Rude, rude and more rude! Unpleasant, unfriendly and apparently biased based on color. I was met with the stare of the wife last night 8/23/18 at approximately 8:45 pm when I entered the store. No greeting for me but the other non POC patrons were treated quite different! They were greeted and met with small chit chat. I was watched the entire time I made my selection. As I make my way to the counter, no good evening until I loudly exclaimed, "Having a good evening?" Again they were still unpleasant! I will never patronize this establishment again! Horrible customer service!

Came in early morning of Jan 1 2018. They were having trouble with Credit Cards reading. I had to hand my card to youngest of the 2 owners. I failed to get my card back or failed to receive it back. Didn't notice until later that morning. Made a phone call to the store and received a voice machine so I left a detailed message. Didn't receive a call back from the store. No, yes we have your card, no we don't have your card, nothing. Not good customer service. I canceled the card...

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Their hours are clearly stated on the door with a closing time of 10:00pm. It was 5' till 10 when I pulled in and the female worker turned off the open sign and locked the door immediately. I got out and said it was still 5 min till 10 and she refused to do her job for another 5 minutes. When I ran my retail store I did not lock my doors until literal closing time. So pitiful.

Blonde haired lady who runs cash register has a attitude problem she jumps on me every time I go in the store she told people I stink she wrote I stink on a bag I asked to speak to the boss she refused to tell me who the owner was the owner needs to fire everybody there and start over fresh with new employees the blonde lady trys to run off all the customers

Nice little neighborhood liquor store in a strip center. Not the vast selection of a big-box or mega store but they seem to have all they right stuff - we picked up a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of wine - and their prices are reasonable. The sales clerk was friendly and helpful.

Staff helped me right away Selection was better than average!! You can call first and ask(they were checking for a caller when I was there) A bit tough to get into the lot from main road… go to the light and enter / exit from the side road Not in a great area

Two for two not having to what I came in for, which wouldn't have prompted a negative review if it weren't for the way they treated a couple people without masks while I was browsing for an alternative (one of which asked to buy a mask and was scoffed at).

Blonde lady was super rude. Changed my price in front of me then accused me of giving her not enough money just for her to recount it and have to give me money back .will not shop again ever and I'll make sure and let others know as well.

It's very clean inside there & the employees are nice & they're so funny. All of their shelves stay stocked & organized. If you're looking for the best liquor store for a neighbor this one would most definitely be it! …

The customer service was terrible. I walk in and said I didn’t need help when the musty owner asked and she caught an attitude and started cussing me out. So highly don’t recommend if you are not from here.

Decent selection but higher prices on Bourbon and crazy prices on allocation Bourbon. I understand that you might get that price but not from me. If you can't find another one, this will do.

Their Customer service suck here!! Both ladies are very rude.. The blonde head & the other bald head lady need to learn some customer service skills.. Won't be back here!!!

No public restroom. Like I needed to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t let me. Woulda spent at least $150 in there. But had to leave to use bathroom. Didn’t go back.

Dirty floors and they watched us like we were going to steal everything in the store, one of them even left from behind the counter to follow us around
