Broken PoC machine. Two weeks in a row my card declines at this store and this store only. Guy running the cashier thinks it's funny. Convinced it's a 'problem with your cards broooo'. Yeah 'bro', i'm sure that my online banking and purchases earlier that day using that same card, as well as purchases after leaving the store indicate a problem with MY cards. This is the only PoC system that does this with my card. Even other 7-11 stores don't give me an issue. I'm not returning back here. I did not like the attitude of the graveyard shift and you definitely have a problem with your older machines.

I find this place very busy usually which I'd a good sign that things are well with people...and that the cashier and staff were helpful usually and that there was quite a line up when I went which can be positive....if things are going well with people. The location convenient and accessible and is in yale town which is good for when you need something in the middle of the night as well....and as it is open 24/7 as it's a 7/11....people are generally friendly in the area anyway

I came in this morning at 6:30am to buy a gallon of milk. There was one in the fridge with the use-by date for the next day, so I took the one behind it. The cashier didn't let me buy this one and instead brought back the old milk saying the fresh one was 'for the coffee machine'. I wasn't going to drink a gallon of milk in a day and I feel they were trying to get rid of old milk on an unsuspecting customer, not great service.

Standard 7-11 with lack of choices of hot food options. They need to step up in more takeout food as the employees seemed to be lazy to keep the upkeep of this location when it comes down to cheese and chili and toppings for dogs and nachos. It is quite centrally located in middle of Yaletown as I see customers come in all the time. It’s a shame they are not upping their game with better take home hot foods.

The cashiers are really friendly, which is honestly such a refreshing change for this part of the city. The prices are kind of on the high side, but what do you expect from a 7-eleven. Although, sometimes they do have pretty good sale prices. Also, why is their coffee so good? Maybe I am just crazy, but I love their coffee.

It's convenient and convinces store close by. Mostly you can find whatever you came for. The personnel are friendly and always have a smile on their face. It's located in the heart of Yaletown. Which makes the safety of the mind in24 hours if you need to buy something, there is a store close by. I like the location.

Can you please get some decent coffee or splurge on some actual cream? I know its crazy with COVID-19 but you're one of the very few places you can get a cup of coffee, which is great but its barely drinkable and the small creamers you put in are awful.

Went there tonight and it was close at 11:53 pm. I had to pick up some keys from the Keycafe but the staff closed early. No phone number to even call. Can’t access my Airbnb now. Thanks 711 staff!!!

Horrible customer service. Stay away from manager Caitlyn Blue. She is rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Will be reporting her to higher managers apart of 711. She is racist.

I love this 7-Eleven for the single reason that the employees are always SO nice whether you go in at 3pm or 3am, compared to most places where employees barely give you a hello. Awesome!

I always enjoy there coffee and the cashier always greets with a smile specially gurman who is new in the team. Store is always clean and organised that inspires me to visit often

The older lady(cashier) here is absolutely the sweetest and makes a quick visit to grab a snack such a nice experience!
