We had a new en-suite fitted recently and needed some electrics including. The company controlling the job use Phase Elec Ltd and James and Sam (Phase Elec) arrived (right on time) to install the lights, extractor fan and the funky foot lighting. First thing I noticed was punctuality, for this job and every other job we have asked for, James and Sam arrive exactly when they say they will and their communication throughout is excellent. Quite often it's possible to judge a tradesman by his van and the first thing you see is a highly professional, extraordinarily clean well presented van and its livery. I have become used to professionals coming to do work still wearing jeans, trainers and dodgey T-shirts but I have been very impressed with James' turn out, time keeping, sheer professionalism and attention to detail. It's a real pleasure to do business with Phase Elec Ltd and we have since asked James to do several other jobs around our house; there's always a never-ending list of jobs and a good number of things we still need to do but there is no question that we will be using Phase Elec Ltd for all of them. Nothing is too much trouble for James and nothing fazes him, he is very confident, respectful, highly knowledgeable and very experienced. He treats every job no matter how large or small, with exactly the same respect and the quality and standard of his work instils great peace of mind. The risk is too great not to use the best professional you can and Phase Elec Ltd really is the best. Very highly recommended.

I’ve used Phase Elec many many times and they’ve always been great. James is always on the ball when I need a job to be done. I wanted my tv up above my fire place and wanted all the wiring to not be visible. All though it may sound easy it was at at all. I set James a huge challenge as where I wanted the tv, broadband and sky box was in a space that was very small. It all needed to be rewired to another area and was very complicated. To be honest I thought he would say that this wasnt going to be possible but he didn’t. Instead he tackled the job and explained stage by stage in detail how he was going to do this. He was great, he was here for the whole day in a heatwave and god knows how he still kept going. The finished job looked amazing and that’s why I always go with Phase electrics as every job is possible. Their level of service is great, pricing is always reasonable, very professional and always prompt when they get here. I called Pulse on the main landline and was answered promptly by James on his hands-free mobile – no communication issues there! Very professional and after a brief overview of what I needed I was offered an appointment later that day – fabulous, as I had lost power to my oven. I texted my address details to the mobile and James turned up exactly at the agreed time. Refreshingly, he put on over shoes before entering our house – a nice touch and represented his work ethics as a professional, caring and tidy electrician. He carried out the work that was necessary to address the problem and advised on the ever increasing regulatory and safety requirements needed in the essential field of electrics. No fuss, reasonable rates and reliable – what more can anyone ask for? Thoroughly recommended and added to my small contact list of traders that I can call upon in the future and recommend to friends/family.

An elderly relative in the Whetstone area needed an electric shower fixing but needed my help to organise and pay for it. I selected Phase Elec based on their online reviews and after confirming with them (by using the online contact form) that they were able to accept payment by myself on behalf of my relative, despite the fact that I live 150+ miles away. I arranged for a visit within 3 days of my enquiry and the electrician turned up on time, found the fault (faulty isolation pull-cord switch) and replaced the faulty unit. They gave further advice to my relative before departing. Alice in the office kept me fully informed all along, was very responsive and kind. The price was what I expected for a call-out and replacement parts. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience and would use them again.

I've used Phase Elec for a number of electrical jobs now, some minor such as light fitting instals to the major works of consumer unit upgrade for a 3 storey house. I have found James and his team to always be courteous, professional and thorough. His advice has been superb and they pay attention to the details which as a home owner I am very reassured by. We have bought a tv for our bedroom and wanted to put it on the wall looking all neat and discreet. James has always been a pleasure to work with. He explained how he was going to do the job and got us in as soon as he could. Hes precise and always takes pride with his work with great detail. Troy who was new to the team was really helpful to and kept me up to date with what he was doing. I’ve always used Phase and I have no reason to stop using them as they really are great.
