Extremely horrible customer service. The owner yells at their customers and calls them liars and refuses to listen. I will never give them my business again. I was in line to drop off an item and witnessed ahead of me someone coming to pick up their item. They politely requested a refund because the owner had promised verbally and on the receipt that the item would be ready by a certain date but it was not. The person needed it for an event. On top of this, the item was still covered in stains so the dry cleaning didn’t work. The owner was screaming that the customer and their mother were liars and that he doesn’t care about their business despite them being loyal customers for 15 years.

Terrible Experience!!! Stay away of this business! Got my gown damaged after dry cleaning one day before my son's wedding. Instead of removing the small stain, the glitter of the big area of the dress has been removed and a new pink stain appeared on the dress. The dress is not useful and can't be repaired. After more than one month of peaceful negotiations, the owner refused to return fee of $73 I've paid for the service and doesn't agree to pay any compensation. Now I have no choice but to take a further steps to get my compensation and protect my consumer rights. I am very disappointed and upset...

Extremely rude man there January 21 who won't provide a price without taking personal information of full name and phone number. I asked him to delete our info when we didn't think his practice of pushing us for our info was fair. He said his system will auto delete and refused to show us. He became irate and raised his voice to yell at us when we calmly ask him to delete our name and phone. We're going to another dry cleaners on Standherd and recommend others do the same.

Unreliable place! I left my coat there a few days before going on a trip and they guaranteed my coat would be ready on time. I get there and no coat! Then they said I would not be paying for the coat and they would also give me an extra wash. I go there after my trip and guess what? The man tells me he never said that! So frustrating! I wish I had made him write that down. How would I just make this up in my head?

This business lost my expensive Arctic sleeping bag and I have been denied compensation to date. Issue is unresolved after 3 months and numerous visits. I have never received promised phone calls to provide update on the status of the issue. Even fees paid in advance to provide the cleaning service have not been reimbursed. A very bad experience.

I brought 2 delicate dresses to this location for dry-cleaning. They did a great job dry! The point I wanted to emphasize is 4 months later, I forgot about these dresses, and the Bhatti team made a courtesy call to me as a reminder to pick up. I really appreciated that extra customer service! Thank you

Zero stars! They're an unreliable business and I experienced the worst customer service. They lost my jacket and made excuses. Man was so rude when confronted. Do not leave your valuables here!

Sent my items back for re-clean then claimed I had picked it up and was making excuses as to why it was my fault. I’ll never go back here. Horrible customer service.
