I can only speak high about this establishment — amazing owner, impeccable work and 10/10 service. I needed to do a touch up of my eyebrows and my previous PM master highly recommended to go to this place, since she was working there before. Zero regrets! I will be a permanent customer. Not only I got a touch up, the eyebrows look brand new, I feel amazing and so much prettier. The technique Elena was using was outstanding, zero pain and discomfort. So happy with the outcome. I will be definitely back for more procedures, and it’s one of those places where you’d drive or fly to town just to get what you need to be done exactly there and nowhere else. Highly recommended!!!

Wow! Absolutely love A&A Med Spa. So far I’ve had Dermafillers, a hydra-facial, laser hair removal, etc. done at A&A Med Spa. So many services they offer, so hard to choose which one. Hydrafacials have always been one of my absolute favorite & I was given a complimentary Hydrafacial lip perk. They really know how to make you feel special. The owners are incredibly sweet & run an extremely professional business. I’m impressed! I had the good fortune of having Noelle, their receptionist & skin-care specialist give me one of the most relaxing facials. She then added on a lash lift & tint, best one I’ve ever had. I highly recommend A&A Med Spa, best one in Jacksonville!

I love this place ! I was probably one of the first customers there when the girls opened and has been coming there every single week since then ! Anzhela makes miracles with your face ! I do recommend to try it ! She is the best and most knowledgeable facial therapist I have ever had! She also has very positive energy and wonderful personally ! Thank you Anzhela for your magic hands and hard work ! I have not tried laser yet , but my daughter has! Elena did a great job! They have the most up to date equipment and very cosy and extremely clean salon ! Thank you girls for being there for us ! It’s hard to find real professionals nowadays .

I visited A&A Medical Spa today for my lips permanent make up treatment. Elena recommended me a beautiful pigment color and did her very best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I absolutely loved the result, my lips look so beautiful and natural, and I am sure tomorrow they will look even better. Atmosphere in the salon is very nice and welcoming, very clean and professional Spa, I will be back tomorrow for my Botox appointment with Segey, met him last week for consult session, he was very professional and attentive to details. Excellent salon! I have been getting laser hair removal treatments and have seen amazing results even after one treatment (no kidding!!). They have new super effective laser equipment, which will require less treatments to achieve wanted results, thus saving $$$. The technician Elena is very sweet, attentive, caters to your needs. Next up I have a consultation for eyebrow shaping - very exciting! I totally recommend this place!

I received derma-planing and a ZO chemical peel. The service from the second you walk through the door to the relaxing facial room is such a treat! The staff is so nice and over the top to make you feel comfortable. Angela was my aesthetician and my results from the facial gave me incredible results and even helped clear up some acne. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their treatments!

I had 2 spa procedures( one HydraFacial and one massage) for my face and I can say it was BEYOND amazing! Great service, nice atmosphere, friendly and pleasant stuff.
