Having Action K-9 Security there providing security for that train station has made it A little safer. The k-9 units have kept folks from jumping the turnstiles to avoid paying their fares and especially have reduced the violence at the train station as well. When violence does break out at the station it's usually because k-9 security isn't there. CTA needs to increase Action K-9 Security at all southside train stations. ‍♂️

There was a platform, & a train coming, oh yeah and I also bought a pack of cigs/gummy worms for only $8 & I saw no one pissing or walking on the electricity strip! Definetly 5 stars! GO CTA!!!

I feel bad for you if you have to take the Red line to work! Your odds of being robbed or stabbed have just went up if you take this train at night. Crews of teen wander between the trains while moving and surround you while snatching your cell phone. DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE ON TRAIN!

Buses always running fast on 79th Street going eastbound & westbound on weekdays but on weekend & holidays there slow all doing the day. It's a good route to travel to work.

It needs to be cleaner at least clean it twice a week. People pee in the elevator its just a mess.

Very dangerous at any time of day. Train goes through some bad neighborhoods.

THE EL STATION WAS DECENT, SECURE AND SAFE. THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL.

Was cool it's dirty like the train...especially in the black community

Transportation to and from is quick.
