Stole my money. Paid $10 in gas got $5 in gas. I told the Gas attendant that I wanted $10 in gas. He told me I needed to go pay inside. I paid with a $20 bill and got $10 back. When he finished pumping my gas he asked if $5 was all I wanted since I told him $10 earlier. I tell him I needed $10. He tells me that I need to go talk to the lady in the store. I talk to her. She looks at receipt that's on her cash register(the receipt she never gave to me) and tells me it's fixed. I get out to car. Tell the attendant that she fixed it. He pauses oddly and then tells me that it went through. My fuel gauge goes up very slightly. I drive home which is about 15 miles and drive back to work..another 15 miles. I am below empty again. I get off of work and car wont start. I try about 4-5 times and finally it starts. I drive about 2 miles to a gas station and get $5 in gas. My fuel gauge goes up right about to where it did the day before I thought I got $10 in gas. $10 in gas will get me to and from work for 3 days and random trips to the grocery store. The first time I went to this 7-Eleven I did not get the 2 Rockstar energy drink deal that you normally get. Same cashier lady. I've been to this 7-Eleven 3 times in the last 6 months and they have stolen my money twice. I will never go back to this 7-Eleven. $5 may not sound like much but I work till I almost can't due to various pains and I am supporting my family. I have medical bills piling up and my rent is raising $250 dollars next month.

I went to this location to fill up my truck. The gas attendant was very rude when taking my card and then proceeded to fill my tank with basic unleaded before I had a chance to tell her what grade of gasoline I wanted. The pump did not stop and overflowed. There was a ton of gasoline everywhere. I had to get out and remove the nozzle from my truck and put it back onto the pump. I pressed the "call for help" button many times and got nothing. I proceeded to clean my truck off with paper towels. Then I yelled at her from across the station that there was a huge spill. She came over to me with tons of attitude and says "why was I called over here?" I said "it spilled everywhere, a lot." She didn't say one more word to me. All she did was grab my receipt and hand it to me while I was cleaning the spilling gasoline from my truck then walked away. Extremely inconsiderate and poor customer service! Also, I would like to point out that she didn't act as if she had any intention on cleaning the spill up. I am not 100% but I am pretty certain that it is the law to clean up a gasoline spill. Her attitude to began with was not good and I over looked that. I don't even care that I had to pay for the gasoline caused by the pump malfunction. I don't appreciate how she treated me after the spill occurred.

Being the only store within walking distance of our hotel I decided to go to this 7-11 despite the reviews I read. I actually found this location to be very pleasant, very clean, well stocked, and the staff was fantastic. I found out after asking a few questions that the store has recently changed management and has been turned around. I was a bit frustrated that I could only fill up at the pump without having to go inside and pay but the gas attendant explained the pumps limtiations and unless monitored would over charge me, with 12 pumps and 2 attendants it wasnt possible to watch my pump and still attend to other customers. I understood, upon going inside I was greeted by a very nice girl behind the counter, the store appeared clean and had many items without seeming cluttered. I was especially impressed by the soda and water cooler and how well stocked and clean it was. Clearly this store is being ran by people who care and employees clearly love their store as well, Bravo team, I will return when in Portland next time.

Unbelievably riddled with under trained and unprofessional employees .. the manager is obviously not doing his job right I'm sure his employees are stupid and slow because he hired them and or the good ones that are no longer there were so over worked and underpaid they would rather go against all they are and know and get fired for something for something as petty as to steal.... I don't blame them... if your gonna be a complete idiot and treat everyone like they are and have them do your grunt work so you look good on top of having no effing idea on how to properly hire an employee who is qualified.. for a gas attendant!? Are you serious.. you deserve to have your store stolen from and ran by morons cause ya get what ya give idiot.. ugh.. the few awesome employees that this store had are no longer there... pointless to go unless absolutely necessary even then... ugh no thank you.. Boycotting this 711 definitely a headache from the start.

Last night at around 8:10pm, I went in to get some hot taquitos. I looked around to see if I wanted anything else and then went to get some. Looked around for gloves and there were none or I thought I didn't see them. I asked Shia (short, dark hair lady working) if there was any more gloves and she told me "there's tongs". I told her I didn't want to use the tongs without gloves and asked if she would get me a couple. She said "it's self served". I pointed to the sticker on the covering saying "but this says you would if I asked". She rolled her eyes at me and started. Raiser her voice and said something while she was walking away. I don't understand the hostility, but regardless of her attitude that goes against health code violation and covid protocol with having no gloves and insisting customers use tongs without them. Very poor. Already contacted corporate.

