*update* I wrote an honest review to help others avoid disappointment like I did. After reading the owner's response, I will accept it's possible that it was a miscommunication about the price. However, I don't feel I should be responded to in this way. You never know what people are going through. I did not use nasty words in my review. I have stage 4 breast cancer so this is really nothing compared to my other problems. I understand that this is your business, but customers should be free to share their experience. I wish you the best. I had a white formal dress dry cleaned at this business. They quoted me $40 and said that it wouldn’t end up being perfect but because the price was reasonable, I went ahead with it. They also told me it would take a few days. After a week and a half, I went back because they hadn’t called me. The dress wasn’t ready and I was told it was going to be another week. Never got a call, so I tried picking it up again and it was ready this time. When I went to pay it was $130 plus tax. And I noticed no improvement in the stains (the main issue is the armpit area was discoloured, and it still is). I wouldn’t have minded the higher price if the work had been excellent. When I expressed my disappointment that there wasn’t any improvement, the lady was defensive and reminded me that she already “told me”. I said “well, you also told me it would be $40” and she got upset and denied it. It wasn’t worth arguing over the matter so I just left but I will avoid this business in the future.

*UPDATE: I brought my dress back in as suggested by the owner’s response to my original review. I am very grateful that they were able to fix my dress on time. The man I encountered today was wonderful and very nice and caring. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with the woman as when I brought my dress back yesterday she had argued with me about my review and was very unprofessional. Very accommodating with me but unfortunately not very good customer service. * Very disappointed and upset. I brought in a dress that needed to be altered quite a bit. It was made very clear that this would be a lot of work by the person working there. I said that is okay. The worker took their time measuring me so I felt as though the alterations would be perfect. I paid over $100 for alterations and I picked up my dress today and tried it on just to find out that it is still way too big on me. The event I need it for is in 2 days and now I’m stuck, don’t have a dress to wear, and lost over $100 on a dress that still doesn’t fit. I am heartbroken.

I brought in snowmobile pants to be shortened. This is very heavy material and the side zipper as well as insert in bottom of pants had to be moved. They did a beautiful job, can’t tell the pants have been altered. Would absolutely recommend them, particularly for difficult alterations. Prices are very reasonable and the owners are friendly, helpful and professional. May 15, 2019 My husband recently brought in a new snowmobile suit to have altered. The jacket sleeves and pants were shortened. Once again, they did a beautiful job. Cannot tell where the alterations were made. My husband is very satisfied with the work that was completed and the cost. Highly recommend!

Had a pair of pants hemmed and taken in, in the legs. Incredible job. Went back with two more pairs. They are too short. Told me I must of had them lower on my hips when she measured them and then when I went to wear them I pulled them up. In order words my fault. You measured them with the back just above the ground and a nice angle going towards the front. NOT what you returned. Also…was is it on Saturdays that your Credit machine never works and you have internet problems. Wanted cash so I said “no tax”. No, no Full price. Service was not great. To bad as first 2X I used them were great and then my issue Vs trying to help me to fix the pants. Oh well.

What a great find! I have been going to this dry cleaner now for three years, and I would never even think of going elsewhere. The owner is such a gem. Polite, funny and has an amazing She simply puts a lot of pride in what she is, and what she does. My suits are perfectly cleaned, pants are ironed and starched, and the creases on the pants are there to stay. Truly amazing work. Over the years, she has fixed, altered and cleaned everything for me, going from simple shirts, to full suits. Her craftsmanship is very nice, and very strong. Be careful, her smile is contagious, and her prices are very reasonable! I recommend 110%.

I had a wedding dress cleaned here. The hem was VERY dirty and my dress ended up with other stains and marks on it. The cleaning, I must say was very good. It came back with two very small, barely noticeable blemishes. The price was very fair compared to other places. For the cleaning service, I would have rated 4.5 stars. BUT.. I dropped my overall rating because I felt the level of professionalism was lacking. The person that took my dress made some personal comments that I felt were unnecessary and inappropriate in that setting. I shouldn’t have to justify a lifestyle choice when I’m paying to have a garment cleaned.

This place is spectacular. Brought in my winter jacket, because the zipper had ripped away from the coat a bit. The zipper still worked but the hole was only going to get worse, if the entire zipper wasn't replaced. When I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that Hong was able to work his magic and repair the hole like it wasn't even there, and I didn't even need a new zipper. Saved some money in the process too. Amazing customer service and integrity of work. You have a customer for life!!!

The dry cleaning here is great and at a extremely reasonable price!!! coats, comforters you name it all reasonable. But here we also have a unique alterations shop, I brought in 1 jacket, 3 dresses, 1 skirt which are all double lined, therefore a lot more work in the alterations. She did a phenomenal job and everything fits like a glove, I couldn't believe the attention to detail. The price was fair for all my alterations, I will refer this place to everyone and will always go back here. A real Gem!!!

This Cleaners came highly recommended when I first needed alterations on a suit over 6 years ago. Have gone there for all my alterations and weekly dry cleaning since. The services received have always exceeded my expectations and would recommend to anyone. Having just purchased a jacket where the sleeves were too long I brought it to 4season to have the sleeves shortened. The gentleman explained the best way was to shorten the sleeves from the shoulder seams. Although sceptical I agreed to the change and he was not only correct, but he did a superb job and the jacket fits as though it was tailor made for me! Excellent work! Thanks you so so much. 5*

Mu husband and I had a great experience with 4 Season Tailoring & Dry Cleaning. We had my wedding dress and his suit dry cleaned. The entire bottom 6 inches of my dress was brown/black from walking in dirt outside and dancing. My dress now looks brand new, they did it for a reasonable price and had it done very quickly. My husband's suit came out looking great too. I would recommend them!

I love this place. I won’t get my clothes gemmed anywhere else. I have wide hips and a small waist and need most of my jeans altered, as getting jeans altered is quite challenging it is hard to find somewhere that can do this well. I brought in my wedding dress that I foolishly did not clean after my actual wedding in 2005! Seventeen years later I didn't know what to expect. They did a superb job. The discoloration around the armholes, the hem, the whole dress came out gleaming like new!! It's beautiful. They also did a lovely job with my Halston red caftan dress. All reasonable prices too. Very happy!!!!

Brought in a pair of Calvin Klein jeans that ended up being way too big despite me checking the measurements before ordering. They brought them in at the waist for me beautifully without altering the shape or having the back pockets tilted in at all - which I was really concerned with considering I needed 3-4cm off. Fair price for the great work.

I've been using 4 Season Tailoring and Dry Cleaning since about 2012 and have always had a very positive experience. The place is always clean and looks well-organized. When I have had alterations done, they were always professionally made and very reasonably priced. Overall an excellent place to go for dry cleaning and alterations!

This place performs miracles! My Goretex jacket’s zipper blew out and with the taped/glued seams I thought I’d have to throw away an expensive jacket HOWEVER, after just one day they fixed it *good as new*. I am blown away and will take all my alteration and cleaning here from now on. Awesome people, magical service!

Got my wedding dress dry cleaned here, she did an amazing job. The bottom of my dress after the big day was dark grey, I had low expectations of seeing a white wedding dress again. She got it back to the original colour and it looks practically brand new. I recommend using this establishment for your dry cleaning.

The steps they've taken to make the store safe is wonderful. They repaired two zippers on my winter jackets.They are beautifully done and I appreciate the quality and time spent on the jackets (one jacket needed all the snaps removed in order to replace the zipper). Would definitely recommend them to others.
