I was at El Cortez Casino last week on a Wednesday, and had a flat tire. My phone was down my laptop was out of touch so I walked over to 7-Eleven on Las Vegas Boulevard and Stewart to see if they had a tire inflator machine. What I witnessed and what I saw across the counter what's the most amazing thing I saw what looks like an angel mixed with every Beauty in the world, and her name was Angela. She offered her phone to a man who was a construction worker a good man, a decent man. I stepped over to where they have the slot machines and made my call to AAA. I was in awe. I gave phone back and all is good and AAA came and took care of everything. I saw her with her head down, I wanted to see if she was sad but I noticed that she was and has been praying silently for Everybody's Health and Welfare and this is what I've seen with my own eyes and there's no contesting it. She is a good woman, she's a great person and a wonderful human being and this is an asset 7-Eleven does not want to lose. This is the type of employee that makes a business grow, and makes me want to come back and make everything in the world a better place. This is not in the greatest area in the world but she makes it like Beverly Hills. I want to come in and get gas even if I don't have a vehicle. I went to get fuel here and buy food even if I'm not . I will contact and tell my friends from here to Pennsylvania to the Sea of Cortez to come because of Angela and because you hired her and she is wonderful. Thank you so much for your time. This woman this, woman of God is a great one and she deserves everything in the world. Thank you Angela, and thank you 7-11.

An absolute traveling nightmare, and 7-11 staff was sure to add to the mix. We lost our wallet in Cali and live in Utah we couldn’t even get into a hotel without an ID. So we decided to drive home a 13 hour drive all tired but taking turns. We had to go to the bathroom and this 7-11 was near a Denny’s but it was so early we didn’t know the bathroom we used was private. We had a phone left behind there and when we realized we were to far to drive back. We called to ask them to go check and they were persistent in saying they didn’t have a bathroom at all. And then we asked them if they may have had a private one and we just didn’t know, and they said if it was private we have no reason being in there. They wouldn’t even go check and honestly they probably did and took it themselves. Shouldn’t be surprised! That’s Vegas for ya!!! We would like a call back from the GM or someone who knows something about customer care.

This is a TERRIBLE place to shop. Been in a few times cuz I worked at a 711 and figured it is a great value hands down but the short lady with glasses is too rude!!!! She must either HATES her job, is the franchise owner or CEO of 711 either way she treats everyone like garbage. Looks down on EVERYONE and that was about 8 people when I was in there last time. 711 should reevaluate whether her employment is detrimental to sales! Everyone else was super nice to me but I would rather have a Lyft driver back over me 13 times before I ever go back here. BTW she violated store policy over 12 times since I was there I do not think she knew I was an ex-employee of the same company.

This was my first and last time being in this store. My very first experience was with the parking lot that was a nightmare, very small spaces. We get inside and I purposely look for science especially for one says no refills, I did not see anywhere saying that the fact that there was no refills. Then the lady that was working there how came up and told us that there was no refills in a very rudely way, and even I was walking out she even gave us attitude behind her have a good day. I am very disappointed in this store and because of everything the location and attitude I get while I'm there I will never come back.

THIS PLACE IS NICE, DONT GET ME WRONG,BUT WHEN I PULLED UP I THOUGHT IT WAS CLOSED DOWN BY THE WAY IT LOOKS FROM THE OUTSIDE, the morning workers seemed nice, BUT ITS GOT CREEP PEOPLE AROUND & DRUNK PEOPLE TOO, who of. course are rude, tbh i feel bad for the workers having to deal with all thm weirdos & drunk people, whn i came out from getting coffee 3 grown black men were all standing by my car. i felt a little unsafe & was unsure why thy were by my car.. i would never come here late at nite, i can only imagine if thts how it was at 930 am, NOPE.. i love 7-11 but not tht location..

Walking into get some drinks and see a display saying "buy this mug for discounted refills" funny as this location does not allow for refills and nothing saying they don't anywhere in the store.. Not sure if they just needed to get their sales up or something but I guess my metal mugs were just not good enough... could not even enter my Phone number.. Honestly If I didn't also need the water bottles for my kid, I would have just poured out the drinks back into the fountain machine and walked out.

I put $2 to put air in my tires and the machine wasn’t working. There was no sign saying that the machine was broken. I walk inside to explain to the cashier lady and she rudely said we’re not responsible for it and refused to give mg money back. She said if I need to complain I should to talk to the manager. When I asked for the manager he wasn’t there and I gotta come back tomorrow. Thanks 711 I was leaving to go to back to California right there. Hustle me for $2, Vegas leaving experience

Then you help me to ask the people repair the car beside, so I can make sure my car has been towed. If you’re not here, I might call the police and go a far way. Horrible, I went in at 238am and the service was horrible. The cashier was trying to make jokes and I didn't think it was funny at all. When I asked for what I wanted and didn't feed into his joke he told me to get the phuk out. I'm positive you all didn't hire a comedian to be a cashier. I sincerely hope they get him in check. People only want to get what they pay for and leave, not hear the cashier's opinion or jokes about ANYTHING.

Do all the employees carry guns under thier shirt to intimidate customers? The guy infront of me in line was trying to explain that the card machine wasnt working and your employee threatens the customers life. The customer was being very calm. With all the racial stuff going on this year I was very surprised. I'm going to call the police because that employee obviously doesnt want a job.

