The owners and or owner of this franchise is full of deception and deceit. He/She exhibits craft through malfieant practice in that ,I,being homeless,broke,and without recourse to defend myself (so it would seem) from this tyrant,was physically atacked by one of the employees while attempting to buy a slurpee and pizza. The supervisor called me and apologized, that's it. Braodspire, (Shawn Blackman),working for American insurance to resolve my claim as an adjuster , lied to the State of Oregon (Dept. of financial Regulation) on legal afidavides (commiting perjury and fraud ,both of which are felonies) altering my statement, to conceal their corruption and cancel out their crime against both myself and the citizens of this great state,Oregon. The 7/11 corperate office has since changed my name on their internal documents, my complaint with them about this crooked franchise on Grand Ave. They went so far as to even change my email address associated with the useless grievance (which is supposed to be federally mandated , to keep the courts from backing up) ,so that when I call for updates I am unable to access any information. I kept all of the coorispondance, and therefore evidence of their maleficence, theyer legal abuse of the poor. I do have recourse because God says in Holy Writ: "Don't destroy the weak in court because they are poor, for God will take up their case and exact life for life". I trust that these abusive people shall find Him a most formidable foe, good luck with that ,let me know how that works out for you guys. I'd be willing to bet everything that I hold dear that if you were to look at your financial records you would see a steady decline starting the day that you decided to deny me fair treatment as a fellow human being who shares this planet , Earth.

Went into this particular one with a $5 bill in my wallet. Usually went in for quick/inexpensive lunch of a .99 Big Gulp and 2 slices of pizza for $2.49 as advertised on the posters on the wall. Noticed the advertising was not on the walls anymore. Asked the clerk how much were slices of pizza, he replied $1.89 a slice or $2.49 for 2. Told him I'd take 2 please. He proceeded to spout off, "Oh, Mr. Moneybags here, a rich man, wants 2 pieces of pizza", loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. Paid for my items and as I was leaving, sad, "as a regular paying customer, I didn't appreciate your sarcasm,". He said, "Welcome to 7-11, and if you don't like it, go down the street to Jackson's". Fine a-hole, I will. Store is always dirty and understocked anyway. *Nov. 6th, parked my bicycle outside the front door, someone asked me for money, I said no, went in for 2 minutes, he obviously punctured my tire with a knife. Even though there is a mobile security tower in the parking lot, the homeless are allowed to harass the customers, sometimes aggressively.

The young punk (he really acts like a rude punk kid even when you're nice to him) male cashier who works, usually friday evenings can be really rude. He barely can speak english, and gets outrageously aggressively rude when you misunderstand his thick, very foreign accent by proving an incorrect response. Usually this 7-eleven is staffed by really friendly and helpful staff, but this guy (usually wearing gravity pants/hair shaved on the sides) has provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced in Portland ever.

I went in with a friend to buy him coffee before meeting with Deb Kafoury & an employee claiming to be the owner came up to my (houseless) friend demanding to see his money!! When I began filming & inturrupting this bigotry & illegal profiling the employee tried to steal my phone & began hitting me!!!He then tried to demand I stay inside the store till the police arrived! Thats kidnapping!! Attorneys notified & protests planned!! THIS IS DISGUSTING!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!

EDIT 6/2018 Store is under new management and service is much better. I was there this morning to buy something. Employee was not present so I went to the back to let him know I was ready to checkout. He completely ignored me. I said, one more time, "would you please check me out?" and he didn't even look up at me or acknowledge me in any way. I waited at the counter for a couple more minutes before putting down my item and leaving the store.

I walked in with a Neon Burst (alcoholic drink) and was accused of stealing by the cashier. I stayed calm & told him to check the cameras & assured him that I came in w/ the can. He refused, called the police on me, berated me, & demanded that I give him the beverage. Unbelievable. Then he refused to serve me AND my friend?? I consider myself banned from this location but there's no alternative location nearby so 7/11 is OUT OF MY LIFE

They will not redeem app rewareds here! One of thr employees got extremely rude when I asked why they wouldnt redeem my points. I have also been followed around the store to make sure I dont shop lift, despite spending hundreds of dollars here every month. Go to Jacksons down the street, better service and snack items. Ive been coming here despite horrible customer service because I like 7/11. Another customer lost, but they dont care

Come to find out 7-Eleven corporate office just changed my name and email address in the original complaint that I filed with them against this store there's no end to these people's malfeasance apparently they will go to any links to cover their corruption they're willing to commit felonies and have their insurance companies that work for them commit felonies falsifying their statements I will never go to 7-Eleven again

Hard to be 24hour location if the doors are locked. Just tried to stop in at around 5AM and grab a coffee but neither door would open. The employee even looked over as I was coming up to the door while he was stocking the coolers. I work in the area as well so I get it but it’s rather inconvenient to those who want and/or need to grab something there and they can’t get in.

Store was hard to navigate due to houseless person carrying bags and blocking isle and touching all pizzas in cold fridge. Also out of several fountain soda flavors which was disappointing.... cashier was distracted by others to finish our transaction so we had to wait longer for him to take care of others before finishing our checkout.

Went in for lunch today, store owner locked the doors on a customer coming up, also effectively locking in all of the customers inside the store as well. About half of the shelves are empty and the guy at the counter was fumbling with the machine pretty badly. This location need some serious reworking.

Don’t come here, Awful area, homeless always outside. Indian workers act dumb and you can’t understand them. They took my money from my card the. Pretends he didn’t take anything just because he has no control as an employee. This is an hour away too. Worst service too.

I walk in, I show the employees my rewards points and how I was about to use them, and then the transaction cannot go through. The employees seem confused, and no words get through because all of the workers here don't speak English. I'd like my rewards points back.

Seriously guys Jackson's and mcdonalds get the $5 - $7 a night ide spend on taquitos because you feel like cleaning the grill before we have our lunch a block away at 1230 am I mean im sure my $20 $30 isn't that important but maybe a change is in order ?

A job I was a working was close so I stopped in for a snack. I purchased a couple of items because of a rewards deal. The register here doesn't discount for rewards deals even though it is displayed on the shelf . Never stopping in this one again

I just realized that there has been ownership change recently at this 7-11. Just went to check the store and products. The store is clean and new staff are really friendly. I walked in and talk to new group. They are energetic and friendly!

Horrible customer service, sat in the parking lot for no more than 4 minutes checking my card to see how much money I had on it, when the person working came outside and yelled at me asking what I was doing. He was hella rude and impolite.

The staff here are troopers. They manage more riffraff than a post-apocalyptic frat house. Give these heroes a raise! Also, get more blueberry parfaits while you’re at it. They’re always sold out.

Some of the worst customer service, drink selection was inadequate by far and when I did decide on a fountain drink they didn't have the lids to match the cups so I walk away empty

Don't eat the chicken. That shift got me sick, and I broke out into hives for 3 days afterwards. They also leave spoiled item like milk on self for people to buy. Disgusting

Very poor place to go and get a quick bite. They also don't carry nachos, chili sauce for their hot food and nachos as well as nacho cheese.

The family running this 7-Eleven are almost always great. One guy is grumpy working graveyard, but that's understandable for this location.

Staff are so friendly, and they keep store very clean. I am always happy from their service. we need more 7-Eleven like this location.

Black woman cashier was harassing me claiming that I stole canned food I brought in to heat up in my own bowl. Poor customer service.
