Service was horrible, very rude store clerk who wanted us out the door the moment we got there. Her replies were not welcoming at all and they were false advertising discounts. We got to the counter, and she wanted us to pay more or get out. EDIT: To the owner, thank you for being responsive. I have decided to edit my review because I was unjust about labeling the whole store as a negative place. Rather, the one lady store clerk was our big issue. Other employees were courteous and attentive, and overall, the selection and quality of the place were good. To answer your response about the false advertising, the one clerk I am complaining about rejected our claim that a bottle was cheaper than what she was charging us despite a blatant sticker that said otherwise (ultimately got fixed for us by one of the other employees after a a short back and forth). Bad customer service, and very racist. I was there with my laptop looking for a liquor. I asked the lady in the front for what I needed it, and the. She look at me like I was crazy. Then it was only two people at the store, I had my laptop and they asked me to leave the store because I couldn’t have my laptop with me. I explained that if I leave the laptop in the car something could happen and they still didn’t care. They pretty much say that I was going to steal something. Then they didn’t have any sign with the policy of not having a bag. Which it was a laptop bag. The. I left and they laughed. So I wouldn’t recommend it here. I will suggest if you going to apply a policy it should be to everyone. :)

I walk in here and want to lean on something and crack jokes in the A/C surrounded by my finest comrades-Jack, Paul, Johnny, Jerry, Castillo, Ronrico, Jose, Stolichnaya, other Jack,gentlemen all. And not be thrown out for being too creepy. Secondary pricing abusing BUFFALO TRACE standards. This was taken the week of May 2018. I am an avid purchaser of Weller 12. The suggested retail of this product from BUFFALO TRACE is being abused, their customers are being gauged and monopolized against, and I told the owner you are way above the suggested retail set by the Buffalo Trace Distillery & Weller! He said find another bottle in Austin, youll spend alot more time than buying it from me at this price.

Collin is the absolute best. I started coming years ago when I lived in the area. Now I'm far and I still travel when I need some liquor because of Collins great personality and the great deals. The service I receive here is outstanding!!! Came for a few bottles today and Collin remembered it was my birthday. How awesome is that!!!

Employees are knowledgeable about good liquor. The owners have gone above and beyond to help me twice. One was when a car sped in and hit my car door as I opened it, the other was when I was charged for someone else's purchase by mistake. He used his security camera footage and gave me a refund. I love this place. Customer service is excellent!

Chris and Colin are GREAT!! Colin's fun voices and impersonations keep it entertaining. I hosted a tasting there on Friday night, and it was great. The store is neat and clean, the guys had great product knowldge, and great recommendations! Thanks gentlemen! Ill totally be back! ~Brandi

Never have I had to deal with customer service people so incompetent at their job than the lady working at this place. Apparently you don’t need to know the difference between credit and debit to work the registers here. Looking for a job? All you need is a 3rd grade education. Idiots.

This is a very well run family business that has impeccable customer service and great prices and deals. The owner is greatly involved in everything and contributes greatly to the experience. This is my go to Liquor Store and I wouldn’t visit any other place.

Great people, always in stock, competitive pricing, and always front faced. I greatly recommend this place. Only change I would like to see is that I wish they carried the metal cans of Romeo and Juliet cigars. But that is just my personal opinion.

The highest level of customer service I have ever experienced at a liquor store. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and they offer a 10% discount on your birthday with valid ID. Great selection as well. Will definitely be returning.

My roommate and i like the familiarity vibe that the staff has. Good selection, for a medium size store. They usually know their inventory so you can just walk in and make a request. They'll let you know right away if they have it.

Nice people with pretty good selection. 3 star rating for marking up allocated bourbon to prices higher than you find on secondary internet sites. I'd shop here exclusively if they put those bottles on the shelf at or near MSRP.

Been going here for years. Real nice funny guys. They have lots of deal. Good recommendation. Owners are really friendly guys. Lot of local liquor maker stop by and promote their product. And good selection of beer next door.

I never thought about customer service at a liquor store until going here. All employees are very pleasant, but Ace in particular goes out of his way to deliver some of the best customer service I've ever had anywhere.

The prices are great and the two cashier gentlemen that i have met are awesome! The smell is awesome too! Old school pine-sol! (I know because I was so intrigued that I actually asked)

The store is kept very clean and fully stocked. The employees are nice and ready to help. And they almost always have really good impulse display sales.

The guys in here are pretty laid back,helpful,and funny. Store is bright and clean,and they stay open til 9. Not 8:45 like a lot of package stores do .
