I shop at this location quite often but this time 09/02/2017 I was quite unimpressed and very upset about financial situation that occurred an item 711 brand pop small ones are selling for a $1.29 here with tax comes to a $1.50 but due to an education of their own store changes in pricing by the manager twice on two separate occasions (Friday - 09/01/2017) & (Saturday - 09/02/2017) A representative at the cash register charged me $2 for a 7-Eleven brand pop small one and both times they had to run my purchases through I had to argue that the items where in fact on sale and they where in fact for a $1.29 which in turn had taken up quite a longer time than I expected to be in the store shopping and making purchases due to this I was late to return to work but not only that the second thing that made me extremely upset was there new deal the pick 3 mix and match deals items a corn dog a big bite or tupido for the price of $5 when I shopped at the 7-Eleven and Forest Lawn they let me choose as the sign says three items mix and match so in Forest Lawn I picked two corn dogs and one big bite they were more than happy to comply and sell me the items I've asked for but for some reason at this location they refused service to me as they said that the mix and match means you get one of each item but that is crazy as it also says mix and match two items for $4 so does that mean they got to choose which items I mix and match do you see my problem here now there is a big gap in training and a need for it at this location the staff are under trained and extremely under qualified for the position of cashier they have zero customer service and are very unfriendly and very unwilling to help I am very displeased with my service I received here and if it was not for the 7-Eleven being the only 7-Eleven in close proximity to where I live I promise you I no longer shop at this location thank you for your time to read this I hope it reaches someone and has an impact as the customer is the success of any Commercial Business Like This and with a service I received and no doubt others have received there is no question why the revenue has been lacking at this current 7-Eleven again thank you for taking the time to read have a great day.

I have purchased $2000 worth of giftcards at this store but unfortunately it was through a scam. The store manager (Gagan) had advised incomm was able to retrieve $600 back. Was told week after weeks then became 2 months that I would receive this amount refunded back to me and of my own choosing. Last week was the last my patience have ended, advised me that it will be done by the end of the week to get my money since 7-11 have received it back. I called at the end of week since he always says I will call you but never ever did from the beggining. Anyways he now told me that the head office has my money and that he and the store was no longer in the picture. For being a victim of a fraud and a loyal customer to your brand, you would think you will have priority. My last option is to go to consumer affairs to get this resolved but also recommend to people to look and provide business somewhere else.

I went in to use the washroom and it was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at any 711. There was piss all over the floor. Toilet paper all over the floor. The white sink was black and it smelt putrid. When I brought it to the two clerks who were working attention the response I got was we clean it on Thursday’s and it’s only Monday I was horrified to say the least to think that they serve food there and they clean things once a week. If I was the owner or manager here I would have a serious issue with that. I wonder what the health department thinks Terrible experience to say the least and I’m absolutely disgusted with the laziness of the clerks who worked there and am seriously questioning the owner/managers sanity to think that its okay to clean a public washroom once a week and serve food in the same establishment. EWWWWWWWW ABSOLUTELY NASTY!!!!!

Unless I know what I want and that I can definitely get it, this store is a waste of time to go to. Their reheated "fresh" menu makes you feel guilty for even consuming any of it, so I struggle to justify satiating my hunger by eating their selection. And even if you did want to, you might find the selection either small, over-priced, or borderline non-existent, or even all of the above. I don't know what happened to their pizzas, either, because they're garbage that even magpies won't eat when litterers dump the stuff on the sidewalk (see that all the time in this area...) Seems like Couche-Tard (formerly Mac's) is getting the upper hand. Which one is more ghetto now? Why, it's 7-11! This store ain't got no class. And why the hell would you buy their fried chicken, when you can induce a heart-attack for a lower price at KFC? Not that you should go there, mind you...

I walked in today on my lunch break to grab a slurpee. In my work clothes that state very obviously where I work in the area. I had my hand in my pocket and some random guy wearing a shirt that says "staff" accused me of stealing in a very confrontational way. Buddy obviously works for the location as he was standing up at the till with one of the workers. But when asking if he actually worked there no one would give a straight answer, including employees in 711 uniforms. Buddy tried to stare me down the entire time I was there (less than 5 minutes), which honestly gave me a good laugh. What isn't funny, is how the people at this location don't feel like they have to respect their customers. Do better 711.

I was supper hungry and ordered a combo of 8 wedges and 8 chicken stripes. Happened just 30-40 min ago. Once I came home and open the pack. There was 6 stripes! (he should have told me he ran out!). Wadges and stripes hard like rock (looks like they were there on heating tray for whole day and now its supper dry and hard!! Bro, if you don't have enough stock tell us, don't have proper quality tell us before pack. If I am not looking while you are packing my food means I have trust! Don't break it just for couples of bucks! I will never ever go there to buy food specially unless this is the only food store remain in Calgary! Respect someone's trust bro. Its frustrating!

I live near this store. I can understand when people ask my ID when I buying a cigarettes. It's thier job. But not every 10 hours. If your employee can't remember can't remember ONE Face that he See EVERY 4-5 HOURS IN 1 DAY, maybe you need to change him?!? Sedation happened at 6:25 p.m. I'm 30 years old, why that man asking for my ID 2 times in 1 day?!?!? Also I asked her to give me a book to make a feedback, and he lied to me and said he don't have it. Instead, he gave me the store's number and told me to call them. I call, he picks up the phone. If he can't remember one face and if he lying to customers, fire him.

