We rented car for 6 weeks and it was a very bad experience with them. And the car was very dirty. And when complained they said, "then get a new first hand car why are you renting here" wow. The car had rotten strawberries box and banana peels and cockroaches in the car. When we went to exchange they said they can't exchange before the 6 weeks is over and when the 6 weeks was over and we went to return the car and complained they said then why didn't you come to exhange instead of complaining now. Very bad service no professionalism. Be careful with these people. If you say we are lying then I have attached the pictures too and anout the serviceall the reviews are self explanitory of your "good service". Maybe change your name to "we love scamming people" instead because thats just the tip of what you and your business is doing to people.

We purchased a vehicle and less than 24 hours the check engine light comes on and we were almost involved in a accident as the vehicle wouldn't go. To make it worse the staff did not allow us to test drive the vehicle promising that it was an excellent vehicle. We now know reason we weren't allowed to test drive vehicle as he was worried the engine light would come on. AT NO POINT DID STAFF MEMBER OFFER US TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT AND RETUNR THE FOLLWOING DAY FOR A TEST DRIVE. WE WERE NOT DESPERATE AS STATED BY THE DEALERSHIP. Their words just show how many lies come out of their mouth. Desperate for a sale they make all the promises in the world. We have now applied to the Department of Fair Trading regarding this matter. STAY AWAY!!! The worst dealership I have ever come across, and if you do not want to be disappointed keep away...

I bought a car from here. They gave me 3 months guarantee. But on the fourth month I had to change the gear box. It cost me 1800 dollars. I asked them to help me out but the A&Z quality cars told me they couldn’t do anything because the guarantee was over. I know that it already was past the guarantee, but they couldn’t help even when it was a big issue. I was hoping they could help me even when the guarantee was over but they didn’t support me in anyway. I also asked them if they can take the car back and I will buy a new car from there but they told me to change the gear box first and if they don’t find any scratches they will pay back 5000. They depreciated 1500 in 3 months.

These guys weren't to bad, test drove some cars Yaris, Nissan these cars are coming from the country the guy says perks... I say which part of country is that...I'm not aware of the name he called it... It was ok, no real hard sell to get you to buy a car, but they didn't really want to move on prices and yes he did give us options for some of the vehicles. So alot of there vehicles are high kilometers with still a high price... they were ok no big hassels. Careful with these dishonest guys. I bought a car from them last month and they said they will give me 3 months rego with it. But they only gave me 2 months which the seller admitted was by mistake and assured me they are gonna fix it soon. Now they are going back on their words and citing some policies and terms and conditions jargon as well as implying I am lying. This was such a disappointment. Better look at other places if you want to spend your hard earned cash.

We had to change the vehicle that we initially bought, which mechanically worked very well and that had to attend to a change in the registration, for another one with immediate registration and everything was very agile, from the moment we notified the seller until we decided to change the vehicle, they managed the same one for us. day. everything was very clear and transparent.

Brought the car from them. Really happy with the service. Specially their "Interest Free Loan" which make the transaction very smooth. Amin was very helpful to go through with their cars. His recommendation was good so far. Also, I have recommend my friend this car yard's. He did order a new Camry hybrid with them. I wish I knew this before purchasing my car. Definitely I will go with "order car" next time. Happy with the purchase.

They claim they have repaired everything and didn't tell the problem in the car. They claim they repaired AC of the car but didn't and brake shoes were almost useless and there are unnecessary sounds coming from the dash. Hopefully next time you will tell every new customer each details of the car and the parts that needs to be replaced. Speak truth! Thank you!

Bad experience. Rude customer service. Asked for 4 weeks rent and 700 dollar bond for a car which broke down after a week wasted whole day. And when asked for a replacement then given a car which wasn’t the same as the first one. Then asked remaining weeks rent then said once the car is repaired then take it. Be careful with them.

Never buy from this place. They told me they gave me roadside assistance and haven’t ticked on that when my car broke down. My car broke down many times. They are scamming people. I do not recommend to buy your car from here. I got it last year March.
