Came in Sunday morning at 7am to fill up. Started with pump #13. The pump kept shutting off after a few seconds of running. After only 2 gallons and many false starts I moved to pump #8. This one also kept shutting off, but I hung in there for the rest of the fillup. Then I went to the air pump to top off my tires. The air dispenser did not respond to my card swipe x2, and the compressor did not turn on. When I went inside to complain, the man behind the counter was not interested in my feedback. He said that he only worked behind the register and had nothing to do with the function of gas pumps or the air dispenser. I had hoped for some interest in my feedback. Instead, this guy could not have cared less. He told me that I should speak to management about my feedback, so here I am. I have had other instances of the pumps shutting off during a fillup, but that was many months ago. I had been on a hot streak lately, until this morning. Sad!

This is a very small 7 eleven, but they pack it all in! What I really like about this place, is that they never seem to run out of the items I get on a regular basis! Lol! They guys at the register are always so nice and fast! Lol! And I just found this out the other day, but they have the little hand baskets like at the grocery store! That's so convenient! To not have to feel like your about to drop something whole waiting in line is wonderful! I had been juggling a couple too many chocolate milks and one of the employees was kind enough to bring me one of those baskets! I guess it was pretty noticable that I was fixing to drop one (or all of them) because he ran that over to me so fast! Haha! I really appreciated that though! It's nice to see places going above and beyond with customer service! I definitely recommend this place!

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE AT THE STONE OAK STORE. Your employee who refused to give me his name, a african-american with a walking disability, treats clients with disrespect and stares at people like we are doing something wrong. This morning when I went to buy my coffee he made a comment "I don't want you in my store any more" I asked him what his name was and refused to tell me. This in NOT the 1st time I'm complaining about the same man's attitude, and for what I can see, I'm not the only one complaining about this man's behavior there are even pictures of him when people complaints about him. He needs to be retrained or let go! Next time I will have my video recording available to submitted to you and more important to "the media".

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM HERE. I received a protein bar in replacement for what I originally ordered the first time. I reordered with a different DoorDash driver and I received a phone call from my driver saying they gave him a protein bar instead and that what they’re “putting in the bag is right”. Clearly not if I’m the one who ordered. That would’ve been the second protein bar they give me but my driver was nice enough to help out. I tried calling the store and they’re not able to receive calls for some reason. They try to steal from peoples original orders and replace them with protein bars

my little brother just got his cash app card and i went to the store to show him how to use it and whoever was working the the counter tonight grabbed the card out of my little brothers hand when the chip and swipe didn’t work to use the touch method (which i didn’t know his card had since mine didn’t have it) and handed him back to him all rude and aggressive. i would’ve understood if it was going on for a while but it was literally two failed attempts and this dude lost his temper with no line behind us for him to be acting like that.

Store was really clean, but the female attendant working the counter (young Caucasian w/short hair) was rude. I am a long time 7-Eleven Rewards member and during my one item transaction stopped to look for my card, so that I could scan it. She began tapping on the counter and rolling her eyes. I eventually typed in my number at the counter to complete the transaction. That was my first and last stop at this location. FYI, I was the only customer in the store and I'm sure she gets paid hourly!

Employees are very rude and short with the customers, especially the white lady whom I assume is new to the business. Very short and disgusting rude when I asked simple questions about ID for lighters. Very poor customer service attitude... such a disgusting employee. You don’t treat your customers with short responses when they are asking sincere questions. The attitude her and her co worker gave me was highly unnecessary.

The lady that works over night is a HUGE beach if you catch my drift. She’s unbelievably rude. Really needs to keep her hands and her mouth to herself and realize she is in customer service and should act like it. Idc what you “think” I’m doing or not doing but you should NEVER touch someone else’s personal property and proceed to tell me I can’t park in front of the store?

This is not just the worst 7-Eleven I've been to, but it's the worst gas station in probably the state. The credit card machines act like we are in the ghetto and will not process. You have to go inside and pre-approval authorize your card. I don't want $20 I want to pump until my tank is full! Pathetic. I promise I will run out of gas before stopping here ever again!

When i visited, the store was very busy. The line was 5 deep and 5 or more shopping. The staff was stepping up to the challenge and working quickly with both registers open and a 3rd worker helping the two cashiers by bringing cigarettes or other merchandise kept on the shelves to the register as it was being ordered. I got in and out quickly with the items i wanted

I went to buy some drinks and the muslim guy behind the register called me an “infidel” for wearing an American T shirt and I was highly appalled by the behavior also there are a lot of cockroaches around the store even near the dairy aisle. The employees there are also incredibly rude. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

Alex was extremely helpful today. I purchased a pack of backwoods for a friend and they all had holes in them. I called and he told me to bring them back and he will replace them. Great customer service. Also not to long ago the car wash wasn’t working and they refunded me and gave another car wash.

I Always make a point to visit this location whenever I’m in the area. All bcos of Mahomad! When he works, the store is always ultra clean, neat, and well stocked. Coffee & pastry/food are always fresh! Not only does he provide exceptional service, he’s SO funny! Never a dull moment with him around!

Went May 23, 2021. The guy was really nice, store was pretty clean, and icees were delicious. I do wish they had a “water” option on the soda machine, though. I paid for a cup of water and got ice from the machine but had to get water from the sink. Not ideal. Other than that a good experience!

Dont go here if you want to purchase lottery between the hours of 10pm and 5am. The cashier will rudely tell you to go somewhere else she isnt seeling lottery. Ive never heard of this before is this a new thing or just one persons rule. Just curious

The Cashier called me fat (I’m 5’7 and weight 135 Lbs) and said that I should “get rewards for all the junk food I am buying that I’m gonna get fat off of so I can get more junk food for free”. All I bought was 4 bananas and 2 gatorades.

There is a perpetual stench that is distinctive to this location. Go take a look at the soda machines. Not touching that. Bums outside at night. Surrounding area is nice, not sure what's going on to make this one spot so ghetto.

I have tried ordering from this place multiple times from Uber eats and they always cancel the order. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STORE!!! If you can’t fulfill an order get OFF uber eats!!! This happens ALL the time!!!

Nastiest 7 eleven ever! Dirty grounds, dirty floors in the store. Don't ever touch the candy, gum etc. at the front counter the wrappers are dusty and sticky.... The gas is also high AF. …

One of your employees is as nasty and should be investigated and remove. The African-American that walks strange. Talking bad to customers, asking them to move and leave in a very unhumane way.

The older man is very rude!!!! Will never go back to that store!!! I have been in there many times, he is rude every time. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different store!!!

Lady in the front is really rude poor customer service will recommend her to put some makeup on and look decent. Scaring off the customers with that face. Please like this if anyone agrees

I love this 7-Eleven! The owner is always super friendly and wishes me a good morning when I come in to grab a coffee and banana.

Incompetent and aggressive cashier refused to honor posted deal. Avoid this 7-11. There are Better nearby or other options
