Decided to change the colour of our home's interior walls and reached out to professional painting companies through the Home Depot Pro referral service. Selected five different contractors for quotes and chose 613Painting for a number of reasons. The estimator (Kat) reached out to us quickly and provided a site unseen estimate based on information we provided. On request Kat came for an on-site visit and provided us with detailed information that filled a knowledge gap we did not realise we had. Further, Kat responded smartly to a multiple of follow up questions which grew our confidence in their ability and professionalism. This gave my wife and I a level of comfort in making the wise decision in selecting 613Painting as our contractor. The final quote was not far off from the original and was reasonable. The resulting contract detailed all the work that was discussed and agreed upon. Scheduling of the job was quick and convenient. On first day, our painter (Nathalie) got down to the job quickly upon arrival. She then proceeded to amaze my wife and I with her speed (not hurry) and painting abilities. She worked straight through until late afternoon and nearly completed the whole job (1,700 sq' of walls) on her own. The level of difficulty was high as the job included a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, an entry way, two halls, cathedral walls in the living/dining room and a very tall stairwell. A close post work inspection resulted in our finding only two small flaws that Nathalie attended to on her second day which resulted in the same productive work. In the end, the whole job was as good as anyone could expect from a pro. We would not hesitate to highly recommend 613Painting as a contractor AND Nathalie (our painter) to anyone looking for a very talented painter, who obviously has high standards and loves what she does. If I could give a rating of 10 stars out of 5, I would. Katrina and her team went above and beyond for the full house paint project and short timeline I gave them in June 2021. I went with 613Painting based on another review I read online that said she had helped the client with colour selections. She did the same for my project, which included full interior house painting (walls, ceilings, doors, trim), exterior front and garage doors as well as mailbox. Katrina came with fantastic paint colour recommendations that were implemented, and certainly eased the pressure of trying to select colours from the vast options available. Even for refreshing the mailbox, I vaguely described the colour I was thinking and Katrina found the exact colour!! Katrina even found a way to paint the bathroom and laundry cabinet doors, saving me $$$ to have the cabinets refaced. Katrina is extremely professional and very responsive to texts / queries. At the start of the project, Katrina came to scope the work, provided a detailed quote/contract, and came back regularly to check on the work, ensuing everything was done well. As for her team of painters – Wow! The level of attention to detail and flawless quality is impressive. Chris, her main painter, works diligently, and his teammate Natalie does trim with extreme precision. At the end of each work day, they also ensured everything was cleaned up, dust from sanding the walls vacuumed, and nothing left behind except their paint tools. My home looked like new after the paint project, and they worked efficiently to meet the short timeframe. With 613Painting, you have no worries that the job will be well and thoroughly done. 613 Painting was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stairwell and upstairs hall project. Kat is super responsive, and I mean super responsive getting back within 10-30 minutes of reaching out and also following up a few days later to make sure everything is looking good in the light. She is actual very particular ensuring the job is down to perfection. We noticed a small area (and I mean small) in just the right light and said it wasn’t a big issue as no job will ever be 100% perfect but Kat was adamant, they would be back to fix it despite us saying we were completely satisfied with the work. The painters Pierre and Chris were also fantastic and super respectful that they were in someone’s house. They also took the time to walk through the job with us and encouraged us to find any issues to touch up right away. They were never in a rush to leave even offering to sit around until things dried a bit more. Bottom line this is not a contractor just looking for your money and then disappearing like so many out there. We would be happy to have Kat and her team back for future projects in our house without hesitation.

Katrina at 613Painting responded promptly to my request for professional painting, and fit me into their schedule faster than I could have hoped for! The crew was on time and did an absolutely perfect job in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it myself. I hired them specifically for my stairwell, a project that was too challenging for me height-wise, and my upstairs hallway and doors. Everything looks brand new! When my youngest daughter became concerned that painting her door would mean she’d have to remove her collage of stickers and posters, Katrina was flexible and communicated with her team to leave that door be, and instead the crew offered to paint all our stairwell kickplates - something I had on my to-do list for this weekend. A happy daughter AND freshly painted kickplates! I love a team that overdelivers! We were very impressed with the efficiency of the crew, and our home was spotless afterwards. Kat is an amazing human, consumate pro and a wonderful team leader. Her team did impeccable work. A big part of the job to start was an amazing cut line repair to fix up an earlier paint job which saved me $$$$$ so the stipple ceilings did not need to be painted. Kat came to start the job off, and came back regularly to check on the work ensuring everything was done perfectly and the supplies were topped up. Her main painter Chris was diligent with exceptional attention to detail. His teammate Natalie, worked the clean lines of cutting and trim efficiently. Anyone who has painted knows this can be the time consuming part. Before they left Chris ensured everything was cleaned up, floors were wiped down, and nothing left behind except a roller for future touch ups and a can of both the wall colour and the trim. 613Painting is an exceptional company who I unhesitatingly recommend. Absolutely all star tradespeople so 5 stars for them.

What a great experience and worth every penny! We had a challenging 100+ year old house that needed a lot of love and drywall repair (cracks, corner tape bubbling, etc). It hadn’t been painted in 10+ years and 613 Painting’s work completely transformed our house. The team were all great to work with and made managing this project during COVID a breeze (safe and professional). We really enjoyed our experience with 613 Painting. They were excited about our painting project even if it was only for a condo downtown (full of furniture, so extra complicated and not a big profit to be made). The service is super friendly, attentive, and they also happily came back after the job was completed to do little touch ups so we would be 100% satisfied (we inspected carefully all the walls - we wanted the place to be perfect). We had 613Painting paint our interior house before moving in. The process was so easy. Kat met with us beforehand and helped us select paint colours. The painters were professional, hardworking and responsive. After they were complete there were a few areas that needed touching up (only visible with change in lighting) and they were there the following day at 8am to fix it right away. Would absolutely recommend and will use them again in the future.

We hired 613 Painting to repaint a large condominium in the fall of 2021. Katrina was an excellent communicator throughout the process. The work was professional and meticulous. This is our second time working with 613 Painting and can't say enough good about their work. Both jobs were on the larger side and took a number of days to complete and in both cases they were working with not great plaster and damaged areas. They took the time to fill and smooth cracks in the walls and manage the issues that come with very old homes.
