This is by far the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. This store makes me hold the company as a whole to a lower level. Yes this particular store is veteran owned and operated, per the big sign out front. That's great and everything. However, the fountain drink area is absolutely disgusting (I saw children younger than 5 avoiding the area), and the drinks themselves are horrible. The worker was definitely lazy as nothing was stocked anywhere and there was just filth all throughout the store. But he was sitting there on his cell phone, apparently too engrossed in anything other than his mouth breathing. As much as I hate Cornerstore and Circle K, they have 7/11 completely beat. Just wait for QT to arrive, finally a real convenience store that actually stays stocked and clean, because they care about their brand. Fat San Antonio won't know what to do.

No you're doors aren't always open especially when a mean cash register attendant gets to talk to people however he wants. About a week ago at about 10 45 pm I went in and some shaggy individual with semi longish hair was at the register. Seems to be late 40s early 50s and very very rude.I know for.a.fact that they have cash app reloads at your store. He seems to think its up to him who can or can't use this service at your store. He was rude and very mean when he practically yelled at me that yall don't have this service. He is condescending and doesn't belong on that register I'll never go back there again.

Stay away! Be prepared to be rudely treated! Owner got beligerent when homeless man tried using a bunch of change to buy beer. He called the man every name in the book but the child of God. I lost track of the F Bombs dropped on the poor homeless dude. This guy has an attitude from hell 24/7. Never seen him smile nor laugh. The stores bathrooms are never clean as was stated in prior reviews. This review is in reference to the clerk driving the black camaro. He's with a muscular build and has black curly hair. The other clerks are nice.

Not a good experience today (6/25). The music was so loud I had to keep asking the cashier to repeat himself. He kept exchanging looks with the other cashier like there was a joke going on that I wasn't aware of. Then he sold me 2 lottery tickets but one wasn't what I asked for, it was what he thought I should get. I don't know if I'll go back. This has been my favorite convenience store for the last 8 years, but today it was creepy and I felt judged for either being female or older. I'm not sure which. I'll try again in a few days.

Giving one star, only because I can’t give negative stars. I once saw one of the employees body slam a young lady because she stole one Tampon. He then proceeded to physically restrain her from leaving the store. Another time I was spit on by an employee for rolling my eyes at his obvious trash talking of people in the store (including me) in Hebrew(?) I don’t know what language, but the intent was clear. This is not a place you should give your money to. They are thugs and jerks.

Went with my sister Sunday morning to get a coffee. Worst experience ever!! Cashier refused to make fresh coffee , told us he just made it. We shook the coffee pot for him to see that it's empty . Still refused ! I got angry . Your job is to make fresh coffee when a customer asks for it. He just says you weren't here when I made it . Still arguing with me . Never will go here again ! Lost me as a customer forever 7-eleven . I'll pay my gas and coffee else where .

I went in to add cash to my cash app card. The clerk was busy outside smoking then spent 5 mins getting lottery tickets for a customer. By now its 7:03 and he has the gall to tell me he can’t do the transaction after 7 pm. Wth man. These transactions can be performed 24 hours a day and this is a 24 hr store, but I guess not. Hire some better employees or maybe 7/11 should have better franchisees. Terrible customer service.

Must be the only 7-Eleven owner I've ever seen that doesn't choose to pass on the buy two or one get one free deals. when I asked about it I was laughed at. I said like the owner know that doing that's going to cause me to go to other gas stations they laughed and said he knows. manager is also off in the corner arguing with someone on the floor.

OBVIOUSLY THIS OWNER COULD CARE LESS. WRITING CORPORATE. I WENT IN AND THE "MANAGER"AND CASHIER WERE HAVING A COMPLETE ARGUMENT TO THE POINT THE CASHIER IGNORED US.

I went this Saturday at 1:40 pm on 8/2/20 and the cashier was so rude he also works overnight and is very rude then I will not go in this 711 when he works again

For the SMOKERS. Cigarretes here are about 2 dlls more expensive per pack. But they say its just this store. So if stopping for cigs go to another 7-11

There is no better 7 ELEVEN in San Antonio than this location. Customer service 101; kind, compassionate, and consideration for each individual.

This girl caught herself eating while on duty while screaming at the top of her lungs that there is no bathroom while I was on my menses

Employee locks up the store when owner isn't there. Not open 24 hours or even at 6:15 am so no coffee or breakfast …

the late night worker is never there. it's always locked and he's never around. it's supposed to be 24 hrs

Overnight locks the place, but lets some people in to make purchases but ignores most

Rarely has tostitos available and that's all I ever go in for and horrible attitude
