The employee (that works the graveyard shift that looks to me like maybe 17 years old) at 7-Eleven off of Hildebrand and IH-10 is extremely unprofessional. I can't even identify the gender of the employee I do believe it could be a male, it is approximately 6 in the morning on 12/11/2018, the employee at the 7-Eleven off of Hildebrand and IH-10 struck my window repeatedly with a sharp object causing it to scratch my window in order to try to get my attention while I was sitting in the parking lot with another female my car. we weren't bothering nobody we were parked legally we were just sitting in my car I was tired I decided to pull into a gas station instead of wrecked my vehicle or hurt somebody and I have this employee come to my car banging so hard on my window causing it to scratch my glass in two or three different areas. the employee then started to shout and scream outside of the store for me to leave and get off of drugs and calling me and my friend drug addicts and that we need to stop falling asleep in the vehicle. I am neither drunk nor high I just pulled into the store because I was extremely tired from just having a long day that's I wanted to play it safe rather than get into an accident and in light of that I have a 7-Eleven employee cousin me out at 6 in the morning calling me different name slandering my name, assuming that because I am Mexican that I live in the west side or the ghetto, refusing service to me and my friend and refusing to let us use the restroom. He/she then refused to call the police when I told that employee to call the cops I'm not doing nothing wrong. The employee refused to call the police, so I did start recording the employee in the store with my cell phone. I just to let his/her boss see what kind of employee is working overnight and how the customers are being treated. it kind of makes me wonder is this employee on drugs to be coming out badgering customers for no apparent reason and calling them derogatory names sun during them being very discriminating it makes me wonder is the boss going to give this employee a drug test. Or is this employee on some type of hardcore drug that is obviously altering their decision-making capabilities while running a store. hopefully this employer just something about this employee because the customer service was very very poorly performed. I will not be returning to the store for any type of purchase gas or any other necessity that I may need or once the only way I would come back to the store is to follow a written or a follow-up complaint with the actual employer. I guess employee is a white female or male (can't tell the gender) longhair pulled back in a low ponytail, very obnoxious, very belligerent/loud, very sarcastic, no sense of respect for elders or just the common customer. This employee is lacking some serious customer service skills. Not only that this employee is actually enjoying talking about the whole situation to the customers as we speak. This employee is actually carrying on a long conversation with multiple customers about what happened, while still trying to belittle integrate us to the other customers. So sad that this is what we must deal with when we visit our local convenient store. If there was a an area to rate this store a zero then I definitely would rate it a ZERO!! This store don't even deserve a 1!!

I live in this neighborhood for 20 years,I know its not the best neighborhood, but as a community we must try to create a better atmosphere. In the last couple of years this place has become a HOMELESS hand out,every visit someone ask for change or something, they even do side jobs like throwing out trash etc. While at the same time asking for handouts,there's even a older man who sits in store on a crate stocking up doing odds things in store (not an employee).I work late so stop after work and always have a hand written that says closed for 10 minutes, I've waited 20- 30 minutes till they open,while people wait outside, we can see employee stocking up,even one time crate guy and employee eating,they told everyone it was break time.We need to do better as a community. This is one of the dirtiest ,most disappointing I've ever seen this place,and getting worst,I get franchise 7-11s are run different, but standards need to get better,dont bring us down as a neighborhood.

My daughter had to use the restroom so we stopped at this store and the restroom was filthy. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was urine all over the floor and all over the toilet seat, no soap , no paper towels. I stopped in at around 5pm. By this time the store should have checked the restroom a few times. I tried to approach the cashier, the gentleman literally looked at me and looked away left me talking to his side. I asked him if we was going to hear me out or ignore me and he said I’m attending a customer. He was unpacking cigarettes from a carton & the proper thing To have said was I’m sorry I’ll be with you in a second or grabbed the manager. I read the other reviews and I don’t know why this store is even open given the customer service and disgusting restroom. I’m aware this store is franchise but google review will not be my last motive. This is the worst service I’ve ever had & im so disgusted.

