"Stopped in to pick up a 16 oz can of soda that is advertised in store for $2"
"Bought their Big Bite (1/4 lb hotdog) and Big Gulp deal"
"Every time I come to this location past midnight, especially around 1-3AM (whenever I’m craving something, ayeee) the person working always says it’s CLOSED even though it’s states online that this store is open 24/7!! I just want some ramen and chips, sheesh"
"This place is a joke"
"This store plays opera music ridiculously loud"
Stopped in to pick up a 16 oz can of soda that is advertised in store for $2.59 plus tax and deposit. Item rang up as $2.99 plus tax and deposit. Informed the employee of the price mismatch. Employee shrugged and said the price went up. I noted that I am entitled to the lowest advertised price by law and store policy, something I know because it has happened in this location several times. Employee shrugged again. I understand that prices are changing regularly, but this does not excuse the employee's behavior or the stores mismanagement of its advertised prices. The same item is $1.79 at a nearby, national competitor. That's the every day price with an every day sale that brings the price down to $1.50 if I buy two. At half the price and none of the price gouging, 7-11 has lost my business.
Bought their Big Bite (1/4 lb hotdog) and Big Gulp deal. Found the condiments, but NO MUSTARD. Asked the cashier for some mustard, only to be told that 7-Eleven doesn't supply mustard. Not that they were out, but that 7-Eleven doesn't supply mustard. He then told me to go to the fast food restaurant next door if I wanted mustard! The cashier wasn't a US native, so I suppose I must make allowances for his culture, where they probably eat whatever they can catch with their bare hands, and have no idea what to do with a hotdog, but come on...someone must have a clue. Trying to tell me that no 7-Eleven has mustard... The hotdog was good, though...
Every time I come to this location past midnight, especially around 1-3AM (whenever I’m craving something, ayeee) the person working always says it’s CLOSED even though it’s states online that this store is open 24/7!! I just want some ramen and chips, sheesh. Why doesn’t the worker want to work? Am I wrong? If you guys are closed then you should change the hours online so it depicts the correct time so another customer doesn’t get confused like me! Something’s gotta give!!... I get upset every time coming here thinking it’s open and then getting told it’s not. This is not the first time!!
This place is a joke. I get turned away by the indian man for trying to buy alcohol with my GOVERNMENT ISSUED US PASSPORT. He insists he needs to scan my ID to open the register and points to the sign that says you need a government issued ID to make purchases.. no other 7eleven has given me trouble and none of the other workers do this. They just enter my birthday into the register. It’s okay for them to let homeless loiter and beg hut refuse actual customers with money?? Honestly feel like it’s because I’m black. Not so convenient for a connivence store.
This store plays opera music ridiculously loud. It caused my tenitus to flare up and I had to go to the dr to get antibiotics and had vertigo for a week. It is highly offensive and probably played to keep the homeless away. The staff should ask them to leave or call the police if there are too many loiterers. The staff never smiles and do not seen pleasant. The cigarettes are really expensive for a 711. I do not go here anymore even though it is the most convenient. If I could give no stars I would
$4 for a small Gatorade! Give me a break! It's like $1.50 at most supermarkets. The creepy "purge"-like distorted opera music they were blasting was awful (someone below said it keeps homeless away, but clearly that wasn't working as there were many around the store, I don't blame the homeless at all btw, times are hard). Cashier didn't say a word when ringing people up, no big deal I guess. Anyway it's way overpriced, I'll stock up at a bargain grocery store next time.
I go here all the time. Last time I went I attempted to redeem a Fresh Deli Sandwich via the 7-11 app and was told they don't have the sandwiches the coupon applies to. It was 2 am and they had just stocked their sandwich fridge. I saw a whole bunch of sandwiches that looked the same as what was pictured on the coupon. No response from corporate either.