The cashier charges more than the written prices on the slurpees/icees. On the sign it says $1.49 for a large, the first time we went they charged us exactly that, and all flavors were there and the machiens were working. We went again a week later, got charged $1.69 for the same large, and two of the flavors in the machines were not working out of the 6. Then again, one week later (two weeks after the first time) we were yet again charged even more, this time, $1.79 for the large icee/slurpee. Please charge consistently and stick with your written prices, not increasing them every single time we show up. Please also fix your machines that have the flavors, today, our third time here, out of the 6 flavors, 3 were not working.

Seriously what is happening with this place? The poor guy they have pumping gas probably should not be working here, he is moving so slowly and appears to be in a lot of pain. I heard him telling someone to pump their own gas because he was moving so slow, which is illegal! Why can't they get someone out here to help him? I've lived in Oregon for 10 years and I have never had to wait so long to get my gas pumped. I do not understand how they stay in business. PS I just went here again for the first time in two years and it's still slow as molasses! People were pumping their own gas, again - that is illegal in the state, and the people working there did not seem to care a bit!

Second time this week that I have had to pump my own gas. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather pump my own; but to see several cars all doing the same, while others were leaving as a result — is not only illegal (for the gas station to allow), but it’s unprofessional and all-around, bad business. By the way, it wasn’t that I had to simply wait a long time for service; I actually had overheard two different (would-be) customers say mention that there is no service attendant working tonight, as they were departing the store (apparently, in search of a reason as to why no one was helping them). What a sh*tshow.

Not a huge fan of this plaza area and gas station overall. Feels very run down large amount of debris behind it, appears to be several small homeless encampments a great deal of trash debris carts and other items strewn about the entire area a bit unpleasant to view a bit uncomfortable to walk around and through depending on whether or not it has been cleaned up. Could stand to do with a bit of security and more lighting preferably large halogen style lights that would clearly eliminate the entirety of the building. You would make it more comfortable late at night or during the evenings in the Winter.

As a former employee of this place I can tell you that you dont want to go to this location. The manager and the owner DONT CARE about there customers or there employee's. I'm not saying this because I was fired. Im saying this because I have herd what they say about customers when they go in and make a complant about something and the trash they talk about them to. I'm the one that Bethany was talking about be so slow and in pain. I was still doing my job the best I could but sence they dont care about there employee's they dont care if they can work or not.

This store is a joke. My brother works at Home Depot next door and we stopped in for gas at 3am, only signs posted were “FULL SERVICE” and we waited 5 min for someone to come out, there were two guy employees inside with absolutely no customers around. My brother went inside, and asked for someone to help with gas and the guy behind the counter just said, “Pump it yourself.” They were just standing around eating chips. I ended up just leaving and went elsewhere. The service was terrible and this store doesn’t deserve my money.

I love this place! People inside are always nice, hot counter is always hella good, and they Cary mu favorite flavor energy drink and soda for when I need snacks! Been coming here for like 4 months and always see the same employees so I guess it's worth staying! Tbf there is one gas attendant who is a little unatentive but she probably doesn't get paid enough to rush around always so oh well. The awesome staff I've seen so far probably don't get paid enough to deal with the 1 star reviewers I've read through tbh.

We are from Idaho, and were confused about the gas pumping rule. I thought the law changed, but I was wrong. There was a small, Kevin Hart looking man who saw me pumping my gas. He physically removed my hand from the pump, said "your done", and wouldn't even finish filling up my tank. He wore no clothing that showed he works there. I'm sorry he hates his miserable life, but that was horrible customer service. God I hate Portland.

Slowest service ever when trying to get gas. The attendant do their best to ignore you. Even if you get there first they wait on people who are closer to them. I had to wait for 10 minutes before the guy came to dispense my gas. This was the only gas station I could find close to the airport otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else. Try to get gas before getting to this area or you might be late for your flight.

I filled gas here on Aug 27, 2016. The skinny guy with beard didn't look friendly to me (an Asian who was visiting US and rented a car). When I got the exact receipt from the store and got back in the car, I found the gas door cover was still open, I had to get off and push it back. I still give 3 stars rather than 1 star because he at least tightened the gas cap, as I checked.

Horrible! The manager Moon? And his employee Lily?. were horrible! They delivered horrible customer service. The manager snatched my money/card-keeping it from me, because I explained another employee refused to help with a transaction due to her lack of knowledge. She insisted the machine was down.. but in reality she just didn’t know how to operate it! I will not be back!!!

