I am a late night shift worker, as such 7-Eleven is a staple for me, I frequent many locations depending what part of town I am working in. This location was extremely disappointing. I went there Sunday morning around 2am, what I would consider to be late Saturday night. They had all of there hot boxes turned off and 0 food available except an entire pizza cooked to order. There employee never greeted me when I came in, and seemed to be ignoring me on purpose, when I finally got his attention to ask if they had food he said 7-eleven does not do night time food, I corrected him and said actually they do, and they are always supposed to have some hot dogs etc ready at all times. I also questioned why on a Saturday night, thier busiest night they would have no food. He told me it was not his problem and they stop making food around 8pm, and if I was not going to buy anything I should just leave. This has to be the worst location in the city, and gives the 7-Eleven brand a horrible name. As a life long 7-Eleven customer I had to go to Circle K to get my food and will start going there from now on if this is your new standards.
Those girls, specially that thin long haired lady doesn't know customer service. While a customer was buying some stuff, this girl just kept talking to another staff. Poor customer kept repeating what she wants to buy and still ended up not getting everything because this "b" did not punched what the customer were trying to purchase. When I asked her to focus on her customer, she rolled her eyes at me like she was trying to find some brain back there. On a different occassion, same lady refused to lend a pen to a customer who is trying to have his lotto check, the guy just want to sign his lotto ticket, even told the guy that he should know better. This person have no idea what customer service is and have no manners at all. They should realize that the people around the community are the one giving business to them. My husband do not even go to this place or buy gas from this location as he also got annoyed with the same lady. Horrible customer service!

But last evening due to shortage of time I stopped by and this was the first time the customer service was outstanding." “I was so pleased with the service I received from Ms. Vandana. She went above and beyond to help me find certain items which I was looking for my kids.” “I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from her and the way she helped ring the items so fast as I was in a rush. Please convey my thanks to her. She definitely needs a raise!! I would request you to hire employees like her who are an asset to a business(as I also own a business so I know) who go way and beyond to help customers like me
I brought an issue to the store the manager and he was very rude and very disrespectful. Sharing what happen I bought lotto tickets from there and the store worker on two occasions scan the same tickets twice please people check you number and ask for your tickets back.Once I can see a mistake but twice now. I brought this up to the manager he scan the ripped ticket and tossed it back and said it wasn't a winner anyways and walk away. I ask for his name and he wouldn't respond back.He went to the back room the employee looked embarrass I felt bad for her to work with such a rude manager. Never buy tickets ever again from there. I been going to this location for years never experience this poor service.
I was supposing to give zero star to the staff of this location. Honestly the staff working there don't even know how to satisfy their customer. Today on june 4(sunday) at around 4 pm i visited there and the girl working there she weared specks i don't know her name but the way she was behaving i can say she has 0 customer service experience. Even i'm also working at 7-eleven but we were teached properly how to make customer satisfied. Even i read this location reviews today most of them are negative so i can say majority of the customer are having problem with the staff behaviour. Never want to visit there again even this one is close to my house but now i'll prefer to go far rather than this store!
For the entire month of December I’ve been going into this location regularly to check if they have their peppermint mocha. For the whole month they’ve had the sign up but the labels never had the option for it, no one could tell me when they’d get it in stock. So today I happen to go in and FINALLY I see the label for PEPPERMINT MOCHA, I immediately fill up and make my way out. Come to find when I get home it WAS NOT a peppermint mocha, unfortunately it was a hot chocolate. Regularly I’d be okay with this but the fact that they updated their labels and it didn’t reflect what was ACTUALLY in the machine is ridiculous. This location is actually useless.
I go this store very much 5 days a week mostly Early morning and services is very good including manager is friendly ,but today I just went at afternoon because of holiday and cashier working In counter her name is AQSA so so rude, showing her attitude and surely she is not deserve to work in customer service and she doesn't realize that customer pay her wages . one employee can spoil the whole reputation of 7-eleven within a overnight.now I feel so sad I feel like now onwards I will not go that store because of AQSA's attitude and action. Or she must be trained for customers service .hope manager will do needful.thank you.
Just an update be very careful when buying stuff from this store. As it looks like the management is going to the dollar store and picking up items to sell at the store. This is not the first time it’s happened as they have done it a few times in the past. This store is getting ridiculous not only are they closing at night now and saying that their system is down and this is probably the fourth or fifth time that this has happened but you can never understand most of the employees or they’re too busy talking amongst each other and you can’t speak to the management because he just says that his staff is always right
No name tag on uniform of employee. The girl was so rude. By mistake I gave Wednesday lotto ticket and she tear it as soon as after scanning. Didn't say sorry for mistake. Just tape that and handover to me. And switch on another customer where I was waiting for another lotto tickets and coffee. It's so rude behavior. I feel bad I was standing there and she was serving other customer. I hope she will face same thing one day when she go for shopping somewhere then only she realize how it feels. Store wasn't busy that afternoon time Sunday 12.40pm may 16 2021. Only 2 customers were in queue.
poor customer service. 2 days ago I was there to put gas, all of the pump weren’t working at that time. I tried 3 different pump, card was approved after that screen freezes errors. I informed the lady working inside, she said money automatically return to my account but I didn’t get it. Today, I call them a guy shouted on me saying he doesn’t have time to talk regarding this because that’s petro-Canada’s fault not ours. The people who working here are very irresponsible and rude. I’ll never come back on this store and they need to learn about customer service.
Some people comments are funny lmao. Y’all really expect 1st class service at 7/11 its a convenience store not a 5 star restaurant. you can’t compare prices from another store to this store...... go shop where the cheaper prices are duh. And the floor might be dirty because of your dirty ass or you Little dirty kids pick up after your selfs you ungrateful disgrace people. Hi 7 eleven or his owner, For this location in martindale i just want to say something about this location . Usually i get an off from work near by 2 am and i was coming back from work. Everyday this gas station is closed for sanitizing and they guys are doing nothing inside and gossiping with each other and everytime the people are standing outside in cold . I know if the gas staion is opened for 24/7 so that means its opened for 24/7 they have no right close it . And thats how they will loose customers in future.
They banned a nearby school crossing park from entering their store because of what they did. They thought kids were stealing so each of the staff ILLEGALLY touched the kids down and HARASSED the students as well. Save your money and your gas and go to a better seven eleven because the condition this store is in is disgusting. I'm not trying to make them lose customers but just to tell you what to expect when coming into their store. BE CAREFUL THEY MIGHT PAT YOU DOWN IF ANYTHING "SUSPICIOUS"
Everytime I get gas here, it lasts less than half the mileage as when I get gas at superstore. It's so watered down it takes 3 bars of gas to drive from this location to Blackfoot Farmers Market and back in a Civic, which is very good on gas as long as I don't gas up here. It's been like this for about a year now. I only go here every now and then because I forget it's like this and kick myself afterwards. The people are really great tho. I love getting slurpees there!
I have been in this 7-11 many many time and it’s always the same. I spoke to the manager and obviously they don’t care cause it hasn’t stopped. The cashiers are rude always talking amongst themselves with customers at the counter. There is never any interaction with the customer. I work in customer service and I do know how important interaction with your customers are. I won’t be back. Circle k seems to be a better place to go. Much better customer service.
Stores honestly trash, there's a girl there who calls herself the assistant manager, and will try her best to harrass you everyday... The store is honestly a joke and no one should even attempt to go inside because even all of their food items are hard as a rock, they also deny rewards so if you've spent racks on their app, they will deny you and tell you they won't do it... Oh and they sell Dollarama 2$ bubbles for $5.99...
I live nearby and constantly buy food at 7/11 at least 5 times a week. Pathetic rude Indian lady was judging my appearance and referred to me as a homeless person behind my back. Please train your employees better. Some of them are overpaid and unqualified for this job. I will never visit this store again or even buy gas from this place.

