Not my favorite place. Rude service and they won't allow you to use the restrooms. Go elsewhere. This place has gone downhill. Reply to owner. If this review doesn't sound right, then visit your store. There are plenty of great 7-11s around. Many in Park City. I'm an UBER driver and was in the area. I used to come to this location more. It was late when i arrived. I wanted a hot dog and to use the bathroom, I'd been driving for hours and really had to go. They didn't have hot dogs ready. (Or any food that hadn't been there for hours) When i walked to the back of the store an employee yelled "the bathroom is closed". I said close? He said "it works but we aren't letting anyone use it right now, so it's closed." I then walked to the front to leave. Another person wanted a pizza and the guy behind the counter was acting very annoyed and wouldn't make a pizza. I think they only take like 2 mins. As I was leaving he said to me "you're not going to buy anything?" I said I just wanted something to eat and use the restroom, and he just shook his head and walked away.

I've been a customer since this 711 was built and it really has gone downhill badly. They used to have benches behind the store, which they removed. and they used to allow customers to use the bathroom (years ago) and now the employees lie and say it's broken or that they lost the key. The Employees lie!!! Recently my elderly mother was in there trying to buy something when the africian american male employee, in his 50's or 60's shoved her out of his way at the counter so he can put his purchases up in front of her. This is unacceptable behavior and this is equal to actual assault. So now we won't even go into this 711 and I called corporate headquarters and so far this employee wasn't disciplined. Go elsewhere, this 711 sucks!!!

There was two rats outside the doors also two homeless people. The guy was very rude that worked there for night shift some drunk guy came in and he wouldn’t let him use the bath room and the coworker just kept egging on the situation saying “stay here while I call people to come” I was recording it all and the number he dialed wasn’t event 911 or emergency phone number it said someone named once the drunk person went outside I came up to buy my items but he pushed me and ran after the drunk guy and try to fight him then he came back inside and told me he wouldnt let buy my items I didn’t even do anything to the coworker

Didn't even make it into the store. Was dropping a friend of mine off who was going into a business next to the store. Had every intention of going into this store for something to drink. Took 10 steps and heard someone yell 'excuse me'. Turned around and a women rudely asked me 'where are you going', she then said lm the owner of this store and you can't park here. Just really smacked of racism as she didn't say anything to anyone else. Will never give my money to a owner who is completely rude to anyone. I feel sorry for her employee's.

The owners are extremely rude. Their employers are amazing, otherwise I would give them one star. After spending $20 the owner asked me to leave and stop "harassing her customers". All I did was ask a couple customers who were waiting, unattended, if they had a lighter I could borrow to light my just purchased cigarettes. I shop here almost every day, and every time it is one of the owners working they are extremely rude and leave the line at the register unattended while they talk on the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My car broke down in their parking lot a couple of days ago. It was almost 100 degrees outside and I had my elderly parents in the car with me. I went in to get something for my parents and let them know that I was blocking their driveway and the tow truck was coming. The workers there were all so nice to us. They offered to help move my car, told me not to stress about it, offered to let me bring my parents inside where it’s cool, and even brought them out some bottled waters. Thank you for your kindness! I will return to your store.

I wish h I can give more but the employee name Angila she is very rude with customers and showing very good attitude to the customer she was using phone on her work time and she require mask to customer even she didn't use one after 10 minutes when she is ready to give me attention i ask her about bathroom she told me is close for COVID_19 when i check the door there was even no any sign for close in easy word i have bad experience at this store this morning

I'm usually a Maverick guy (the one a block away is closer to my house) but lately I've been coming to this 711 for my Vuse cartridges & I think I might have to change my stores just cause of this one guy. Idk his name but he works late and I think he has a pony tail.. if I remember correctly. I just visited on Tues, Feb 21 at 1:20 AM. Give that man a raise. He's always on point and he always helps me out above and beyond the standard.

Thursday night Friday morning we went in late at night and I think the guy working was Kris. He was very rude towards us. He was also on his phone the whole time, which worked out great for a girl i saw who stole alot of things just bt putting them in her bag. Which he would of seen if he wasnt on his phone the whole time. Someone shuld teach him some customer service skills and teach him how to smile.

After visiting the store I have come to find out Others who don't like people shouldn't work in customer service positions... customer service is exactly that customer service. My rep was Kris and he went out of his way to try to mess with me. Staring at me the whole time I was getting a drink and than tried to charge me for an iced coffee when he clearly watched me get a fountain drink...

Has a selection of treats that I’m unable to find at other 7-Eleven locations for some reason. Love that they have an Amazon Locker outside and in a well lit area (also on the side of the road). Staff is memorable and pleasant to work with. Solid 5 star action — thank you! Note: This location is purely a convenience store and does not have pumps for getting fuel or gas.

Was just in there to pick up a couple items and the guy behind the counter was very rude, dirty, and unkemp. He was unshaven, grimy, and was wearing clothes that had so many holes it would make Swiss cheese jealous. It basically looked like they had a homeless guy come in to work the counter.

I would give this 7-Eleven no stars but that wasn't an option this is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to I had to use the bathroom really bad and he snickered as he told me the department was closed every time I come here I get treated worse and worse I'll never come to the 7-Eleven again

I love how they always make your food the way you want it without giving you the stink eye and they are always so nice this is one of the 3 stores I like to go to because they are nice and friendly and know what they are doing and actually keep the place clean

its not very professional how the manager of the store parks in the handicapped parking spot. not only is he not handicapped but he is sometimes there for hours at a time, taking that spot from people he actually need it.

Great crew and they really help out the unfortunate community around all of us when they can. I will walk past several other "convenient stores" to stop in and say hi to my 7/11 family on 887 E 400 S

This store is very gross they dont take care of there employees the manager is very disrespectful they have no clue how to run a gas staion. And they sure dont know how to clean there coffee machine

They clearly state that they cook pizza 24/7 but every time I walk in there they make some lame excuse like the oven shut down at 3am I am home now and it is barley 3:10am

They have bathrooms that have signs say "ask cashier for key" but none of the employees have a key to the bathroom if that makes any sense at all. Never coming here again.

The young man at the register didn't ID the kid in front of me who was buying a 6 pack of beer. Didn't even ask or mention it. The kid couldn't have been more then 17.

Clean, friendly. Can be kind of sketchy late at night or early morning due to its proximity to the Trax station. Fountain machine is great and $1 refills are awesome.

This place has been under new management since July of 2018, much better, cleaner and better employees. It has a better selection of food and drinks now. Come visit!

Stays open 24/7. Good for emergency trips at odd hours to get stuff like beer, drinks, snacks, and other small things like salt, OTC medicines, car charger, etc.

I loved the opportunity I had while working there in 2016 and all the help they provided to me after becoming homeless. I would love to work for them again.
