Very thorough and got the job done. Had a problem with the circuit board which kept tripping. Diagnosed the problem over phone by telling me which relays to switch on and off to test the circuit. Turns out it was the lighting ring. I was able to keep all sockets running without tripping the board which was great as I working from home. Came within next couple of hours and went through checked board then the lighting ring and found the problem with an outdoor light. No more problems once disconnected. Cleaned up after themselves and everything was put back as it was. Call this company first! They know what they are doing.
