Some of the staff isn't that helpful, and a couple of times I've been overcharged without no particular reason for items that belong to promotions. From now onwards I'm going to be asking for a paper receipt and if this persists I'll post more information here or in the BBB page.

Another 711 without parking. Always running out of baked goods. Staff is not that good, they don't help when asked. Machines are not always making coffee. Also red alert when school kids are released the place is a madhouse and they have to limit entrances.

Best maintained location in the neighborhood they had a bunch of slurpy flavors working unlike most Brooklyn 7 11s where half of the flavors don't work

It was free slurpee day, and the worker told me I couldn't get a free slurpee because it was after 7. I am never going to this 7/11 ever again.
