"December 2, 2022 7pm: Don't waste your time at this horribly maintained 7 Eleven Culebra location where the gas pumps never have auto dispersed paper receipts and when you enter to request the receipt the 20yr old irresponsible immature cashier with a Neck Tatoo and beard denies my request saying 7 Eleven doesn't give receipts anymore due to a Law Suit by the State and continued to say We Don't Give Give Receipts to customers especially to gas pump Customers"

So I went to the restroom to find the soap dispenser not working. Upon exiting he still was smiling and never handed me my gas purchase receipt. Employees should work and maintain the customer oriented convenience chores instead of kicking back. My recommendation to future customers is to take your business to the new well maintained QT Convenience Fuel Stop where they also have FREE Air Pumps!
Overall I love going to this location but after tonights distastful experience I will not be back. I went in to get something to drink decided to play power ball and the young man acted as if he didnt want to service me had and attitude all on his phone now I normally dont play the power ball but today I decided to so confirme before I bought the ticket how much it was which was 3.00 I go select the numbers mind u he still had an attitude and come back and says it 10.00 I say no u said it was 3.00 so I'm like nevermind and they say u have to pay for this well Im not cause thats nit the amount u gave me prior to purchase than alexis says well u cant come back in here can u say I'm filing a racial profiling compliant to bbc come tomorrow morning I feel so violoated
I had the WORSE experience with the clerk at this location. It was shortly after 4 pm. when I decided to use my rewards to purchase a Pepsi product. The clerk had no training nor knowledge on their own app. He scanned my barcode, removing my rewards/points off my profile, then refused to give me the item. He claimed I was no longer eligible for the item. After 10 minutes of disputing the issue with him, he gave up and allowed me to take the item. The store owner needs to ensure ALL the employees are properly trained on how their app works. Another customer was already there before me complaining about items missing in her shopping bag. I will not be coming back to this location.

My friend did no such thing and only picked up a self-serve sugar packet is what she witnessed and did not have a drink. She would not produce the video footage she claims to have seen. Dalicia the assistant manager racially profiled my friend and illegally charged my card for a drink that was never stolen or even obtained by myself or my friend.
Service HAS IMPROVED HERE BY FAR!!! The guy at the register who drives a motorcycle is so respectful. My son and I go everyday after school for pizza and snacks and the guy at the register has QT skills he be ringing up 2 customers at a time and he's quick, polite and very respectful. Makes you want to keep coming back. Bro always be making sure everyone walks away with a good experience. How can you not want to come back after that?
The little automatic voice that greets you as soon as you come in "Hello Welcome" is annoying while in the store walking in or at the store shopping you hear it all the time and its so annoying and loud the manager should consider taking that off seriously Ill just go to the other 7/11 down the street instead off Culebra and Westover hills
Rude customer service.. I went in there to make a payment like I always do ... she yelled we talk taking payment the manager stopped doing that ... It would of been nice just a simple I'm sorry we ain't taking payments anymore at this location.. so I said have a great day.. but nope it was horrible ...
As a local and alway going to this place for odds and ends. The person that is working tonight is by far the worst I have ever met. All those odds and ends plus fuel that buy, you will never get again. I will make a point to go down the road. I would also recommend everyone else to do the same.
I went Sept 25, to use the gas pump, I inserted my CC and entered pin said for me to go inside n pay. Cashier man that is sitting stated it does that sometimes. I just got hacked with that credit card. I've never used my card before on gas pumps. I won't go to this location anymore.
No paper at the pump for a receipt and went inside to get one. Guy had an attitude because I didn't look at the price I paid as I figured it would just print the most recent transaction at the pump. First and last experience with 711. I'll just stay with Valero, qt, and shell.
The pumps are so slow!? It took almost 10 minutes to put $35 in my tank. Not to mention the guy working was on the phone the whole time I was trying to pay & couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or not. Maybe I’m being petty about this rating. But I won’t be coming back.
One of the few stores that's so unprofessional that it doesn't even have a public restroom. My understanding was Health Department requirements demanded a restroom for public places. But when you don't care for your customers this happens.
The guy at the counter tonight was so rude when I asked him a question about cash for lotto tickets, yes I tried to pull out cash, no your atm wasn’t working, and yes I can read the sign. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Been ok, but always seems dirty. Inside and out. Always out of Iced Coffee. Food sits under heat lamps 4ever. Out of hand sanitizer and windshield cleaner. Too many times pumps aren't working properly
Gas pumps no longer accept credit cards. It just asks for a pin, even for cards that don't have chips. Their answer is you can go inside. Not much of a convenient store if you have to go inside.
Love this store but, The new employees are slow & careless, the line wraps all the way around the store now, D used to work both registers at once these new people can barely work one
Do not buy lottery tickets here. They will mess up the type of ticket that you ask for and then force you to pay so much more for a ticket you don't want. They've been reported.
Very rude guy working here wouldn't refund 30 bucks for gas when there pump didn't give no gas when ask attendant he said nothing he can do about it AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
Went in there about 7:30pm on jan. 13. This is the place that allows people to fill up toilet bowls with their slushies... so why can't I get a refill with my own cup?
Bought a 12 pack of Cokes gave the dude 8 bucks it was seven and some change and then he pocketed my change. Do better San Antonio