This 7-Eleven saved us during the Blizzard that the Winter Storm Piper blew into Portland! When all the hotels were full, this 7-Eleven supplied us with gas and food and a safe parking lot to spend the night in. The one employee on duty that night worked tirelessly all night to keep the store running single handedly. Thank you for helping us through such a crazy time!

They mush have changed managers. They used to have great service and people that smiled, were polite, got extra people to help when busy. Not anymore. Last several times the store was busy. One guy not in any uniform just talking to another employee, not helping, in office. The cashier blunt, not smiling, could care less. Too bad, I used to really like this location.

Employees fail to wear a mask if no customers are inside, but will go off on you, to the point of cursing if you do no wear one. I don’t care what spectrum of covid sheep you are. Tonight while driving home I needed gas in Portland and this has been the one I go to when passing Portland close to home. They told me that it is self service. Is this true??? There was four people outside smoking and I had to get out of my car to have to go ask?? No acknowledge at all!! Never coming here again aside from it being too trashy.

I'm new to the area but I'm pretty sure it is the law in Oregon that attendants must pump your gas? Nearly 5pm on a weekday and no attendants in sight. Watched an employee take their sweet time smoking a cig outside the store and fail to acknowledge at least three cars at pumps waiting for assistance, which doesn't seem like a great look.

Sick looking employee was coughing and not wearing mask. Asked gas attendant to fill up 8 gallons. He responded he didn’t know how much 8 gallons was and he could only do fill ups. Maybe stop the pump when it says 8 gallons?! Do you not know the number 8? My expectations for fuel attendants in Oregon aren’t high, but this is a new low.

Make sure the cashier counts your cash in front of you. Handed 16 bucks and get to pump and only got 11. Go inside and confront cashier only to have her mutter something in Spanish and told me I'm lying. When your tight on funds 5 bucks counts. I'd drive down the road further to the next station then deal with anyone from here again.

I was their to get gas to make it to work. A older took my card and gave it back, I asked for the receipt, but I guess I did nor the right one, because I got charge a flat 50.00 for a fI'll when my car is a 13 to 14 gallon tank. I got rip off. I am going to find it through my bank. I will not go there. Very run down and dirty.

Absolutely love this 7-Eleven when you walk into this one it's like you're in a different world. Everybody all of the employees are absolutely wonderful and pleasant even the owners that's hard to find these days. For some unknown reason, most gas stations have staff to help you with fueling. They don't expect tips, but they also don't want you to fuel your own vehicle. This location is near several airport rental car services. As a result, the only gas station attendant is very busy fueling all the cars, resulting in long delays.

The pumps are broken. It showed I pumped 10 gallons of the pump but it didn't pump anything. I drive to the next has station just to make sure my gauge is not broken and I filled the car 15 more gallons on a 18 gallon capacity. It pumped nothing who knows for much is even going into your car at this pump!!

I come in daily and love the cashier Maria.. she is fast paced, helpful. And I’ve seen her disfuse grumpy customers by being personable. I must say I’m disappointed when she’s not there because I look forward to her happy disposition!! People go back to businesses that treat you right! So thank you Maria!

Look elsewhere. Pumps are super slow. Pump buttons also kept canceling my transaction when it asked me to press the "pay outside with credit" button, which BTW is located in a weird spot. Gas prices were also high compared to other local stations but I was in a hurry (ironic huh)?

They are never open, almost ever morning I try and stop to get coffee around 5 am and end up either having to go somewhere else or having to wait to get to work! Very undependable! Just show up Monday thru Friday a little before 5 and they be closed. Do the work. It's your store!

They have been pretty empty lately on drunk cups/hot case food and honestly really everything in the store seems to be to a bar minimum. I've almost lost all hope in even stopping to get snacks here because the shelves/drink/hot case is empty. But gas is cheap so there's a win

Not sure how the day time service is, but I am a Lyft driver so gas is essential to my job. I came here for a fill up around 3:45am and have been told to wait now 15 mins. I'm from Montana and its frustrating having to wait so damn long for gas just so I can continue work.

Great service at the pump. The gent that filled the car was attentive and friendly. He was hustling around the pumps to other cars and did what you would expect. Store was well lit and stocked with the usual drinks, sundries and foods that you have become accustomed to.

The only thing you can count on when it comes to getting gas is a bad experience. The two older people will just stand around staring into space or hook up, only to make you wait a half hour to be unhooked when you only put 5 dollars in. Get better gas attendants

I'm a disabled vet even though I have to use devices to get around they prepay inside so if disabled or support vets there are better places to go that support vets or people with disabilities I wont be going back

Any gas station that requires you to go inside to pay with a card is not a place you should shop at. Either they don't invest in their operation or they are just trying to make you buy stuff by going inside
