Honestly if I could give them no stars I would I had a horrible experience with them last year they end up charging me up to $700 they messed up my bank account which means they had to send my check in the mail and it took me months and months to get it and then when they did they ended up sending it to the wrong address and had to cancel it out. I would never use their service again and I recommend that nobody else is uses their service as well. I used Tyra W as my account and I'm not sure if anybody else is there that is better but again I do not recommend this service.

Great customer service. She helped me understand how much I was getting and why I was getting it. She made sure I got the max amount I could, especially with me filing so late. She explained the process. It really helped me and my family a lot. I really appreciate you helping me get the biggest refund and never felt so comfortable with a tax preparer. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed or over charged like with past tax services and she made feel great.
