Worst experience ever. Those people who work there are so lazy and rude. They treat people without respect. I went there to pick up an order and they refuse to make it. They said that I can cancel it because they don’t care. What kind of employees right. They losing more customers. I won’t refer anyone going there.

CAUTION!! When coming to this 7 Eleven always check your change. They always short change you by 10 to 15 cents. If they do that for every 8 -10 hour shift, they are probably taking home 20 to 30 dollars. I'm sure they have short changed all the young middle school and high school kids 25 cents or more. This store has very bad customer service, bad attitude, they can barely communicate and on top of all that their money order policy is ambiguous and seems like it’s not suited for the inner city. Why limit someone to $2000 in money orders or in the city with the average rent is $3000

Just recently visited the store and was Really disappointed in the poor customer service, that I received today. I felt very embarrassed on how things were handled you guys should really teach you’re employee better customer service skills dealing with the public !!!

I arrived at 3am and instead of having the doors locked they just had crates stacked in front and said they were locked. In my opinion, they should just lock the doors instead of leaving open access to the store and saying they are closed. It makes no sense

Everytime I go, the employees are angry or hostel towards me or whoever I'm with. They have weird requirements for buying items and CashApp is limited to certain hours, like 10am to 10pm.
