Hello. My name is Yi Ragle. I am making a complaint against the security guard who was working at this 7/11 store. I took a picture of him. He knows exactly what he did to me. I was buying a slice of pizza. The cashier was very kind and patient. All the workers at this 7/11 was very kind and respectful. This security was so rude and crazy. He was setting me on fire for no reason. He kept telling me to get out the store and have a good day. He repeated the same statement many times. He was telling me to get out the store and have a good day, and he was laughing about it too. This security guard has destroyed the reputation of this 7/11 to a level, no one can imagine. Many customers witness what happened between me and that security guard. He is too crazy to be working. He either needs to be retrained or fired right away.
Super annoying & arrogant lady at the register this evening at 6.00 PM. 1. She decides to take on another customer (who looked like her friend) in middle of attending to me - no word of apology. 2. Seems the register went out of order - decides to just walk away without any word. Picks her bag, say an affable byes to her colleagues and leave! Shift-end, looks like. I'm still at counter wondering if I'll be attended to or not. 3. A colleague walks in and tells me that register seems out of order and tells me to come to next counter and then takes on a customer. And then take yet another customer leaving me wondering if I'll be attended to at all! 4. When asked, they put the next customer hanging mid way through and attend to me... Seriously, guys!??
I work nearby little tokyo, i was a regular everytime im on my break i would go buy myself a snack. Today however all because i walked in with a bag (see through bag) all i had was tshirts in them along with a recipt proof of purchase, i was stopped rudely by one of the security staff yelling at me to leave my bag by the entrance yet he allowed a homeless guy in with two huge bags... i ofcourse argued since it was not fair a homeless guy is more likely to steal im a regular 25 year old who works nearby! Also security insults me on my way out after i purchased my items. Im not coming back anymore im done. If this guy treated me like this i cant begin to imagine how he is to other customers!
9:30 pm wed. 11/2/22 I wanted to deposit $200 into my cash app, there is a $1 service fee, I gave the cashier 2 $100bills and a $10bill (so I could have a full 200 in my account for my bills) and he gave me a $5 and I’m assuming he thought I wouldn’t say anything but I did, I asked him about the other 4 dollars and he gave me a single, so I kept pressing for the rest and he finally gave me all my change and when I opened the app and got the receipt he only put in 200 instead of 201 so I ended up only having the 199 in my account and was short on my bills. Pretty annoying.
Convenient and resourceful 7-eleven, situated on a corner in downtown Los Angeles. Thank you for being open 24/7. They have rules like no backpacks, no bikes or electric scooters allowed inside, which is reasonable. Nice selection of hot food like pizza, hot dogs and chicken. Excellent variety of prepared cold sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, cheese and cracker snacks, and pretty good produce, no organic produce. They have a great variety of common household needs like dish soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, detergent, plastic cups and plates. Cigarettes and alcohol sold here
Employees lack customer service. More than once I've asked for a hot food item only to be told that there is no more. I even ask them to look to see if there some in the freezer and tell me there is no more. But come back 10 to 15 minutes later and there be a window full of what previously asked for. Then when I bring it up to the employee and asked what happened they just shrug their shoulders saying they dont know. I dont have time to deal with poor customer service when coming on my lunch break to buy something. They need MORE TRAINING on what they supply.
it's a nice and clean location. Customer service is lacking, but they are never rude....just lackluster. My core issue (and the reason for the rating) is the coffee. It's the worst I've ever had from a 7-Eleven and I'm am constantly disappointed.Itd so watered down that it's flavorless (especially the french vanilla). I know this sounds trivial, but I only come to 7-Eleven for my morning coffee and it's disgusting brown trash water every. damn. time.
The store is disgusting the service is terrible. The woman at the register is racist I asked her for a bag she threw it at me and said it was $.25 when I asked her what was the managers name she refused to give me the name and ask the security to put us outthe store. If you are not of Hispanic dissent I would urge you to stay away from the store as they will treat you like you don’t belong there. I will be calling corporate.