Ghetto as hell lol. It's in a shady location and the customer service is hard core. No hi, hello, come back again. It's give me my money and get out. I guess you have to be in a shady location like this. Avoid this location if you're looking for something warm to eat-- but in and out beverage or lottery or something and it's fine. There are slot machines in this location.

Cash register let someone cut me because they were the same race. I know it sounds cliche but there couldn't be any other reason seeing as they didn't know each other. Disgusting behavior. This store should be shut down. Next time I'll record the other person being served from BEHIND ME. CHECK THE CAMERAS AND SEE IF I'M LYING. HAPPENED RIGHT BEFORE I POSTED THIS.

Went on a Wednesday around 9pm and overall this location is actually nice employees were hardworking attending customers. Got me some fresh food and was pretty good for it to be from 7 eleven. This location is clean than others around town. There were homeless people but they were minding their own business so I wasnt bothered. Really nice people in that area

I guess you can say its 7/11 so you shouldn't expect but even when they answer the phones they're rude. Called and asked about an item being in stock. The woman answered, didn't even say hello. And so I said hello and just asked my question. "No", was her answer and then she immediately hung up. So your visit to this location should be just as pleasant.

This is considered the worst 7-11 for a reason, small it rained earlier and water leaking inside, small, 1/3 of items were out of date, and the employee don’t care and don’t want to be there by the look in there eyes just throwing the receipt,getting mad just for asking for a bag , yelling at the old guy in a wheel chair, This was around 2 am !

The manager is a low ball liar, they advertise happy hour any size coffee, so when we order he only gave us large, we ask for an extra 4 oz to make it fair but the manager is a low ball greedy and want to charge us again, this is false advertising, be aware of the shady thrift manager, they will riff you off. The address is 228 Las Vegas Blvd.

Christine ur cashier was very judging me about saying I don’t need the spicy taquitos they will mess up my stomach. Then putting in the microwave I said I just take them home cook them in my air fryer and she said I am jealous. She is very unprofessional and do her job not judge people in general. I will never shop there ever again.

I'm here all the time. Never had a problem once. Sure, there are some homeless that lurk outside the building, but if it's your first time seeing that then welcome to the Downtown area in basically any major city. 4/5 because they don't do the 2 for $3 Monster energy drink special here. Prices skew on the high side for 7/11

Cashiers not in a good mood today and i understand when there is a group of homeless just outside the front door and only one cashier handling the register and everything at once ...what else can you do when manager is gone and they only have 2 hands ....as for the store not really sanitized...blessings

Shout out to the workers there, y’all know who you are. Friendly customer service unlike Southern California. Anyway they suggested what to get. Pizza is never good at any 7 eleven but this one is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. The pizza was Dam great! Whoever is doing it. Thanks

No Big Gulp! I could barely move around because they were doing "renovations". There were no signs outside letting potential customers know that they were painting and other stuff inside. I did alot of walking in 100 degree weather just to get told to go to another 7 Eleven. Ridiculous!

They don't sell liquor, beer is overpriced. Employees rude. Store is hot, lines are long. Make you pay before fountain drink purchase, so you have to wait in line twice. Far and away, the worst 7 11 in NV. Stay far away. Head down the street instead!

If you have bad nerves or scare easy, I don't recommend going here at night. With that said, I wasn't uncomfortable here, but I kept an eye on what was going on around me. It's not bad for a quick in and out purchase, it's 7-11 so it is what it is.

I was stranded there on Saterday night freezing the male clerk was very kind and helpful. He let me wear a sweater from his car and my ride showed up and i forgot it. Id love to give it back! And id love to speak with the manager.

There's always pandhandlers and thieves around this store. They need more security in the parking lot. Now, you can have anything delivered to your home. You don't need to go out to a store anymore.

They are selling spoiled milk, asked for a refund and they said well how do we know you didn't leave it out.... wow get it together... I will be calling for a health inspection.

Watched 2 people shoplift and the workers had to run over there to deal with it. The sketchiest 7-Eleven I have ever been in! We seriously feared for our wallets and lives!

This is a good mini store with gas. The cashier's are very cool. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are high. But no wait, fresh coffee.

Don't go there! Rip you off every way possible. Charge you more for everything just because it's on the strip. It's just plain nasty and sad how they treat the tourists.

I thought the 7/11 on bonanza was bad. This place is insane. Avoid at all cost - unless you want an experience. Love visiting cause of the chaos.

Promotes 711 rewards but doesn't actually honor it. Had to pay full price for something I went in with a rewards coupon for.

Store was well stocked. Clerk was very nice, despite working in such a hectic location. Security was front and center.

It was just an all around awesome visit. Staff was courteous helpful and amazingly fast during checkout. It was great!

The service was great, hot coffee on the ready and friendly staff to help find items that I needed.

The store clerk was not a happy person. It would appear that he had a pretty miserable day/night.

Probably not the safest location in town, but they had what I needed and I made it out alive.

This place is always clean , and the help is very courteous , and the coffee is always fresh.

Hands down best spicy hot dogs the store is clean you can smell the Bleach my favorite store.

It's about time they remodeled this place, started stocking more essentials and pizza.