What's with all the 1 and 2 star reviews, it's a 7-11 for crying out loud. Sure someone was standing in the window so drunk she couldn't stand. Sure there was a homeless fellow filling up his water bottle at the sink. Sure the taquito tasted like it had been there awhile. Sure the floor was dirty and a mop head was just laying there under the soda machine. But they had a Hagan Das ice cream bar for my wife and she left happy.

11/30/17 @ 11:30 and only one poor employee to run the place by herself. It is hard enough for those employees now that they are required to be short order chefs on top of sales and the gas bar. Management really needs to work on having more than one employee at all times. I watched a customer just walk out with merchandise without paying. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Shame on you 7-Eleven.

If I could give no stars I would, this place is horrible I had to use the bathroom. I went in to the washroom and they had BLACKLIGHTS in the bathroom how are you supposed to see what’s in the bathroom with black lights I had to pee with my phone light. How is a mother with a child supposed to change her baby in that bathroom. I was so upset, I left my slurpees on the counter, and went to another 7-11 very disappointed

theres a guy with turban i order $4 pizza and drink snd he said he doesnt know the $4 snack pizza with a drink and then i told him its there on your window you dont know and then he said we dont serve it at night i told him i bought it last time if he doesnt want to sell it he should remove the picture on the window this is so upsetting he make a lot of excuses if he could easily say NO

I visited a 7/11 after like 7 years and i dont really feel as if i missed anything. It has a weird smell right as you enter. I ordered a corn dog and threw it away after one bite as it tasted so bad. The location is convenient i guess if you are looking for a 7/11 but the food is not very clean and the drinks that are usually $1 elsewhere is $3 here , would not recommend it.

  • Jolenne (Jojo)

The bathrooms was disgusting! After getting coffee I went to the bathroom and I almost walked right out. I have never seen a bathroom so bad. I work at 7-11 and know that it needs to be checked EVERY shift. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned for the last while. I even took pictures. That was disgusting!

Fill up gas Sunday night around 10pm I pay inside ask for car wash they told me car wash close u can use tomorrow after i try to fill up gas they didn’t authorize me three people working inside when I go back then they open I used car wash same day after fill up gas very bad customer service

  • Rob B

Have been coming here daily since I started working down the street. Staff has been great, but for the last 3 weeks the soda machines have been dispensing “hot” soda and no ice available. Been told it should be fixed in 2 days for the last week and a half. Fix your machines ASAP.

  • ips hj

Very bad experience they don’t care about their regular customer they insulted to their customer. One more important thing they follow rules but they didn’t ask about your I’d before buying cigarettes. Staff is not good special one girl I don’t know her name but she is very rude

  • Ed David

Probably one of the worst 7-11s in the city of Calgary. They are rude and I expect that around here. Learn how to do your job. You do it all day, every day. The service industry in Calgary, specifically the North East has gone to absolute S**T.

  • Christina

This is the second time I have gone to this 7-Eleven and every time I get a hot dog they have no pickles. Plus I was there this afternoon and the cashier was on his phone for a few seconds instead of serving me.

  • Æɓðùĺ Ƙĥæĺìĺ

If I can give no star, I will do that. Bought some stuff, and the price was so expensive, even there were some deals like 2 kit Kat for 6$ he put 4.5$ for each. Will never go there again.

  • Siddh Patel

I filled the gas in my car and went inside to pay and when i asked them is washroom open. Employee said that it’s not working but i saw employee coming out from washroom.

  • That_shadow 69

What I went for, a chilli dog with cheese. Simple. What I got was the most depressing hotdog I've ever had, chilli and cheese machine both broken, condiments frozen.

  • Nikki W

Great customer experience!! Management and staff no complaints, works great towards keeping the store clean , but I guess due to the area it’s getting bad reviews.

  • Mike Chartrand

Diappointed . I required air at their air compressor for my bike , the compressor took my money ,didn't give me air . The staff said she couldn't refund me . Ugh.

  • Gurmeet Singh

I visited there on Friday evening and one of the worker is very good i like the way how he ask for food and other deals totally professional …

  • Ronz TV

Craving for 1/4 BigBite hotdogs but they only have 1 that looks been there awhile. That will definitely taste salty. I will pass now …

  • Alexander

One person on the till is absurd at lunch time!!! Not to mention there slow and annoyed when helping. This place needs some managment.

  • R

Most often the gas pumps are out of recipient paper. Forcing you to go inside to get a recipient, it's annoying and poorly managed

  • Brittney Teya

I agree with Karen. Three dollars for a small is crazy. I just want to know why she needed to pay that much.

  • Patrisha Bergeron

Nasty dirty 7/11 Stop to pick up some refreshnents. Everything in the store was dirty, sticky and it stunk.

  • Greywoode

Deliberately mislabel their gas on google as less than what it is, clear act of false advertising

  • Jay Cali

The gas prices are mentioned as 1.39 in Google Maps, but when you get there it's actually 1.48.

  • John Bright

pretty good 711 outside of lunch hour, when the checkout line is 30 people deep frequently.