Queria comprar unos nachos y puse los chips en el contenedor para prepararlos y resulta que el dispensador de queso estaba vacio, les pedi que por favor pusieran mas y despues de un largo rato me dijeron que no habia, le dije, ah ok entonces solo cobrame las bebidas, y dijo que tenia que pagar los chips porque los abri para ponerles queso, le dije que si tenia queso si los llevaba y se enojo y esa señora comenzo a hablarme muy mal, dijo que no era su culpa que no hubiera queso y que tenia que pagarlos, me trató como si yo tuviera la culpa de su mal servicio hubo intercambio de palabras y al final no compré nada y me fui. Quien compra nachos sin queso??

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Extremely rude man employee at this location. I have NEVER in all my life been treated this poorly and I am 42. Too long to go into details but I called corporate and I have a case number and they said they are going to look into it. Apparently by the comments this isn’t the first time someone has been treated quite unfairly. This location should be closed and I will NEVER shop at a 7-Eleven again. The employee really scared me and since this incident I’ll never look at another 7-Elevwn and not get ill.

Horrible customer service! The minute I walked in the lady at the counter was on her phone talking about buying tamales. I went over to get myself a Slurpee and all the cups and lids where empty so I grab a fountain cup and lid. I went to pay and this lady wanted to charge me 4.10 for my Slurpee. Told her well there's no cups or lids. And your just on your phone. Told her nevermind keep it. .. She can enjoy my slurpee with her tamales !!

Pretty nice 7-eleven. Fully stocked and the employees were chill. I find it funny how these reviews will complain about homeless people just existing nearby, and also be absolutely shocked that the restrooms are closed. They were open when I went, but it's understandable if they gotta close them. It's a 24/7 store, they gotta be cleaned sometimes. And at night it can be a security risk. Give em a break.

I go in there to get my favorite fountain drink horchata sometimes there out and the refill it or the fountain drink machine is out of order but still great service but the 7 11 I go to on hildabrand ave. Off of I 10 w. They have the restrooms closed all night and they have them closed all the time no public or paying customer bathroom.

Absolutely terrible! They lock the doors at night and ignore you when you ask through the glass when he will be done politely. There's homeless and strippers walking & sitting there asking for money and you know what. The employees let the homeless work in 7 eleven in exchange for food. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Clean, safe, roomy. Drinks are cold. It's not the nicest 7-11 I've ever been in, but it is decent. Service is hit and miss. Lady working this morning is very friendly, lady working yesterday morning was very grumpy. As is common along the freeway, the gas is over priced. I always stop in the morning.

Gross, to be a popular franchise the restroom was very disappointing. NO TP, NO SOAP AND SO DIRTY! I work driving around from client to client. I stopped here thinking it would be the best place to use the restroom. WRONG, I didn't even want to spend my money here. Take care of your customers.

Mary Jane and Brady horrible service didn't want to help me because she said I was yelling at and they kept my change this is not acceptable also told me it against the to video them it is not called police on me police said there wrong dummies. 40 yrs we been going here nope never again.

Every time I have visited the store and restroom is clean. Shelves are fully stocked and employees are nice. Today was no differentbut I decided to get some wings to share with my daughter and they tasted like old refrigerator. They must not be sealing package back up in between service.

This store serves food. Restroom is out of order and the person working at the front counter does not know how long they have been out of order I'm sure this is a health violation would not recommend eating food here if their restrooms are out of order

Friendly staff. Whole meat Pizza was pretty good for being a convention store. The icee machines were all unavailable. The lids to their cups did not fit.

Purchased a cup of coffee, no flavor, it was like drinking hot water. Called the clerk and she confirmed that she does not know how to brew coffee.

This place is TRASH..... Don’t use their ATM, it will take your all your money it has a scanner, so it copies your debit card.

Restrooms are very dirty and staff is extremely rude. They have a clean restroom but do not care about customers.

They don’t have a restroom and we’re u exit is hard to get out because cars in the street are blocking the way.
