**Note: I too just saw reviews from over 6 months ago with the same issue about their close time. Since August and until around mid-November they were open 24/7. Not sure what their issue is but that was my last time giving them my time or money.**. I am a huge fan of 7-11. They are everywhere and convenient (or at least that is their motto). I’m always a regular patron at any 7-11 in my neighbourhood because I’m addicted to Spitz sunflower seeds. This is probably one of the first location that I don’t like and have driven across town to others over walking to this one. The management are not helpful and are often kind of rude. Tonight I walked up to the door at three minutes until 10 pm and the same man (manager/owner/whatever) was unlocking the door to let someone out and waved me away. The next closest location is on a sketchy street in Little Italy that I won’t walk to at night and all other shops roll up their entryways earlier than 10 pm (even before the pandemic). This is why Amazon and Uber Eats keeps making all the money.

As many others have pointed out over the last couple of months, the Google maps business hours of operation state that this location is open 24 hours. This is obviously not true and the canned responses from 711 " please go to bitly./ nonsense" are either falling in deaf ears or ? Who knows. The Google page says updated 8 weeks ago. That is a lie. Its not nice to lie to your customers. You waste their valuable time and resources for no discernable reason. Take 20 minutes out of your day, contact Google, and fix the problem. I'm 100% certain I'll also get a canned response from the owner asking me to provide further details to them at Billy. I think you have enough information to move on. Quit screwing over your potential customers and fix the problem already.

I just submitted an official change to google, editing hours from 6am-10pm; I'm surprised to see another reviews months ago with the same issue, but no change to the store. If the store does edit their review back to 24 hours, even though they're only open 6-10, I'll need to file a complaint and lower my review from 5 stars to 1 star.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AT THIS PLACE!! This is the closest 7-Eleven to my apartment, unfortunately. Prices at this location are inflated vs. other 7-Eleven's in the area - 30-50% more for many items. In addition, they have a recurring issue with items ringing up at significantly higher prices than displayed. Check your receipt!!

I purchased a 7Eleven American Sub and the turkey was flavorless the cheese was"not even the size of the bread. The turkey had very skinny white things sticking out of it. And if there"s a salami shortage you might not want to buy the Italian sub . Each sandwich is 5.99 and it's just more fat for your money.

This 7-Eleven is the best in town the employees are always friendly an extra helpful with everything Also the manager at the store is phenomenal he is always there making sure Hot food items are fresh coffee is fresh and store is clean I just love everything about this 7-11

Went to the one by America plaza first, that greedy store doesn't participate in the deals and promotions. So I took my business elsewhere to this store and got my 2 slices of pizza for $2.16, instead of $4.07 that the other one wanted to charge.

If your already not going be open your normal hours, you can at least open on time! Don't put 6am on the door if it's gonna be 6:30 or 6:45 by the time someone opens the store. Covid is over didn't you hear?! Hire more people and open the store!

They say they're open 24 hours but there's a big lock on the doors.... NO 7-Eleven it's open in downtown 24 hours they're all closed they need to change their hours of operation if they're not going to be open 24 hours kind of frustrating

cool. the only thing i do not like about the 7-11 on Rosecrans by Liberty Station is i have to go inside to use my card in order to get the rewards. why is that not working at the pump like every other store in the universe?

Walked into this 7-11 with my wife who got sick out on the street and asked to use the bathroom. My wife was clearly ill. We were declined. I offer the worker person 50 bucks to use the bathroom. I was declined.

Staff very helpful and friendly - especially Cecille and Arvin. Store clean. Counter service quick. They open a 2nd register whenever line grows. Best 7-11 in downtown area.

Arrived a few minutes before 10, employees had already locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in. What’s the point of having hours if you don’t adhere to them?

Arvin is great worker always very professional. Always keeps the store clean and protects his patrons. He introduces new and delicious products/food!

First class 7-11! The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are friendly and professional. I enjoy coming here!

Lied about opening at 6am. On top of that the machines are broken and then the atm machine doesnt work half the time. False advertising.