Rudest staff imaginable. The 50 yr old Asian man (don't know his name) is the most sinister, shameful, patronizing human being I've ever had to deal with in retail. Good to know when another customer starts causing trouble with you in the line, he'll allow it and shame you for speaking up for yourself, depending what you look like.

Saad the sales associate working at this location was very rude. He abused me. They are not following polices and procedures. I suggest everyone not to go at this location. He even don’t know the value of customer. He bark at me. I want higher management to remove this person as he lowers the standard of 7 11.
Every night there is a new excuse now what kind of system update tells that it will be updated at exactly at 3:10 i have also worked at convenience store and there is no such thing of system update. If you don’t wanna do business just give the ownership to others there are many deserving people in the queue!!
So back in November I went to a 7 eleven in falcon ridge to buy a gift card but the exact day I go to buy it, it becomes permanently closed. So in April when I found out there was one near my house I walk all the way there only to find out that the gift card verification machine wasn't working :/

The worst customer service by girl Sandeep @ 6:30pm today Sep 21,2020. We live beside this 7-eleven, so we always put gas from here and always buy necessary stuff.. but due to her attitude and extra-ordinary service, we think we'll have to look for another store nearby.
I usually go here for gas, and bus passes since it's the closest to my house. They run out of bus passes here quick after 3-4 days at the beginning of the month. It's happened about 4 times in the past . Had to go to Mac's or another convenience store for bus passes.

Service is horrible. The cashier love to walk away while there are 5-10 customers inline. To sweep or stock shelves. While everyone in line waits. Terrible. I drive a extra 2 km to avoid this place and I live right beside it
Sometimes you can have the time of your life there but some times the slurpy is watery, the ground is sticky and the cashiers are looking at you as if you stole. You have 50/50 chance of get a good experience or bad.
I called multiple times to ask if the food the store made was halal. Every single time, they didn’t even answer just hung up. They could have said no or I don’t know, that would have been enough. Terrible service
Nice place buy nachos from here, used to eat pizza from here but now they don't have the best quality it used to be so good in 2018 but the changed something. Somedays can be dirty due to traffick of kids.
