Not very Trust Worthy! I Called in 2021 asking about their new patient promotion. Was assure by Rana that we will get the electric toothbrushes after our appointment. Went to appointment in December, no toothbrush and was told she need to get some clarification from the manager and call me back. She called back said I will get my toothbrush on the next appointment. Went to appointment in January, 2022, no toothbrush and was told by Rana, that the shipment got delay. Understandable given the current situation. She told me she will call me once the shipment come in. February come and gone no word from anyone at 7Dental. Went there in March, 2022 asking about toothbrush, you guess it, no toothbrush. And again, told by the same receptionist, Rana that oh, our next order will be for you. So another word, they lied to me the first couple times about ordering them and who knows how true it is gonna be this time! At this point, I have given up on ever getting the electric toothbrush. I would rather they told me from the beginning that we were not qualified for the promotion than egging me along for the last few months with excuses. If I cannot trust them with something as simple as a promotional item, how can I entrusted them with my dental care!? So I got my toothbrush soon after I put up a 1 star review on Google, I wished it didn't have to resource to this to get the toothbrushes. I do however, appreciated getting this matter resolved. Hope the staff will take more ownership to resolve their clients's issue going forward.

I have been patient at Seven Dental for 15 years. Sometimes I had to change dentist at different Seven Dental locations because I moved to different locations in Ottawa. Seven Dental and all the dentist that ever treated me for any problems with my teeth were professional, understanding, friendly and honest. You always get a friendly greeting when you a call to make an appointment, so this is what I think of Seven Dental, Terry.

Very poor experience, NOT recommend to go. Treatment also bad as well, filling pealing in 2 weeks while it supposed to be good for months. The reception is a mess. They mess up appointments but I have to pay the overcharge fees. Whole oral exam only did one side and they made me to pay twice for each side of the exam with the full exam fee. Poor customer service and the dentist not so skillful.

Zakaria the new dentist did my teeth cleaning today. Omg it was one of the best teeth cleaning I’ve done so far. He goes deep inside the gum and gets all of the buildup. I was so satisfied and my teeth feel so different. I hope he stays there for my next appointment because they always change the hygienist every time I go.

EDIT: They now have privacy screens!!! 5 stars now for sure! I liked my Dentist very much. Super professional and kind. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is because they have these giant windows to the parking lot and they cannot cover them. Thus, there's no patient privacy while we are getting our procedure done

First time at 7Dental today and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the dentist and dental technician made me feel so comfortable and reassured, especially as I have some fear around going to the dentist.

Fantastic, friendly and professional. Cannot say enough good things about how great the staff at 7Dental Kanata south are. Would highly recommend if looking for dental care!
