Stored my stuff for three years here. Last year they moved my belongings to another unit due to water leaking on my clothes. Two weeks ago, I found mouse droppings in the unit. Asked to speak to owner several times. Never a response. Took stuff out last week, left letter for owner and asked to speak with him. Asst. Mngr came and stated they cannot control what people bring in. Understood, my issue is the lack of customer service. It would have been helpful if the two men there assisted this 72- year old taking out several large tubes, again lack of concern for customers. WORD TO THE WISE, GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE, NOT ONLY IS IT UNSANITARY, BUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PAYING CUSTOMERS. Wish I could have given a zero!!!

I rented from this storage center for 2+years. I found a dead mouse outside of my unit the first month. For the next 2 years, I complained about the mouse dropping all over my storage bins and other items, but received no resolution. There was no food in my unit. The unsealed concrete floors left dust & dirt on everything. To make matters worse, the storage unit fee increased by $15 every year. It increased by $30 this year. This increase with the mouse droppings cause me to finally move my stuff out. The 2 Stars are for the polite staff.

I own this place and when done with field research we can make it a bit more tidy. I started a $3.00 carwash and had a mural painted on 87th and Halsted. The Metra is in need of renewal is all.

This place is horrible, employees will stole my brand new tv from my unit and then when I reported it they played victim. Your unit is protected by chicken wire

The mileage was too high priced I found the same truck,a 15ft for half the price on the north side.. Won't b going back to this location

Full of mice & debris throughout the building... The establishment rarely cleans the units out, it's a haven for rodents..

They were very helpful and had the truck ready for me early. Very easy pick up and drop off. I'd use them again.

The office lady is so polite and they are so orderly and try to help in every way they can
