Very easy. Walked in. Gave my keys. Walked out being told about 40 minutes. Came back about an hour later and they were still working on it. No problem, wasn't in a rush. Slight language barrier, no issues if you are Spanish speaking. Went with the Deluxe. It's worth the price. The job was done well enough, I can see areas where I'd have loved to have had an extra strike through. Interior mostly spotless. Most of the crevices and cup holders cleaned. They should use a more fine microfiber rag on the exterior for the final rub down. It was cleaned but was left with residue as if used by a sandy / degrading towel. Front grill still had bug residue on it (not specifically a part of my rating because I am unsure if I needed to buy an upcharge service for this to be cleaned). Visible side of the tire are clean and shiny. They did not detail the rims. (Again I don't know if this would've been an upcharge). Not filly wiped down exterior as I can still see prints (maybe from the service where they were wiping down the car and the other hand to hold them up). Nothing seemed untouched. Almost everything definitely got lightly touched. Still a noticeable amount of dog hair in the car, but definitely a lot less than when I pulled in. No qualms on them not doing the trunk as I had items back there, but they had the trunk open and the items got wet, nothing to be damaged by water but the cardboard on a 12pack of soda is damp enough that I need to hold it from the bottom. Rear view mirror and visors weren't cleaned. There were a couple spots that didn't get wet wiped through. All in all I'm satisfied as it became a lot less work for me to do after a trip with the dog. I will need to still go over it and wipe down some areas. Tires are well enough that I don't need to clean them. Will have to clean the bugs off the grill. The seats were vacuumed but still dirt on the sides of the seats. TLDR: I got Deluxe for SUV. Fair price for what was done. I tipped approximately 30%. Visors & rear view not cleaned. Need to lint roll remaining dog hair. Sandy debris on exterior in areas. Grill not debugged. Tire sides are shiny, but not the rims. Overall still left with a much cleaner car that smells good. I do intend to use them again in the future and will see if the added details I hoped for were simply an upgrade or simply overlooked.

The work done is spot on but the customer service is horrible. 95% of the staff does not speak English. I use to come weekly and watch Hispanic clients show up 30 to 45 minutes after me and their vehicle would get serviced first. Today I returnebecause I have a funeral to attend. I have not been since Aug because of the previously mentioned reason and unfortunately nothing has changed. Its actually worst. The staff arrived late. I was here at 7:50 and it is now 8:58 and my vehicle is just starting to be washed. True to nature someone who arrived after me who is Hispanic car is the first being serviced. I will not be back. I can spend $40 a pop somewhere it is appreciated

I love this place, for many years my husband and friends go there . But this Sunday that I went, it was not the best day to go . My sienna they left the carpets with all dust from my husband yard , looks like they didn’t clean it , and they just put the white paper to cover it . When I arrived home , I just saw that was still dirty . It never happen before , I will keep going there because maybe they’ve been tired that day . I understand. Hopefully next time they do it better . Thank you team

I recently found out about “A Plus” through a Google search for car washes in the area. I highly recommend their services! It was only $30 for an interior & exterior wash/detail, and they worked on it as a team to make sure they cleaned every inch of my car. I was very happy with the results and the team members were kind and hard-working. They have Spanish and English speaking team members to accommodate to a variety of customers. I will definitely be back for my next wash/detail.

GREAT SERVICE . MY CAR LOOKS LIKE IT JUST CAME OFF THE LOT. BRAND NEW. The language barrier was was nothing the service speaks volume. 10++ is what I give them. Hospitality was great. They told me 3 hours I was done in two and a half hours and the service was impeccable. They were punctual on time I work night shifts I came at 8:00 they were here by 8:00. Will come again. These guys will remake your vehicle and clean it so well, it'll make it seem like you just drove it out of the lot looking super fresh ! I've been here a few times I'm the last year and a half and they NEVER disappoint. There prices to clean your vehicle are generous when considering the labor. I highly recommend this Car Wash to those who want a really clean car ‼️

The inside front windshield was not fully cleaned, and they missed a small spot by the back up cam, but everything else looked nicer then when I bought it (with 25,000 miles) from the dealer! They still get 5 stars even with missing those 2 things. Seats came out nice, and I don't think the engine has been this clean since it was built! She's very shiny now

I used their services back in 2021 and was extremely satisfied with their services. Came back on January 2023 and it seems like the car wash is under a new management. Quality of service really dropped to the extent that I will never go back again. Totally dissatisfied and prices are ridiculous. $60 for a regular in-out car wash for a Chevrolet Suburban.

I do Exotic rental cars and brought it here before taking it to a client. I Went in right when they opened up at 8am and they got the Ultimate Exterior done fast! I was on a time crunch and needed the car super clean and they exceeded expectations. GREAT JOB and I'll be bringing our other cars here. Great service, very clean, and friendly.

I just left here not too long ago today. It's an amazing place to get your car washed and taken care of. They take their time and make sure your car leaves looking better than when you brought it. I recommend getting the full deal with interior and exterior because they will leave your car looking brand new.

So incredibly impressed by the work done here! I have a white dog with black interior in my car and there was not a single white hair left when they were finished. Everything was spotless - cup holders, door jams, zero brake dust. This place is where you go when you want a real car wash.

If you have time to pass by and wait for your car to be done, then this is the place for you. They do great job washing and waxing your car for the best price. My cost was $30 for the deluxe wash and added $10 more for engine cleaning. It was worth every penny. I loved the results!

$260 detailing car wash service: duration 8h wash my car: From manager smell alcohol, car did finished, after call car is ready come there find a lot of dirty spots they fix it, while drive car, I'm realize i have to check all car, bc i been in rush to go for work.

Disappointed in the detailing job I got. My car is still dirty, bad wax job, car not properly vacuumed, oil all over the interior, and windows still dirty. I don’t know if there was a change of management or employees but this place changed alot over the last year.

This place is a scam. Ask for a simple vacuum and to clean the wet ness off my back carpet. They did a half as job and when I told them to do better they wanted more money. There is to many local car wash here to deal with that madness.

Highly recommend! Very pleased with the wash and shine!! Cleaned all the bugs and dirt from our long drive. Windshields cleaned inside and out, treated wheels, the whole car sparkled as you can see in the photo. Very courteous too.

Amazing place. I’ve been going here for months. The car always looks new once it’s done. They charge $40 for an SUV and I’m happy to pay that for the work they do. Trust me when I say your car will love you for this.

Manager was super rude. I did not speak Spanish and he wanted to tell me what car wash level to get because the one I wanted wasn't enough. He then spoke Spanish to the workers and was super disrespectful.
