whats there to say.... its 7-11. its slurpee haven. its actually nice that there's another one in Downtown Brooklyn; & this one is close to where i work for a end-of-shift slurpee. sometimes. the staff: welcoming & polite & very apologetic if you're not able to get what you need. at least the times i visited. it surprised me, i visited others & never had that experience. except the one in my neighborhood that, without warning, closed & replaced by a medical centre. i may not visit this locale quite as often as i did the neighborhood one, but when i do, i really look forward to it.

Either Tuesday or Wednesday mornings around 4am the store is closed or has a sign in the window saying (went to bathroom be right back) or it doesn’t have a sign in the window. I waited this morning 15 minutes and no one came to open the door this is extremely frustrating and this isn’t this 1st time it’s happened it’s probably the 5th time. How is this place 24 hours ? Today is Tuesday March 16 and yet the store is closed again at 4am myself and 3 other customers waited 10 minutes and the door this as closed this needs to stop

10/14/21 employees playfighting in the aisle, floors sticky, only one of three wearing a mask, the one was wearing it around neck. When asked if they're supposed to be wearing them AND correctly teen/young lady snidely said "I said no." I know it's just a convienance store, but come on. Work! Mop the floors, follow stor policies (sign on door says mask required), your getting paid for SOMETHING!

Soda machines, especially diet coke or diet Pepsi, are consistently not working. Last time I was there, the slurpee machine was down, too. Edit 7/10: Went in yesterday and the soda machine was completely down, not even any ice. I'm pretty sure this location is intentionally not fixing it and just forcing people to buy bottled sodas instead. Edit: 8/4: Still down. Edit 9/14: Still down.

The store is a great store located in heart of Brooklyn in the Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights area. The staff is very professional and know marketing and show great example to the 7-Eleven brand and mission statement. The store has a great wide selection of items and the staff are expectational. I recommend this store to anyone this place is just excellent.

The worst 7 eleven I ever been 02/22/2022. There were 2 workers, I asked to bring forks/spoons to the veggie station to get what I wanted. She brought it, but it was like a favor to me. The cashier was really slow, she was like giving me a favor as well. If they don’t work there, than just don’t work. Find good employees for this 7 eleven.

I use to work around this 711 they were always slow but super personable and customer engagement made up for the slowness. Today I went and had to leave without a purchase.. I asked the young lady a simple question repeatedly and she just ignored me. It is not OK I am spending my money that I work hard for.

The store it’s usually well supplied over night my only observation it’s the employee that works on a Tuesdays and Wednesdays closest the store and customers can’t get their breakfasts. 711 it’s a 24hour store but those days he locks the door and serves the customers from outside and with a nasty attitude.

I went in here to buy $8 worth of stuff I tried to sign up for the rewards program the person double charged me twice $16 I didn't care because she looked like she didn't know how to speak English but next time I would be informing the manager and maybe call the cops thanks God bless you …

The worst 7eleven i ever seen.. no coffe most time,,, the close the door multiple time a day without notice ..the worker could creat there own rules ( how come 7 eleven store have no coffe frome 11 am - 7am ) and the night before i came same time and this rules wasnt exist and tomorow new rules

Came every weekend nights for beers and the beer doors are always locked … and there’s always one employee who’s always busy with whatever or long lines and it take 5 mins for him to open the beer door for employees… they need more people for the overnight especially on weekends

Great standard 7-eleven. I would say limited Slurpee options though and the machine was not working properly when we were there. Very standard and nice staff, extremely clean for a 7-eleven too I do have to say. NYC definitely needs some more bigger locations, time to step up.

This place was actually pretty decent, everything was in order and everything was freshly made, at least the things I saw. The pizza and sodas are good priced and I see no problems about it. Just wished it was in a less militarized zone. I will be back here soon!

Advertised as “open 24 hours” yet the lights are all on and the doors are locked. Knocked on the door, no answer. Called the phone number listed for the location, no answer. Goes to a voicemail that sounds like a personal cell phone. Really annoying.

I agree with Valeria Shar, I went on the store after work 9/7/22 around 10:30pm, employee behind the counter made a racist comment. She also refused for no reason to do a transaction. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Can someone in the 7-eleven management team train the employees to operate the lottery machine? Each time I stop by, the machine is shut off because they haven’t been trained, thank you.
