

Called 365 Electrician first thing on a Monday morning and they were able to get to me within the hour. We had tried to fit a light fitting over the weekend, which lead to electrics in the house being tripped. The guys resolved it and got everything working in good order. I had a problem with my socket circuit which kept on tripping. I called Ross in morning and he was available to come round in the afternoon. He rang me to give me notice to get home from my work office. He was on time and polite. He found the fault, with persistency and patience. On finding the fault he was able to restore power to my home.

Spoke to Ross in the morning to replace a burnt light fixture. He asked for photos which he used to find a replacement. Came around in the evening same day. Got straight to work, no messing about, all sorted within an hour. Very happy with the results. Would recommend.
