I've been to many Circle K's and I've never had issues like I did tonight. Me and my girlfriend both think Circle K has the best coffee because the machine grinds coffee beans so it tastes fresher then other gas stations and we like going to Circle K because of the different flavor creamers. Tonight after midnight was the first time I almost lost my cool because the lady bit our heads off over creamers. She could have let us know before hand but no she was very aggressive because to her I was taking too long making coffee. Apparently according to this lady her boss said they are going to charge extra if you put too much creamers in your coffee...didn't realize 8 creamers in a xl cup was too much creamer especially when the coffee machine asks if you want room for creamer and it has a set level for you to put a certain amount in...and before she did that to us she yelled at another customer for wearing a hood and face mask.....also if they do start charging extra they better put a sign up letting people know or I'll just walk out and you'll not only lose money on a cup of coffee but you'll also lose a customer.

I wish I could give a 0 star. I went in after getting gas, waited in line for 10 minutes as there was 3 people ahead of me and the cashier guy was super duper slow. As it was finally my turn, I went to buy a case of corona and before the cashier even looked at my ID he said he could not sell it to me. I handed him my ID and asked why. Im 24 years old!!! I have been drinking and buying alcohol for 3 years now and have never had an issue. MY ID WAS VALID, not expired and like I said Im 24 years old but he said since it was vertical that he couldnt sell it to me and told me to go buy alcohol somewhere else. He was super rude, unprofessional, and uneducated. Never will I buy from Circle K again. I have never been treated or disrespected like that my entire life. I went to chevron right after, had no issues, and won a free beer. Go to chevron instead because they are more professional and friendly.

Who do I contact about a complaint? On April 17, 2020 at 920am I went to the store to get gas. The pinpad outside didn't work and had to go inside to pay. I went in and went to also get cookies. One of the managers said that I was stealing. I wasn't inside no more than 1min when she accused me. They called the cops and 5 cars and 7 people showed up. I told them that I didn't steal and they kept accusing me. They preassured me to do a search which I obliged. At the end they didn't find anything and didn't even apologize. In the camera they found nothing and the cops also didn't find anything. I felt violated by the police and especially the store manager.. I felt like I was racially profiled by your store and need someone to contact me and handle this situation.

I have never gone to this location before, but figured it was convenient by a friends house.I went in and was immediately yelled at for not taking off my hood. I literally came in the store for two seconds to pay cash to get gas. I didn’t go in any isles I went straight in the line.The female (African-American, piercings in her face, in her late 30s)behind the desk was loud and ghetto for no reason. She started yelling that I could get out, in response I said that I am a veteran and have never been treated this way. It really disappoints me to know that this is the type of person I defended my country for. It cost zero dollars to be treated like a person. *For anyone else who had a bad experience here, don’t let that ruin your good energy*

No complaints. The clerk was great! Very helpful and had enough patience to deal with all my b.s. that I happened to come into the store with today. I had to get some cash off my card and my balance on my card was only 30 bucks so he helped me pick a couple inexpensive items and took the time to ring me up twice the second time it declined and he went ahead and paid for the rest of it just so he can get to his next customer so they weren't waiting. I wish I caught his name so I can give him a shout out I'm going to get it from him tomorrow and throw it on here. ATTN. CIRCLE K hang on to this clerk that you got working for you rn I'll edit this and include his name tomorrow so you can give him a atta boy and pat on the back or something.

This Circle K has one of the most prolific cashier's in the world. Never once in my life has a cashier ever offered to pay half of my bill from thing's that I bought in THEIR store! Not only did this Angel of a human pay close to $10 out of his OWN pocket, sobthat I could get the things that I needed but he also showed me an easy hustle when it comes to buying 2 packs of my favorite brand of cigarettes, American Spirit, for just $4 and that's for BOTH packs! God bless you sir and I hope that Circle K knows what an incredible employee you are and how lucky their company is to have someone like you working with them. Blessings, Benjamin

I’m honestly in shock I went and pumped $25 in gas, and this location charged me a $150 pre authorization my car can’t even hold that much gas. That’s insane that your location feels the need to hold that much money from someone I have gone to multiple locations and haven’t even had a pre authorization from any other location! Disappointed to say the least you should have some kind of warning on the gas pumps because I would have never gotten gas there if I knew what scam you guys are running!!!

The employees here are super nice at all times of the day. The hot food is usually stocked, and there is a wide variety of drinks that I haven't seen at other convenience stores in the area. It's typically clean inside, though the parking lot can get pretty messy. Also, people drive pretty crazy through that part of the parking lot in particular. All in all, still the best place to grab something quick if you're waiting for the bus.

This is probably the best convenience store in the immediate area, which isn't really saying much because it's not the best area to begin with. Most trips inside the store are pleasant enough, but then there are days you see things you'd only otherwise see on the Jerry Springer show. 2 stars instead of 1 because everything is relatively cheap here, and the Hispanic guy that works nights is always nice.

This is The Worst Circle k in Vegas. Not only are the employees rude. They accuse everyone of stealing. They let drug deals go down in front of there store. Always lines all the way out the door. And, if the employees don't feel like working they tell you to go somewhere else. Corporate should hire employees woth manners, and that wanna do there jobs. Instead of outside doing drug deals. Sad place.

The worst place I have seen in Las Vegas they have coffee machines but you can't touch them they serve you coffee and the employee has dirty gloves because they are cleaning unpacking and touching the money that is not hygienic if they want they should pump gasoline on your car too since people put gasoline one after another and is a dangerous virus spreading too

This Place Needs to work on Cleaning, Ice All over the floor. Bums outside hanging around the store. Cashier just looked at me and said there nothing she can do about the bums outside the store.. Im like WHAT but there outside harassing every guess that walk inside the building. Call the police. Never again will i come back to this location.

The worst experience I've ever had ,if I were you I wouldn't go there, I went to put gas with money and the employee didn't want to accept my money because it was a $100 bill, he said it was a high value and he wouldn't go accept, I didn't think it was fair. I suggest you don't take your money in that place because they don't take money

They get your fountain drink for you with nasty gloves that touch everybody's money and whatever and have a sign saying the city won't let you get your own drink it's a lie all the other gas stations you can get your own this store is disgusting in a terrible area

I was just in this store and the clerk Rosa(986412) was so rude to me. She was very argumentative and obnoxious. I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment in the location. The little older short lady is always so sweet. But Rosa was very disrespectful.

Only one clerk who locked the door for at least 15 minutes at 3:15 am. Multiple people waiting outside including a vendor he let in after 10 minutes. Walked a mile to be denied service so he could clean a machine. Embarrassing and poorly run/managed.

Cashier was rude. When you walk in it smelled as someone pooped in the store. Only stopped in for the fountain drinks, $.79 not a bad deal, plus offered king size m n m's for a dollar extra with purchase of a fountain drink

It's always been open 24 hours a day before. Stopped for coffee and gas at 2:25 a.m. and the doors are locked with the clerk turning people away. Apparently to mop and wash windows. It's an inconvenience store.

Their chip reader is broken for credit cards at all of the pumps here so you can only use debit or prepay to pump gas so might as well go to an ARCO.

The location attracts an interesting crowd in and around but overall a big selection of goods compared to other gas stations. *Quick lines*

So as of 8/27/20 , circle k no longer allows customers to pour their own drinks from soda fountain. They do it for you. Wont be coming back

Actually I can give this high marks for Customer Service. That rarely happens. Store cleanliness takes a hit though.
