I have had fantastic experiences with the doctors and staff and the Cheng practice. The doctors are very invested in their patient's health and wellbeing. The doctors at the Cheng practice take the time to explain procedures at the patient's level of understanding, and are clear about the alternative courses of care and the likely or potential consequences of not having the procedures done. The doctors, in my experience, are also very skilled and efficient with their procedures. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are very on top of appointment scheduling, reminders, insurance, and billing. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the care I've received at the Cheng practice and how the doctors and staff have treated me any time I've talked to them over the phone or been in the clinic.

Definitely the best dentist office in Chicago. The Cheng family has been cleaning and fixing my teeth for years, and I’ve always had a positive experience. The doctors are very thorough and there’s never a question that they’re choosing the best course of action for a patient. They explain everything they’re doing so you can clearly understand it. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they’ve never kept me waiting in the office. The office is clean and modern with all of the latest high tech dental gizmos. Parking in Chinatown square is super easy, and there are a ton of great restaurants to eat at and shops to visit after your appointment.

Great family owned business that has been in Chicago's Chinatown community for decades. Hilary was my dentist when I was a little kid. And when I moved back to Chicago, he became my dentist again. Recently, his daughter, Diana became my dentist. The whole Cheng family and their receptionist are super nice and friendly and always ask me how my family is doing every time I go for an appointment. I have gotten many cleanings, a few cavities patched, an even tooth extraction here. All of their work has been top notch. and never had any issues. I've had several different insurances and they accept most PPOs. Highly recommend!

After moving back home from Chicago a few years ago, I tried another dentist but decided to travel more than 4 hours to visit Dr. Hilliary Cheng's Family Dentistry every 6 months because their service is by far the best in the 4+ years I have been receiving dental care. The new facility is beautifully modern and the equipment is top grade. Even before the upgrades, I just always enjoyed the friendliness of the place. Basically, what keeps me coming back is the friendly staff, starting with the front office manager to all of the dental professionals. Thank you Dr. Hillary and staff for providing such great service.

I have been visiting Dr. Cheng's dental practice for many years now, and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. Whether it has been for routine cleaning, repairs, or otherwise, everyone there who took care of me did so very well. For every dental procedure I go through, they do a very good job of ensuring I know exactly what that entails, including risks and costs, which I appreciate very much. The only difficulty usually is scheduling, as I am not always available, but they generally manage to find a fitting time for my procedures. I hope to continue the good relationship we have with Dr. Cheng.

Chicago Smile Studio is the BEST dentist office I have been to! I had a dental surgery done there and Dr. Cheng worked with me on self-pay, was super reasonable, and did an incredible job with the surgery! Even a follow-up phone call later in the day to check on me and a follow-up appointment the week later. Dr. Cheng cares for his patients, is super knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and the dentist you want to see! And the office itself is newly renovated and stunning.

Dr. Diana Cheng and her entire staff is such a joy to be around. I look forward to going to her office and chatting with her and her staff. She is a phenomenal dentist, but also a great person. Always kind and understanding. Very informative and caring. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming. They treat me like an person not another patient. Just came here for the first time and I had a great experience. The staff all seemed very capable and knowledgeable. Nobody pressured me into any services. Dr. Cheng was very friendly and patient. This seems like a great office, and I will happily return in 6 months.

Went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dentists were friendly and patiently answered any questions I had. Operation went well and wasn't painful. The dentist checked up on me after the procedure to make sure everything was okay.

These two dental clinics they attitude. Doctor service is poor. They charge a lot for tests and X-rays. They see your bad teeth. And they won't give you treatment. No one goes into this clinic.