The store is clean. Well organized. Well stocked. Has a security officer. So they are safe to travel to from the hotels in the middle of the night. The loss of the star is customer service. The guy was on the phone not paying attention to my card not process. A machine failure. He did then change to the other machine. No words. No total. No greeting. But, they are right across the street from The DoubleTree
Charges 10 cents for reusable plastic bag, but provides a thin plastic bag which were/are free. Asked the cashier, “these aren’t reusable bags, right?” Answer: “you can reuse it, just save the bag and re-use.”. The bag itself says to return it to a store to recycle, not re-use. Well, we can/could all do that and there is no need to charge money for this thin free bags.
This place is horrible! I had my valuable property STOLEN from here. The security made me leave my $300 skateboard up front by the door which is apparently their store policy (illegal) and then just let a crackhead take it! I was offered no recourse. I was refused the number of the franchise owner. I will be seeking legal action. Don't spend your money here!
My favorite place to interact with homeless/transients late at night. Best I’ve seen was a homeless guy take the lid off the garbage can, and did his doodie thru the top hole on the cement into a 7-11 pizza box. I was impressed with the ingenuity, but since I was right there at the door, it was a weird eye to eye moment
I really like this 7 Eleven but 2 Major Down Fall is Too Many Homeless hangs around There and Security disrespectful. They need to change their policy including Bike and scooter Should be allowed and only 7 Eleven in Downtown Due Too Careless Security not doing anything about the Homeless and Safety Not that great.
When you buy a sandwich, the 7-11 cheeseburger sliders, arent the employees supposed to heat it up for you upon request? Just confused because the heating instructions read "heat on #2 for 30 seconds", thought it was for those specific microwaves 7-11 got cuz my toaster oven/microwave dont have those options.
Great store awful customer service. Nancy was so rude, accidents happen but been rude to your customers is never ok. I work in customer service and that's was not the correct way to handle the situation. Very disappointing
The only saving grace for this store is that the employees are nice and the hot food selection is good. Everything is far more expensive then any other 7 eleven in the area. I highly recommend finding another store.
The red hair cashier is rude and management NEEDS to do something about her. Her rudeness is going to be a cause of her safety not being protected. Management STEP IN NOW.
Overall experience was what I expected on a 7-11 run, you know, water and some ice cream, up to the register, pay and I'm out the door, just like that
Their bag thing is weird. If they think there’s such a potential for theft why would I want to just leave my bag in a rack at the front of the store.
When I entered to buy, the clerk asked me if I had money... she told me that she did not accept payment with my VISA card. I am a Spanish tourist.
THIEVES. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR RECEIPT. THEY PLACE ITEMS OVER WRONG OR MISLEADING PRICE TAGS. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS AND WONT REFUND
LA CAJERA MEJICANA Y EL HINDÚ SON UNOS LADRONES E HECHO VARIAS COMPRAS Y LOS PUNTOS NO ME APARECEN EN EL HISTORIAL DE COMPRAS...
Kinda not a very cool place in evening! Lots of different people stay near the store! Also, the store inside looks messy!
Interestingly located on Los Angeles and 2nd Street downtown. For a 7-11, PRICEY. Pretty friendly staff. Clean, too.
There are many businesses downtown Los Angeles that maintain a level of filth that is not normally seen in society.
Nagyon kedves volt a kiszolgálás! Jó, hogybitt van ez a kisbolt, Los Angeles belvárosában nem sok másik 7eleven van
Its the only 24/hr 711 in downtown Los Angeles, and it's right behind my apt building. Props dude, major props,..
Would have been perfect if it had butter and sletzer soda water!has pizza and all pasteries for breakfast
The 7 -11 has everything And yes you can find whatever you need of course it's not like Walmart!!!
Worst 7/11 I've been too. Dirty, long line, terribly small. Homeless loitering outside.
Customer service is excellent storage very clean employees are extra nice and kind
Their ice machine was broken other than that the experience was very positive
very good and hot coffee, but too many homeless around not enjoyable
Courtesy services, neat, clean. Awesome excellent customer service.
The best store in LA, clean and nice service at evening
My card was skimmed at this location this morning.
Spitting. Violence. Homeless harassment.
Alot of homeless people frequent there.
Huge and well assorted, friendly staff!
Как же я хочу побывать в этом городе
Забирают рюкзак точно 1 звезда
Way too many homeless weirdos
Limited selection of goods
FYI: they don’t sell beer.
Good selection of goodies