The store employee didn’t let me buy alcohol because my ID wasn’t from the US. (I showed him my passport and visa) I ask him if there was any law, policy store or even a sign that says “only alcohol will be sell to Americans with AMERICAN ID”. At this point I left a bit angry and discriminated. Don’t even bother buy anything from this store
AWFUL customer service! Their pop was flat so we went back to return it and buy bottles. The person helping me was so rude and started yelling at me that I couldn't take the bottles in exchange for the fountain drink. (I had initially told him I wanted to pay the difference). Was very unhappy and will be taking my business elsewhere.
They over charge the price as mentioned on their shelf items. I even said that you have mentioned a different price on shelf but the store keeper didn't care. Said take it or leave it. Because it was after 10 I couldn't go anywhere but it is pure STEALING from public. Make sure to check prices.
Stopped to get extra large coffee and at checkout was charged $3.59. The price is about $2.59 to $2.89 for extra large at all the other 7-11 so feel price gouged. Other 7-11 offer a coffee machine 5hat makes fresh cup everytime but not here. Some old shi coffee. Won't waste money here again.
Nice evening turned into anger because of terrible employees. Bought a fountain drink. It was super flat and watery due to poor maintenance. Took it back to exchange for bottled soda. Employee was a total jerk about exchanging it, even though it was their fault for the empty CO2 tank.
I issually love this franchise, but this store it's so expensive.i always have to ask for receipt.its blasting loud opera music to scare away the homeless people who are always out front begging money.i just bought a 4 dollar large coffee and a five dollar warm boss of soda.
I have been here several times over the years we've been coming to San Diego for my husband's job. While they have gotten rid of the homeless who were begging around the store my experience today was the worst ever. The coffee was old and
I went to buy myself something. When I went to pay I said the coffee and muffin deal. He said ok. I asked him again and he said yes. When it was time to walk out he said I didn't pay for the muffin. When i told him twice. Bad experience
This 7/11 treats the community with utter disrespect. I watch how they mistreat customers, play horrendous loud music, and stop public service and federal workers from doing their due diligence. I actually watched them move a voter
Convince = 711.... Period. Reliable, fast and courteous customer service! Even open for your late night runs! (Ya ya works the night/overnight shifts and his customer service is 5 out of 5 stars! (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
Overall just a sad place , employees have no interest what so ever in even pretending they want to be there , store is dirty and overall the place reminds me of a broken flower pot
I live across the street and the owner blares Opra music all night blaring. When asked to turn down act like don't speak English. Rude!! Nasty!! Learn English this is America!!!!
Friendly staff, always cleaning or stocking items. Stopped in for last minute food for a pool party. Kids wanted pizza, it cooked fast and was pretty good.
good store. great people. if you dont see that, have you considered that the problem might be you. food for thought. i appreciate their service. …
I don't know how many times I've come here that is closed early. It's supposed to be 24/7 if you don't want to be 24/7. Update your hours
This location apparently closes at 12am and reopens daily at 5am. 05-21-21 Sign on the outside facing Napa street says Yes we are open.
Terrible experience at this store. The manager was very rude to me. I brought a refill of a soda to the counter and he barks out 4
Cashiers not properly trained and won't even try with app even if you show them what you're trying to buy or get promotional items.
Quick friendly service... Even walked out with a Double Gulp for free... They accept the mobile app with tons of freebies!!
They play opera music to keep the homeless people away from the front of the store. It was loud but smart.
Convenient location, friendly staff, seemingly clean, great selection, nacho toppings clean and organized
The clerk provided very helpful service in answer product questions and applying 7-Eleven app deals.
My experience at the store was terrible the management are terrible I will shop Elsewhere.
It's always closed. I went to get milk for my crying daughter and like always it's closed.
Very convenient from hotel. In and out. I too had a homeless ask me for money too.
The only thing that would make this visit better would be to win the lottery.
Amazing staff from Ethiopia. Just tell them ...oh sha sha manny …
The night shift dude always has it closed. . I wish I can give it no stars
There music speaker sounded horrible and loud. Employees a bit rude.
Everything was good, clean and fast and friendly service
Over charged, workers never smiles, look angry and rude.
Not open 24 hours. Regularly closes before midnight
say 24hours but they not open 24 hours
About as good as any other 7-Eleven.
